“Very attentive pre-sales but not very good after sales. I had a query about car mats that the fiat web site said were included but were not in the car when I picked it up. The only reply I got was’i Have referred it to me manager’”

“Your sales exec Peter Bonnard was so helpful, polite and not pushy. I would ask any of my friends thinking about a KIA to contact him. My only issue with my new Sportage is that there is no passenger seat raiser- a real big issue. Understand there is a forum reflecting hundreds of customers.”
