“Due to the current lockdown it is a different experience purchasing a new car but the Mazda sales team make every effort to ease you through the buying and collection process.”

“No pre sale contact at all i know we are in strange times but the sale was completed with video etc. Since the sale there has been no courtesy call or pre sale check on satisfaction . Very disappointing and not what i expected.”

“Paid over £200 for basically an oil and filter change, paid £120 for the same service for the last two years and was told the difference this time was a pollen filter and the additional labour to change it 😡”

“I bought my car entirely on line. No issues, great communication and support from the Sales guy (Chris Boyce) and really great support on collection. All Covid friendly.... Needed support a few days after and Chris again was a great help and the issues resolved quickly. Would highly recommend”

“The sale was completed completely online. I paid for delivery of the vehicle due to distance and corona virus restrictions. The car arrived too dirty to inspect. I did find a deep chip on the car which was reported by email. I received absolute follow up after the delivery of the vehicle. Really poor after sales. Not even a call to check everything was OK with the vehicle. Falls short of my previous Kia dealership experience.”

“Traveled 70 to get my car well worth the journey. Due to COVID rules I expected it to be complicated I was surprised the garage did everything perfectly. Would be my first choice dealership when we buy another.”
