“My experience was awful. Firstly the driver who came to collect my car just sat in his own car rather than come to door to collect keys! The garage then relayed some advisory items that were suggested to service stop but they did not ring me until 5pm which was too late for garage to get done that day. I rang but the guy just hung up. And then called another time but again a different person listened and then hung up again rather than doing anything. The service really is not good. I hate putting up bad reviews but this was not a good experience.”

Every day, I used to receive calls from various folks, but ever since I requested a withdrawal, nobody has responded. They no longer answer my chats, not even on their internet chat platform. “Don’t take your car here they quote you a price which you think is great they take your car for the service then tell you it has some issues and want to charge you another £400 on top I will never use this company again”

“This was a very stressful experience. Sounds good on paper but in theory, ripped off. First nobody turned up to collect my car. It took me until lunch time to get through to service stop. Was informed that my car would be collected within the hour which as no surprise no one showed. I made another phone call and was told they would use another garage the following day. So that was a day off work wasted. The next day someone from the original garage turned up to collect my car so obviously weren't informed. Finally my car was collected from a helpful garage. Early afternoon I received a phone call from service stop to inform me that I required a new tyre. If I didn't pay then it wouldn't pass the MOT; therefore, I had to pay for an overpriced budget tyre. Paying was another farce. Couldn't connect to the link so another 45 minute phone call was made. By this time I was panicking as I required my car for work. The call handler said my phone couldn't connect to the link. My daughter tried with her phone and was told it was her phone that also couldn't connect. I was cheekily told that I should use a laptop. As no surprise this never worked either. In the end I had to be given their bank details to transfer the money. Absolute SCAM. Cannot fault the second garage, very professional. Something that should have taken a couple of hours ended up taking 2 days of me stuck in the house constantly on the phone.”

“This outfit is the worst that you could deal with. All they are interested in is charging as much as possible and unfortunately they are dragging the garages they use into the stinking pit from which they inhabit. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY SHOULD RENAME THE OUTFIT NON SERVICING.”

“The fact that I could arrange for a service the very next day was unbelievable. Most garages would have you wait 3-5 working days. Sometimes longer. The icing on the cake was free pickup on delivery. So while I was having a lazy day binging my favourite series on Netflix, I was getting my car serviced. Can you beat that?”
