“Collected a fiat 500 used, smart repairs not done on collection but completed 2 weeks after collection, car had been serviced with new front tyres but all pressures where incorrect and caused TPMS light to come Also found sweet wrappers in various places and glovebox had previous owners rubbish in even though car was supposed to be valeted Sales where great but service and valeting side poor so 3 stars”

“Bought a car 2 weeks ago. Sales man added the £20 for road fund licence to finance without asking. Deal included a set of mats. On day due to pick car up sales man adv car tax was £145. Adv, I would pay this direct to dvla. Went to pick car up, no mats and parts dept closed but was told would get the mats to me in two days. Also told could not take £20 off finance or refund it. Not offered anything in lieu of it either. 2 weeks on, no mats, so complained. Again promised mats and a boot liner in lieu of £20 by Weds 1st May and the delivery method would be conf Tuesday 30th April. No confirmation and no mats have arrived. Emailed sales man to chase up. No reply just a request to provide this review. Not impressed”

“After making an initial enquiry we were promised a call back which we didn't get. However we visited the showroom the next day and had very good service from Josh, no complaints at all. I purchased a nice Panda but must admit I was disappointed there were no mats in the car. On enquiry about this I was promised a call back which again never happened.”

“Traded in our i20 for a newer model. The whole experience was better than we could have expected. “Bought from the Rep of Ireland. Guy provided all info and written assurances as required beforehand. He picked me up from the station, we did the paperwork and I was gone in 15 minutes. Very happy with the whole process.”

“Excellent customer service from Kevin Nelson. What a very nice gentleman. Car looks amazing on the Facebook page. Service was brilliant. Attention to my requirements was faultless.
