Consistent first class professional service from Les, who has been selling vehicles at this dealership for many years, always informative & efficient. Also a special thank you to the service department, especially Paul, who has also been there for years, always polite & cheerful - both a credit to the Company. Would recommend to anyone. 😀”

“I'm the happiest little princess (Little joke between me and my husband which even Ray got on board with.. i was very amused - thank you 😁). Having such a relaxing atmosphere made the whole process much easier. We were so excited with our mazda 3 when we got it, that we got half way home and realised we had forgotten our children's car seats (they weren't with us) so we had extra time to test out the car 😁 Thank you to Ray who took the time to listen to us debate (mainly me haha) and decide what we wanted in our new car. It was a very welcoming experience. Highly recommended. Thanks again”

“I recently bought a new car from Petch and found the help and assistance from Chris, the salesman, to be very good. He obviously knew his stuff and dealt with my wife and I in a friendly and courteous manner, even sending us a video while we were on holiday. As for the showroom itself, perhaps there could be better parking for customers. All in all, a very good experience.”

“This is my third time of buying with SG Petch Hyundai. My second time of being helped by Josh. I highly recommend the garage and the Hyundai brand. The after care and road assistance package are excellent. In particular Josh made the whole process very easy. He is very personable and made what can be quite stressful to an experience that had no issues. He is a an asset to your sales team.”

“This is my first car from a dealership so I was a bit wary of potentially pushy salesmen/women... I was relieved/delighted to find SG Petch Darlington very welcoming, laid back and really helpful. Even got a few cuppas from Ryan - fab salesman who took care of everything - and am chuffed with my lovely little Fiat (and the thoughtful gift bag that came with it, nice touch!). Ryan was always cheerful and pleasant to deal with, kept me updated regularly by phone and never laughed at my ridiculous questions / complete lack of knowledge that comes with being a first time buyer! Cheers Ryan, would definitely come back to SG Petch Darlington for my next car :)”
