It seemed like a great idea! They contacted me to with a long list of recommended jobs, I agreed to the jobs. I realised once the invoice came through that non of the jobs were essentials, I tried contacting them to change the jobs list within minutes, I called 50 times and got no reply. I used the online chat help, all they would do is request a call back that never happened. The fact they collect your car and drop it off seemed like a great idea, until you have a problem, no one will speak with you and your car is at an unknown garage and you are not getting it back to everything is paid for in full. They owe me a refund from an over payment taken at booking which I have never received. I wrote to customer services to raise my issues 3 weeks ago and never received a reply. Avoid this company, ask yourself why you need a middleman to book your service and MOT?? I really wish I had.

Initially cheap quote, paid for full service+MOT in advance, then hidden fees and extra payments requests for service. Also failed MOT, they requested inflated price for repair, once declined they refused to return the car under pretext of unsafe driving, despite MOT still valid for another month. Also no direct contact with garage, and difficulties in reaching them by phone. All in all worse service and MOT experience for long time.

Awful company, same as everyone else they thought they could hold my car to ransom. I had the technicians number who took the car and made myself a nuisance till my car was returned way over 24 hours since it was taken from my drive. Took over 100 miles away for a local service?Apparently I had an additional 29.99 surcharge to pay??? I declined any extra work to be done to my car as I knew it was in good condition. This company should not be trading they are a joke.

terrible. what everyone has said is true. DO NOT USE. I dont know how they are legally allowed to trade. PLEASE DO NOT USE. DO NOT PART WITH ANY MONEY THEY HOLD YOUR CAR TO RANSOM NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CANT GET HOLD OF ANYONE

Booked a service with them was quoted at £185 Their garage arrived on time and took my car away so far so good. 4 hours later I get a call from servicing stop to say that they wanted to charge me over £340 due to additional cost one of which was "special oil." I call the garage and ask them if i need the additional Items and they tell me that the car is so low mileage it does not need the additional Items. I phone servicingstop to tell then that I don't want the additional items and they then tell me that the price is now £226.45 because of "Additional Oil charges." this additional charge is higher per liter than I pay for full racing spec oil I use in my track car. I dispute this charge but they inform me if i don't pay i won't get my car back! So they have you between a rock and a hard place. So I am forced to pay. When I eventually get my car back I am told by the mechanic that If i Had booked this level of service (basically Minimum service although charge as Full service) through them it would have been no more than £165 including car pick up. I told him of my experience with servicing stop and he told me some of the other charges they add . headlights need adjustment - Garage charge £15 - ServicingStop chaged the customer £75. As a side note I spent over 1 1/2 hours waiting on the phone to speak with their customer service and was talked to like I was a piece of dirt and not a paying customer. I asked to speak with their manager and was told they would call me back - months later they still haven't called me (surprise.) They never sent me an invoice or a list of any work done whatsoever. I checked with the main dealer and the price servicingstop originally wanted to charge me was even more than a full service from the main dealers and that would have included a lot more than this "service" did! As a side note i noticed my car bonnet was not shut correctly and when I opened it I found the reason it did not close properly was that the mechanics had left a screwdriver under there which had slightly bent the bonnet out of shape - this was not servicing spots fault but goes to show the level of servicing you can expect. Lesson learned ,in future I will go to the main dealer, as it would be cheaper than this unscrupulous bunch, by they time they add their expensive extra's. Not to mention the 2.5% charge they want you to pay if you would like to pay by credit card. I think its very misleading to imply on their front page that they are involved in Dragons Den when in fact they are not. I notice this on trustpilot that explains their 5 star ratings there "This business has used incentives to collect reviews in the past" They were offering users Discounts off their bills if they leave a 5 star review on trustpilot!

Don't be faked by the discount! Once they got your car, you'll have to pay for pricey extra work.

