“The approach shown by Craig was friendly, helpful and quite frankly Un car salesman like. I originally was looking to buy a Ford, they were the complete opposite. Craig offered a great deal, kept us updated as to the progress of our order and answered by frequent questions open and honestly. There was a delay in delivery which could not be placed at S G Petch’s nor Seat’s door”

“Poor at keeping you updated once car is ordered. No after care whatsoever. Was promised a phone call to see how car is and not heard anything. There’s a problem with the radio that I’ll now have to chase up.”

“Staff are great and very helpful. Dan Timney was the person who helped me with my decision to get a new car. I could always get help from staff if I needed explanation on finance etc. First class.”

“Having dealt with numerous dealers for new cars over the years SG Petch has to be up there with the best. No hard sales from them like I’ve had elsewhere falling into hire purchase agreements less than favourable, or talked into a trim model I didn’t want. I knew exactly what I wanted which was a new or nearly new 5008 GT 1.6 puretech eat8 in nimbus grey or pearl white with black pack. The latter meant factory order which was fine by me. Different purchase options offered and one found that suited me and my family. Anthony took the initial enquiry and worked with sales manager Chris to deliver my car as fast as they could permitting the economic issues with regards to component silica shortages. I had to Collect car a day earlier than agreed for personal reasons and they did everything possible for this to happen. We will be shopping for a second car in the coming months and will be back be it for the same brand or something else. Only snag found is a large scratch on the roof. Would hazard this is to be manufacturer or transport company bot dealer issue but they are helping to resolve.”
