“Alloys needed refurbishing on a car I bought from here which they kindly sorted out quickly so I could pick the car up about 4 days after purchasing it. However both wheels on the rear of the car then had to have a valve resealed due to this not being done by whoever did the alloy refurb. Tried to make the garage aware of this and at first they suggested I had a puncture which it wasn’t and once I’d had the wheels checked to confirm the issue I then tried to advise the garage of this again and they said the tyre pressure warning light could be coming on due to cold weather even though I had the car checked at this point and told them there was a problem. I kept getting told if there’s any issues with the car to let them know but felt like as soon as I’d bought the car they weren’t interested.”

“I was considering changing my Sportage for a new model. Kia staff took me through my options and I decided it made sense to upgrade. No pressure; just information on a possible change. “A few mixed comments on here but in all fairness to SG Petch Durham after three services using the prepaid service plan there I am very pleased with the whole thing, on the last service I mentioned I had trouble a couple of times starting the car and said I had read on forums there was an issue with the battery they fitted a new battery no fuss, and did a few other small fixes as well, cleaned the car inside and out, and another year free for Nissan roadside assist following the service, courteous and friendly.”