Where do I begin, from start to finish a terrible and maddingly expensive experience. Extremely terrible communication from both servicing stop and the garage. Was told that the total cost of repair would come to over £800, required to pass the MOT. Told the car would be returned by 6pm, never showed up, waited to here from them after exhausting all other ways to communicate. None of the phone numbers I was given worked, all my email were ignored. I called again the following morning, eventually getting through to costumer support. The garage then told me I need yet again to pay another £800, again vital work so that the car could pass the MOT. When the car was returned and I could see the MOT, turns out 3 out of the 6 things were infact advisory. Not to mention, the fuel cap that they replaced my old one with costs £5.49 on Ebay dispite charging me £180!!Use this service at your peril!!!!!

SAME OLD SAME! Had a full Servuce then tried to scam me out of an additional £270! I declined and said they needed to return my car to which the lovely agent, Gary, abruptly put the phone down on me. Please avoid, as the saying goes “if it sounds too good to be true!” They’ll try their best to get you to part with more money if they can!!!

This company really disgust me he. This company really disgust me! I was enticed with their cheap online prices.. plus being backed by the Dragon Dens influence. Only to be found by total cowboys! For a simple service I have paid £425! I have complained through their email system but with still no response through their five to seven working day response time. Still no response. They offered me a £10 discount to give them them a good review on Trustpilot (Which I’m sure is a breach of Trustpilot review policy) This company needs to be avoided at all costs!

Paid and booked service and MOT and pick up. Telephone call two days before service to tell garaged arranged could not do it but I could drive to a garage 15miles away.

They picked my car up and 5.55am and delivered it back to me gone 7pm, I was very worried that I would not get my car back, I paid for my service online when booking to get more money off only to be told I had to pay extra for oil, I was not impressed and will never use them again

Never use this service … scammers 100% .. they con you out of money telling you things need doing when they don’t .. charged me oil when I didn’t agree to it or they asked me if it was ok .. told me that certain things needed doing and would fix the problems then hour later would ring me to tell me something else is wrong but should of been checked in service .. they said my logbook was stamped and checked when the book was in my house … the petrol gauge computer one telling me when it came back was completely empty and told them and told me it must of been like it before hand !! they took it to a garage mikes away that I didn’t agree to aswell and customer service is awful .. phone number doesn’t work and you can never get hold of the company it’s appalling .. never use these scammers .. I will be reporting them to trading standards to as £800 bill !!

This company is a scam. Do not use !! They get your car and then steal your money otherwise you do not get your car back! What seems like a good deal is not! Quoted £300 pounds with repairs over a £1000 pounds billed! You don’t get your car back unless you pay!

This is a con. I got an email first thing on the day to say someone would contact me shortly......nothing. The guy turned up about 1000hrs and said he was taking my car to a garage in Rugby.....a 50 mile round trip. Got a call later saying I was due for an engine flush and when I said I thought replacing engine oil is included in the interim service he told me it wasn't. He also said that the brake fluid needed replacing so I had to pay another £135 on top of the service charge. I noticed that the driver had even reset my milometer and suspect it was so I didn't know how far it was driven. A bit stupid on the basis he used a quarter of a tank of fuel. I feel that any garage that associates with them is condoning what they do. The first thing the return driver said was dont blame me I'm just the driver and told me stories of complaints that others had made to him. He also said that Rugby is relatively short compared to some he does.

I was quoted extra £358 extra by Gary for my car when I refused was told I had to pay £30 for special oil I refused he sent text stating I consented to it. I still refused and yet to get my car back. They are scammers people don't use them.

Beware! The price you are quoted is very misleading. In my case - a 2 year service on 2.0D Focus - I wasn’t expecting to be charged an additional £80 for the brake fluid change that is part of the routine 2-year service. I was also charged extra £30 for the synthetic engine oil required. They would have known exactly what spec and age my car is with knowledge of my reg number. Should quote a genuine price for the ‘full service’ they advertise. I will not be using Servicing Stop again. I haven’t yet been able to contact them by phone, on-line chat or email to discuss my issues. Ignoring everything so far.

Avoid at all costs I was warned by a close individual to the company serving stop would phone and say you need this and that. I payed 126 from 146 pay early and we take 20 pound off. On the phone she said you won't pay anything else. I then receive a phone call with a bill if pollen filter and other bits were to be done and it came in at £436. I told them to f*** off and return my car. Will never use them again make sure you pass this message around.
