“Very helpful sales person Dan, took time to answer questions fully and sorted out problem with car tax. Spent time showing us the controls in the car and made sure phone was linked and that we knew how to use it as sat nav. Been helpful since with problem with speed showing incorrectly on display.”

“When we first visited the showroom meeting Barry who showed us the cars to collecting our new Xceed and talking to Kevin we were impressed with the pleasant outgoing manner of both them and other staff members. Nothing was a bother to all we spoke to.”

“After having a problem in updateding my Navigation software and left scratching my head as to why the new downloaded maps from the Kia Navigation Updated would not "initialise" I was stumped. I called into my local SG Petch in Darlington and spoke to nice chap called Scotty. He seemed very knowlegeable of Kia's software and took my SD card I had updated and said he will look at it for me . A week later I called back in to see Scotty and he explained that the "2017 software (Maps)" I had downloaded may have looked suitable for my 2015 mk3 Sorento, but was conflicting with the software on my header unit within my car he had loaded the 2018 update and hey presto...the maps loaded onto my car. Id like to thank Scotty for is help and is certainly a credit to SG Petch Darlington branch.”

“Customer service has been excellent so far. Choosing and ordering my new Motability vehicle with Roger was a breeze. Roger was very helpful, polite and professional throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. I felt that he was invested in helping me find the right car for my needs (unlike some garages I have visited over the years).”

“It was my first time getting a mobility car so I didn’t have a clue. My dealer was imran and oh I can not thank him enough. I never felt forced or anything. He was very helpful. And kept us updated on everything. I am so happy with my experience there. Massive thank you to imran!”

“When I switched from a manual Arona to an automatic, it was not highlighted that this would be a dual transmission. This was also not explained to me on car handover. I did ask what the + and - symbols were for but the sales assistant did not know. I made a mental note to read up on this when I got home. I realise now I should have asked for someone who did know but hindsight is a wonderful thing. On driving home the car did not feel right and a message came on the dash to say I should change to D mode for more economical driving. As I did not know about the different driving modes this caused a bit of a distraction which could have made me unsafe. Anyone selling a car or handing over a car should have full driver knowledge to enable an informed decision at point of purchase and a safe handover on collection”
