“Dealt with by Ryan,friendly,knowledgeable and explained everything well.Would certainly recommend people to go to Petch for a new car certainly at Darlington where we were dealt with by a lovely member of staff.A little mention to Ray who on his first day took the time to get us a hot drink while Ryan was busy with client ,top staff. “Overall experience was good, however the car/model didn't have all of the features of previous car. Oversite on my side but it could have been pointed out during the sale. We would probably have gone with the top spec model and paid more.”
