DO NOT USE!!!!! Wish i had read the reviews before booking! First the positive….they picked my car up on time! Now the negatives! Car was meant to be brought back between 4-6pm, 8pm no car! No number or messaging to chase and find out what’s happening, all lines close at 6! I had 1 missed call that day, leaving no voicemail or text or email, so assumed was a scam call so didn’t bother to call back. And to reiterate, only ONE call! My husband wanted me to call the police to report the car stolen as no communication! I then had to arrange for my children to be taken to school and rearrange work for the next day as no car!! 8am i messaged on the live chat, told the advisor in charge will call me! 10:10am he called with a list of “additional” work mounting over £1k, for brake pads alone, didn’t even get a quote for other work as they’re already being sorted at my local garage which was already booked in for! I told them absolutely not and I will take to my local garage as I knew the REAL cost wouldn’t be that amount!! The guy then got really short with me and virtually hung up!! My car was then dropped off at 1pm, in fairness the girl who picked up and collected was lovely, none of this is her issue or fault! I looked around my car and saw the wheel patch panel sticking out, I thankfully was able to push it back in!! It’s in my local garage tomorrow and they’ve been asked to ensure a full service was carried out as learning from other reviews, there’s a high chance it’s not been, but rather they spent their time looking for faults to try make money back on beings as the initial full service quote looked so appealing! I have also been quoted less then half the cost by my local garage for the pads!! Please do not use and avoid the stress and anxiety I had!!

Don't use this company, total crooks, thieves, and worst thing is that it is legalised robbery! I am an elderly person and was attracted with the free picking up and delivery of the car, saves driving and waiting. Payed 145.00£ upfront for a full service . The car was collected as arranged, but an hour later someone from Enfield office called me and described my car as a write off ,{my car has done only 17000miles..)., the wanted 990£ to fix all the problems, I was shocked, started to refuse the jobs he was offering, he was pushing and pushing...eventually the price dropped to 450£, I became nervous, they are blackmailing and scaring you, so I agreed to what he suggested as an "emergency"work . Plus the 145£that I payed in advance, nearly 600£ for work that the car didn't need in the first place! I regret not reading the reviews before I booked on line, so people don't go there, it is a big scam!!!

booked for BMW X3 car service on 20th January 2024 for collection on 23d January 2024. They charged £183 pounds which I paid on the booking day. On the day of service, the guy name Adam from the customer service called me and asked me to pay the brake fluid oil £221 pounds. I owned the BMW first time and I thought £221 is the right price and I paid immediately. When car handed over to me in the evening the dashboard was still showing the warning that Brake Fluid required change. Firstly I thought they probably forgot to reset the system, to clear my doubt I went to halford and found that the brake fluid oil is not changed and halford mentioned they have ripped me off as fluid oil change only cost £50. I rang 10 times and finally connected once with the customer guy and asked me to drop the email to customer service. The customer service replied 24 hours, Mellisa customer executive which she is not understanding the case properly. They bloody charged me over 400 and not refunding the money of brake fluid oil. I agreed with previous reviewers that stay away from this company. I am speaking to my bank to get my refund at this moment. They are cheating to all their customers. We need to raise the voice jointly so that they can stop cheating people and shutdown their business.

Absolute scam... better go for Halfords or other known garages rather than these people... Simply charges money without proper service.. I doubt the 5 rating reviews are genuine or not... Avoid and save money .

This company should be banned for illegal behaviour. They provided a reasonable quote for service and MOT, my car was collecte,d then they rang three hours before it was due to be delivered back with an £800 list of items that needed doing to pass its MOT. I checked the MOT status online and it never failed the MOT! I got a comparative quote for the works they wanted to do from a main dealer and they were charging more. I emailed to say I did not want any of the additional works doing and to return the car and they sent an invoice for the original quoted amount which I settled. Just hoping I get the car back in one piece now.

Reasonable price quoted for a service and a mot if you pay upfront. Then wait for it !!! Rang me half way through and wanted extra over £300.00 extra for an engine flush and a brake fluid change. My car manufacturer does not recommend engine flush because it can cause damage. And the brake fluid had already been completely changed just 3000 miles before. I suspect that the only change that would have happened, would have been a change to my bank balance. Lastly the garage refused to stamp my service book. Make your own minds up.

Absolute Nightmare - Servicing Stop Delay and Silence on Refund My experience with Servicing Stop has been nothing short of appalling. After cancelling a service, I was quoted a 7-10 day refund waiting period. However, after 8 days, I received another email stating the refund had been submitted and would take an additional 5-7 days. Attempts to contact customer service were futile. Calls were met with an endless loop of automated messages referring me to the website. Emails inquiring about the additional delay went unanswered, leaving me in complete silence. It wasn't until 12 excruciating working days later that I finally received my refund. This entire process was riddled with unacceptable delays, lack of communication, and utter disregard for customer service. I strongly advise anyone considering Servicing Stop to reconsider. Their refund process is slow and opaque, and their communication is non-existent. You deserve better than this.

