“Lewis Baird was brilliant ,and very welcoming,not pushy or anything. Dave who was the compliance man was very rude , and made me anxious talking to him. I would not go back to that garage again purley because he made me and my husband feel uneasy.”

“I was very well received at SG Petch and treated with much respect. The sales consultant Jonathan Bland carefully explained to me all the options available on purchase of a car. Ate no time did I feel under pressure to complete the deal. It was done in my own pace. This I appreciated.”

“I had an enjoyable experience buying my Sportage, Peter Bonnard was very helpful and down to earth, not pushy or 'car salesman like', the car was immaculate when I picked it up and I was very happy with what I paid for it, I would recommend SG Petch in York if you are after a new or used car.”

“The salesman was very helpful from the moment we walked into the showroom. He dealt with the Motability side of the transaction well and kept me informed at every step of the way. The little videos were invaluable. I was unable to test drive before ordering the car but he made sure that I did before taking possession and that I understood the controls. His follow up call was when he said it would be and he ensured I understood everything. Thank you”

“Recently purchased a car. dealt with a lovely lady called Elaine. needed to return the car a week later with a problem. I rang on the morning; they asked to see the car just after lunch, identified the problem and had it repaired by 5.00pm the same day. Absolutely fantastic service!!”
