“I bought a used car and although the salesman was very helpful while I was in the sales office, he has twice offered to phone me about my car and both tines he has not phoned. On collecting my car after the purchase was finalised, we discovered some dints on the car previously not seen. The salesman offered to phone me the following week to book my car in for the repairs and I am still waiting for their phone call, two weeks later. Great service when you are in front of them but lacking after you are out of sight.”

“I would like to thank Ryan Robertson at SG Petch Darlington for his excellent customer service. He is professional, friendly & made the whole process of buying a 68 plate with scrappage scheme very easy. I was looking for a Mazda 3 & contacted all dealers in 100 mile radius. All dealers informed me there were none available, Ryan was the only sales executive who suggested an alternative. He sent me a personalised video tour of a Mazda 2, which was actually more suitable for me. He listened to my needs & matched me with my perfect car! It was delivered earlier than expected before MOT was due on my old car, so no courtesy car needed. I was kept informed every step of the process. Highly recommended.”

“Changing our car was a pleasure, not a chore. Our Optima Sportswagon is exactly what we wanted, and we were not disappointed. All the promises made were kept, and we were taken through the process by Martin, who kept us informed on every aspect.
