My toyota when in for full service and mot all in for £89 yes right!! Extra £40 specialist oil!!! £270 for work that didn't need doing loads of advisories making up work they later adjusted only payed them for the specialist oil 😕 would not recomed or use this cowboy company again defo not hassle free also My car I feel is devalued and half a tank of fuel is missing due to 100 mile roung trip to garage which they refunded £15 only, never again I'll use main dealer as always in future.

DO NOT USE SERVICING STOP! They assigned a garage and came and collected my car. I thought this service was amazing so much easier. My car was returned earlier than planned and everything seemed great. Fast forward three weeks and my car has a breakdown. The break down company come out and deal with the initial problem and then find that the drivers side brakes don't work and haven't down in a few months. After getting the problem fixed and having the stress of a courtesy car/ lifts to work to sort out, I contacted servicing stop to find out what went wrong. I gave there team evidence that the problem had been there a few months as confirmed by the garage that fixed the problem. The response I got was that I was lying and the problem happened after the service. Even with the written letter from the garage stating that it had been there many months, they said it was untrue and that they didn't trust the garage that fixed the problem. I have no issue with a company getting something wrong but to call the customers liars and to not even consider the opinion of a long standing garage is just ridiculous. If you like your car not services properly and have a spare couple hundred pounds to spend then by all means go for it! But as this experience has taught me if a service provided sounds too good to be true, IT IS!! TLDR: Servicing stop didn't actually properly service the car, car had breakdown, customer service called us liars, we are £££ out of pocket, use at your peril!

Hi all I was very suprised about the reasonable MOT price! Then the car was taken and shock horror £400+ for basic work which I have done by myself. I relied on Trustpilot... but will never 'TRUST' THAT SITE' where this conpany is concerned! Tell all your nearest and dearest... STAY AWAY FROM... SERVICING STOP. They will service your wallet to the MAX!

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!!!! Booked my car for a service on Monday 12/7/2021 Paid in full on Saturday 10/7/2021 Took the day off work on Monday, no one picked up my car, spent 3 hours trying to get in contact with them!! When I eventually got in contact they tell me “oh sorry it’s been booked for tomorrow 13/7/2021” I accept that, possibly my mistake! So I book Tuesday off work (I work in care, SERVICING STOP aware of this fact! I work with adults with learning disabilities) Car due to be picked up on Tuesday between 8am & 10am, I’m still waiting for someone to pick it up at 10:30am!!! When I eventually get through they say “oh sorry, there’s only one mechanic at the garage today you’ll need to contact them to sort pick up”!! I’m now getting annoyed because I’ve paid for a service up front and SERVICING STOP not delivering!! And not being of any help! I phone garage, tell the guy I’ll bring the car in if that will help, I explain to guy about my job and the people who depend on me on a daily basis! He says bring it in and I’ll get it back to you by 4pm. I’m happy with that. At 2pm I get phone call from the garage to say my car is not on the system, so now I’m getting anxious again, I explain I’ve paid for it & it’s starting to turn into a joke, I’m starting to get annoyed, but it’s not the fault of the mechanic, it’s the fault of SERVICING STOP. The mechanic says leave it with me and I’ll see what I can do!! I wait for phone call, bearing in mind he is the only mechanic at the garage this day, I understand when phone not being answered! Eventually at 6:30pm I get a lift to the garage to see what’s happening to find it’s all locked up!!! Next day I have to go to work, and don’t get time to call garage or SERVICING STOP, I get a few calls from the number I had been trying to get through to for 2 days but because I’m at work, I can’t answer, I eventually call them back (hey presto! They answer straight away) Young man called Daniel speaks to me to tell me there is some work needs to be done! I say ok, he goes on to say I have to pay extra for the oil in my car because it’s diesel, bear in mind that is already on the system because they have all my car details before I paid up front! He then says the break pads need doing and some other things, I can’t remember what, but all in all it was going to cost £888 or there about, I tell him to send me the details of the work required in writing, he says no I’ve got to pay for it first!!! I say I don’t think so, I ask him to make sure the service I have paid for is complete and to drop my car off as per initial contract!! He says I’ll have to contact garage myself! I contact the garage who say the can’t put anything in writing as my contact with SERVICING STOP & to top it off they can’t drop my car off at my house, they got no one to drop it!!!! So I don’t finish work until 8pm and the garage is shut then & they can’t drop it on Thursday as they’ve got no one available to drop it!!! So I’ve got to take another day off work, and make my own way to the garage, buses x 2 and walking! I wasn’t very happy, but I’ve put it down to experience. Now yesterday while on motorway a light comes on the dashboard I’ve gone through my books in the car, my service history book missing! I can’t get in contact with the garage or SERVICING STOP TO SAY I’M FUMING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. This company is the worst kind of scammers I’ve ever come across! I will fight to get my money back, they are a despicable company and need to cease trading as soon as possible!! When you check the reviews they are all five stars until you get to put your own review then you see the real reviews, how is this even possible!!!!

