“The staff were friendly and helpful. The delays with the provision of the Motability car were beyond SG Petch's control. On the day of the pick up, the car did not have the expected £20 of fuel added so we had to go back to ask for assistance. We were driven by a staff member to BP to get the fuel. When contacting SG Petch for an update, I had to speak to many members of staff. Sometimes the lack of awareness in my case, made me less confident than usual in the Motability process.”

“I had to wait a year for my new Ibiza due to incorrect ordering . I have now had the car just 2 weeks and the infotainment system and screen has shut down altogether . It is not possible to even start it up. I've been told today it will be 5 weeks before it can be booked for diagnostics let alone repair. I am not happy! Very disappointed with the whole process of the purchase, after using Petch's several times before.”

“I had an excellent experience with my dealer, SG Petch, Darlington. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and kept me fully informed during the whole purchasing process, clearly explaining everything to me. “A pleasant experience in purchasing our new vehicle. We were provided with all the information required and given a test drive upon request. “I would recommend SG Petch Middlesbrough based on my experience. Mark was really helpful and friendly, he found me a suitable and perfect car for myself. He listened to what features I wanted in a car and helped me pick out a car the day I visited. Mark continued to give me regular updates on the vehicle and was extremely accommodating until I picked my car up.”

“I'm a little bit late in adding this review as I've had my new mazda for about 4 weeks now. Daniel from the Darlington branch worked with us and I want to say a massive thank you to him. I entered the garage with no idea what kind of car I wanted and drove away with the perfect one for me at this moment a few days later! Daniel was extremely patient with me , gave great comparisons and descriptions and just generally looked after me and my husband very well. A very polite, gentle, kind, enthusiastic young man.
