“I was looking for a suitable automatic used car for my wife. The salesman was very helpful and telephoned when he found something he thought suitable. After a test drive we decided to purchase. Thereafter, the service we received was faultless.”

“I was not happy at all with my experience buying from SG Petch the car I bought was newer than the one I traded in but was in worse condition.they lied in advertisement about the milage there was 300 more than they said.bodywork is all scratches spare key is faulty.would never buy another car from them will go to Jennings or stoneacre at least there cars are good and aftersales perfect unlike SG Petch”

“Hi so far touch wood I am happy with the car which I feel was good value. I thought the two Andrews were very friendly when I arrived to collect car. One criticism would be the ignoring of emails. I have emailed for some proof of service and a manual of the car but have received no reply. Also I was exporting the car to Ireland , and this entailed a lot more documentation which it was important for me to get. Maybe it was SG Petch's first time doing this but I found it difficult .”