Same as alot of other people. I didn't read the reviews then got scammed for loads of extras or they wouldn't release my car. Please please please stay away from this awful company.

Absolutely dreadful. Total scammers. Could kick myself that I didn’t check reviews. Paid upfront for service and MOT ON LINE £87 should’ve twigged then. Ended up paying an extra £550 to actually get my car back as unless the work was done it was ‘ ‘too dangerous to drive’. Original quote for work that was found ‘during service’ would’ve taken this over £2000. I will be reporting to trading standards. Don’t touch with a barge pole.

THEY ARE SCAMEMRS!! I paid upfront for an MOT and service they resheduled 4 times and wouldnt refund me then charged me £600 for work that didnt need doing on top. But you cant get through to tell them you dont want that work doing so im left with a massive bill because they wouldn't pick up the phone. Also theyre pricing are obscene. £64.22 for an engine flush when a normal garage charged £7. They offer cheap MOT and service to get your car in and then they put EXTORTIONATE prices on top. So upetting to be treated like this. Whatever you do DO NOT be tricked by the cheap upfront prices.

I have heard of credit card fraud but never a car service fraud, but this people are looting money in the name of car service, I did mot and service for my Volvo S40 for £718.00 but the offer was £117.00. They have not Even given me the bill. Even if you try to contact them nobody will pick the call. I wounder how such unethical firms are functioning in UK..

Booked a service and MOT it was cancelled as there was no spaces on the day! Even though i booked a slot. So phoned same day i took off of work for collection to say it needed to be re-arranged did this as needed doing and had already paid upfont for service MOT. Guess What same thing happened again a week later on next appointment! Also told 5-10 working days for a refund. I use my van for my buisness and this lost me 2 days work and i have now got to wait for a refund with No MOT as had to book elsewhere. Bunch of Cowboys dont touch i think the good reviews are fake, also customer service is shocking and they cut you off or put you on hold for hours. Not what i expected!

We originally booked without reading the reviews. Booked for a service and MOT at a cost of £125.00. Prepaid and got a small discount. However after reading the negative reviews I really did not want to put my car through a company with so many negatives. However I emailed them under the 14 days cooling off period and they were excellent in their communication and within 3 days the money was back in my account. Our car is coming up to its first mot and have always used a main dealer. Ok more expensive but peace of mind is priceless.

So I booked with servicing stop as they were at the top of all search listings when i was looking for a service and MOT for my car. I went through the process and filled in my details and post code and they said yup, we can service and MOT your car on X date, perfect, 10 days later on a friday I recieve a phone call saying my booking could not be completed as there was no garages in the area that could fit me in, Hang on but you told me on booking and completeion that you had slots available on this day, so I booked, the guy was like, yea but thats automated, we have to do manual checks because you are rural, to which I replied, that is not my problem, if you offer a service online, you should either state this when I enter my post code or you should have to honour it some other way, he said there was nothing he could do except offer me the generic £10 discount and rebooking it a week later, which was like an insult but as my car was getting close to its MOT date now, i rebooked, fast forward 1 week and my car is due to be colleced from my house between 8-10am, I had a hospital appointment so I left my keys with my neighbour, i get a phone call at 9am telling me they cant find any garages to complete the service and it will need to be rebooked.....this time the drone on the other end of the phone offered nothing more then a few appologies and nothing more, quite frankly how a business can operate like that astounds me, I have asked for a full refund. Moral of the story is stay away from this shockingly bad company and dont always go for the top hits on a search engine, even if they have good reviews, most are usually fake anyway, so now im £200 down for a service and MOT, £300 down from lost work, and an MOT that runs out in 5 days during covid times when there is a backlog of MOTs needing doing......absolute garbage

