“The salesperson that handled my car(s) exchange/purchase was extremely helpful and polite, they kept me up-to-date on when my new car would be arriving at the showroom and could be collected. The other salesperson(s) present when I visited the showroom were also very polite.”

“Have used Nissan Durham since I retired in March 2017 and have always had excellent service and good communication. This is my 3rd Qashqai. They are fairly local and this is a big factor for me. Salespersons have always been open and honest and I deem them very trustworthy.”

“Chris was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The whole process was quick, simple and straightforward. After spending hours in other garages going back and forth with offers, it was an absolute delight to explain to Chris what we were looking for, the offer we had seen elsewhere and for him to match and have the deal sorted in under an hour. A credit to the company.”

“I had a very pleasant experience at SG Petch, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the various models on sale, I was offered a good deal on my trade-in and a loyalty bonus for rebuying another Mazda which I did not expect When I collected the car again the staff could not be more helpful in taking me through all aspects of the new car until I was comfortable behind the wheel. My grandchildren enjoyed the brownies”

“I found Roger very easy to deal with, he was very professional, my overall experience was very good my only gripe was that my car was ordered with a six-month waiting list in place I received a call 4 months earlier, that was anticipated to say my car was in the country meaning my new car had to be mothballed for 4 months whilst I carried out work in my garage.”

“I visited Petch to see about a trade in for my Sportage. I was looked after by Tomasz and was impressed by his relaxed sales approach. No hard salesmanship. Tomasz offered me a realy good price for my Sportage and a good deal on the Niro hybrid I had my eyes on. There were delays in the Niro delivery but I was kept informed at all times.”

“rang sg petch to book a test drive for a motability car & arranged a test drive with no problem.sales staff had the car ready when we arrived & took us through the car controls.took the test drive which was excellent & we decided to book this car to be ready for the first of march 2023.we where given excellent service could not fault them.”
