S.g.petch are a first class car sales garage and i have had 4.cars from them in the past they make u feel welcome and the services u get are first class and i would recommend them to anybody.

I have recently purchased a new Mazda 2 Sport, from Sgpetch Middlesbrough Southbank. My experience begins. I was assured that I would collect my car, with the Grand opening of Sgpetch new showroom Southbank 5th July. I ordered my new Mazda on 26th of June. I received a text , not a phone call from the sales person. Craig Brown informed me that my car had been damaged in transportation. I contacted Mazda complaints department and voiced my disappointment. They informed me that they were not aware of any damage to my vehicle during transportation. I was then given another date 15 th July . Only to be informed that the transportation vehicle was stuck in a port somewhere in England. 17th July, I was told. I text the salesperson the day before. Informed me that my car was 100% ready. At last, well almost. I pulled into the showroom 30 minutes early, at this point I received a phone call. I informed the sales person I had already arrived. They were having technical issues and were unable to register the vehicle. Frustrating to say the very least. I once again contacted Mazda’s Stuart Stringer (Complaints department). Within the hour issues had been resolved. At last my new car. However I discovered more issues. There was no locking nut for my alloy wheels. The number plates hadn’t been secured correctly, they had stickies holding my new number plates to the car. I discovered this, the next day when they had fallen off the car. Purchasing a new car shouldn’t be that difficult. Craig Brown has promised Argos vouchers £50, too which I haven’t received. Despite repeated text and assurances from Craig Brown.

The level of service at SG Petch Mazda Darlington is outstanding, both from the service department and sales. I have had all my servicing done there over the last 12 to 13 years and it was a pleasure nothing was a trouble to them. When I decided to get another new Mazda (CX3) I went straight there, the salesman (Ryan Roberstson) was brilliant both organizing the test drive and at a time to suit me and on the day. He answered all my questions without hesitation but best of all never pushed me into buying which is refreshing. The whole process of buying the car was enjoyable and hassle free. I am now driving the new car and can highly recommend SG Petch well done.

Overall a good experience, salesman (Connor) courteous, did try once to blind us with figures regarding upgrading to a newer car, not pushy. Only problem after buying the car was finding the satnav worked in KPH, had to go online to see how to convert it to Miles Per Hour, maybe that could have been checked as part of the predelivery schedule. Apart from that no troubles, except that DVLA have not sent out the new V5 paperwork, nearly 2 weeks after buying the car

Although experienced in the purchasing of personal vehicles this was my first visit to SG Petch. The sales person, Kevin, was attentive, answered all my questions and made the whole transaction a pain free experience. After purchasing, I had a concern about the temperature gauge and fan, this was quickly dealt with by Kevin, he spoke with a mechanic who checked the situation and assured me all was well, but to monitor and if I had any further concerns to return immediately. My only constructive criticism is of the pre-pickup valeting, needs to be more thorough, note of doctors appointment found on the drivers sun visor, receipts and a camera instruction manual found in the boot. I would certainly purchase from SG Petch again.

I was buying a car from over 100 miles away due to limited availability. That said, everyone I dealt with on the day was unfailingly friendly and helpful, and the car itself was exactly as expected and in excellent condition for collection. I won't be using them for service etc as we are in Stockport but for sales etc I have no complaints at all.

Very friendly and efficient. I had only one issue about the lack Recently bought a used Skoda Citigo, only issue I had was a missing spare wheel but this was resolved.

Excellent service from start to finish, Joseph Dowdall, Business Manager, very knowledgeable and experienced, professional, polite and patient. Made sure we were familiar and satisfied with our choice of car, and also arranged a good deal including trade in. The car we purchased was prepared to an exceptionally high standard, we have total confidence in SG Petch, and are delighted with our car purchase with them, and would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone seeking first class service when buying a car. Enjoyed walking around your show room and forecourt very impressed with the various makes of cars. The sales team were not overpowering and were informative with all aspects of enquiries. Eventually I settled for a Mazda CX 3. Enjoyed the trial run, gave the car a good test through the local area the car performed well. I am now a proud owner of a Mazda CX 3.