Terrible customer service, once they have your money or want to over charge you for things that don’t need doing, you can’t get hold of them, like when they took my money 3 times. Which eventually I got back through the bank. Told me I needed my coolant flushing and replacing, but I’d had it done just 2 months before, I needed premium oil! However wouldn’t you know that, knowing what car I had booked in for a service 🤣🤣. Lure you in with a cheap service offer, then try and ROB you, overcharging for things that don’t need doing. Beware, if it seems too good to be true, it normally is.

Fraudulent crooks Fraudulent crooks. I paid for a service and MOT - £70. Only it isn’t a service. Nothing is included. They would not release my car until I paid another £45 for oil change. The car had had an oil change 800 miles earlier. They then said I needed £700 work but couldn’t send me a breakdown of what was needed. In the end none of the work was required, and nothing was put on the on line advisory note. The garage they used, DNA Norwich, said they were not a good company and they only use them to get new customers. What a dishonest way to get new customers. On collection I had asked for air con to be recharged and a fuse replaced. DNA said he couldn’t do it as Servicing Stop wouldn’t let him, although he didn’t tell me that on collection. I now have to go to another garage, so no point in using their collection service. The most expensive MOT and oil change ever. Crooks, crooks, crooks.

The garage that did the service was good but Service Stop is a rip off. I spoke to another garage totally unrelated to my service. He just laughed at the amount I was charge. It should have cost just over 1/2 of what I paid.

I got ripped off.I only wanted a service seemed a great price £88.Then they whacked it up to £404 saying that it needed new spark plugs.They brought my car back with no petrol left in.I called the garage where the car was taken it wasn't a near garage.The guy that answered the call asked when was brought in then said "oh its booked with service stop".It would've been done and dusted if I had taken it to the garage myself and cheaper. The Service Stop company is making huge amounts of money from people that don't know about cars. The car had been picked up at 8.15am brought back at 5.15pm wasnt convenient at all. I could've got the same work done for a fraction of the price £150.PLEASE DON'T BE LIKE ME AND GET RIPPED OFF.DO NOT USE SERVICE STOP.

Booked my service and paid online 11 days before service. Once they had my money I heard nothing. Tried to contact the day before service due but phones not answered after waiting an hour. Tried again day of service, eventually got hold of someone who said they couldn't find a garage so service wasn't going ahead. Car is now at mileage limit and holiday plans are scuppered. It took them 5 minutes to phone to get my money after I had booked, but no phone call to cancel booking in good time, or any time at all. Shocking customer service so rather spend your money at your local garage. Looking at the other reviews it looks like I got off lightly. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

used service stop for MOT and service git a good price......... but when picked up said they was taking the car 50 mikes away alarm bells rang then ...........got a call from them saying it failed and i needed £900 work doing i broke down what needed doing and worked it out to £300 or less with labor told service stop to get my car back to asap and they put the phone down .........stay away from rip of bastards

DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Today they tried to scam me of 600+ as my m.o.t. failed. I called several garages after looking on the government m.o.t checker to check on what was wrong qnd they have said I am being scammed. I also have been charged for a certain oil for my car without permission. The service is ridiculous and I'm still waiting for my car to be returned it should be back by now. I was also told if I don't pay for the disputed amount then my car won't be released back. Which I have paid out of worry. Please do not use this service.

AVOID ** AVOID ** AVOID ** AVOID I am still waiting for an explanation of how they have managed to fit eight new spark plugs into a six cylinder engine ? Appalling company !! Charged me over £1100 for a full service and the car has been returned in a worse condition than when it was taken in! Charge back requested on my card and trading standards informed
