“We visited SG Petch of Richmond a few weeks ago to view a Kia Sportage. We were greeted by Byron who showed us around the car we had previously looked at on their website. He could not have been more helpful giving us the best deal on our car & arranging to have the new car ready in time for us to go on holiday in it. “Our sales expert Lewis knew everything about the car I was interested in and the workings of the Motability Scheme which can be intricate. The variety of vehicles available were excellent and I was given all the information from Lewis to enable me to make an informed choice, I did not once feel pressurised to buy which gave me the confidence to purchase the £25,000.00 car, the after sales service has been great, this is definitely a dealership I would return to for my next vehicle in 3 years time.”