After paying £145.00 in advance for an MOT and service, the garage rang me and asked for an additional £319.00 for replacing the brake fluid and carrying out an engine flush before engine oil was replaced. These extras are absolutely outrageous charges for what is flushing oil price less than £20.00 + brake fluid £20.00 and at the most 1 hrs Labour. Of course i refused, and was told that they won’t stamp the service book. I won’t go any where near Servicing Stop again. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask.

I am mortified that I spoke to someone on Friday who did not explain thoroughly. First of all I was charged £1300 via instalment for servicing the car and additional work which I assumed it covers everything after they came back to me following a diagnostics. This morning I received a phone call that I need to pay another £1400 for another problem they found. What was the point of a diagnostic? My colleagues in the office are shocked. If they had made this clear of how much they want to charge me heads up after the diagnostic I wouldn't have even signed up to their service. I would've gone and bought another car. I am very appalled. I can never ever recommend this service to anyone ever for their poor communication and lack of detailed diagnostic

Rip off company £1000 quoted to have 2 brake plpes replaced that works out at over £325 an hour for labour it's nothing to the garage you take your car to they know nothing about what the agency is quoting to have the job done one agency to avoid go direct to the garage for a fair price

I could have given Zero Star to Servicing Stop. They are a Big SCAM. So stay away. Full Servicing in £149 is just a Bait that they put for customers. Once they take the vehicle they will charge you Fortune and unless you pay back, they will never return your vehicle. I was quoted £1792 for a car which do not had much to do. I told them not to go ahead with the service but they still made a bill of £900 without completely fixing the problem and saying we started the work already on the vehicle so have to pay that amount. Now im £1000 down without my vehicle completely fixed and without a PASS MOT. Stay away from these SCAMMERS. I will be reporting Servicing STOP and ensuring they Stop SCAMMING people.

Beware, they may take your money but not have a garage serving your postcode and cancel at the last minute. I booked on their website on 18th December 2023 for a full service and MOT. The date of they were due to collect my car was 4th January 2024. I paid in advance by credit card to get a lower price. On 2nd January I received a call from Servicing Stop to say that they had no garages covering my postcode and that the collection, delivery, service and MOT would not take place as booked. They offered me the options of taking my car to a garage over 14 miles away, or receiving a refund. I chose a refund. That was supposed to be processed immediately, but it had still not been refunded on 11th January 2024 and I am now going to contact my credit card company for a charge back. Avoid this company.

Car went in for Full Service. Promised it back that evening. It wasn't returned which meant that I wasn't able to attend an important event. The next day when I contacted the garage directly I was told it was still "on hold" Nobody seemed to know what was happening. Then I got a phone call trying to sell me a load of extras. Eventually got my car back on day 2 approx 3:30pm. Absolute Nightmare!

Guys, seriously, don't use them unless you don't care about how much money you spend. I prepaid full service and MOT. A day before servicing and MOT, I had my car hand washed inside out. I was confident that my car would pass MOT with flying colours. They collected my car on Thursday morning. Early in the afternoon I received a phone call where I was informed that some additional work must be done on my car to pass MOT and I was asked to pay 790,00, and to write a positive review if I wanted my car back on the same day. Also, I was told that they will not start any work unless the payment occurs on their account. I wrote a review but after discussion with my friends, I decided not to go ahead with their service. The trouble was, that there was no way to call them. They can call you but you can't call them. So I wrote an email asking them not to go ahead with work and to return my car. Early evening I received a phone call that the work is done and I had to pay. I paid. Then it was another phone call where I was told that after MOT another faults were discovered. I was billed totally, including service, 1.251,00. Maybe it wouldn't happen to you as you have some insights into how cars work but it's 'tabu' to me. So I must had been their favourite customer! Even when I paid for totally everything they asked me to, and I wrote a review, my car wasn't delivered the same day. Again, I wrote them an email stated that the next day, which was Friday, I was going to be at home in the afternoon from 3pm. When I came back from work at 2:30pm, my car was there. I had 3 missed calls as I couldn't use my mobile phone at work. I had the car but I had no car key! It took ages, numerous desperate emails... to get my car key on Saturday. They had my car for full 3 days. The vehicle came back with an extra miles on the clock, 1/4 of tank was gone while I left it with a full tank and it was absolutely filthy. The mud was all over it. In advisories from MOT was stated that I need to monitor and if needed, to replace suspension arm. As I really look after my car, I went to my local garage to repair or replace a suspension arm so it wouldn't be a major problem later. When I came to collect my car, I was 'gobsmacked'!!! They asked me where was my MOT done as my car didn't need a suspension arm at all. They even showed me that they had a new suspension arm in that garage but there was no need for a replacement. It worked fine. I was in my local garage today. What happened with Servicing Stop was a month ago. In my local garage are honest people. If they did nothing at all, I wouldn't know. They could charge me anything. I'm absolutely disgusted by Servicing Stop!
