“When I went Was not sure what car I would like and with SG Petch Darlington having 5 dealerships on one site they spent their time in showing me around different models and different options and to be honest I was spoilt for choice in the end I went for a Hyundai Kona N line 65kw EV and I would class myself a Petrol head but was totally WOWED bye the drive and spec never mind the unbelievable amount of power and comfort I have only got in my BMW and Jaguar cars before. Then let's talk delivery time 6 days brilliant and that brings me on to the salesman who was awesome couldn't do enough for you I have never had service like that before and I changed my car every 3 years for the past 18 years. Thank you very much”

“Cars are good but expensive. Staff are friendly but internal communication is poor. The left hand never seems to know what the right hand is doing.”

“Brilliant customer service from the moment we walked through the door to leaving with a new car. Listened to all questions no matter how trivial and gave considered understading answers - offered good advice withiut being patronising or over selling. “Great customer service from Nick. We love our Kia Sportage! Listened to what we wanted and didn't waste time trying to sell us features we made clear we were not interested in. Good demo and he appreciated that automatic gears were a chance for us so spent good amount of time on that.”
