Horrible service.They damaged my reverse camera o a car.Don't go to them!!!Better to pay more for MOT and Service on somewhere different garage.

car wasn't collected and I wasted my only day off waiting. After wasting more time in their awful live chat- Held in a queue for an hour! I was lied to. operator told me driver on way. finally after 6 hours I received a call to be told it would be months before my car could be serviced. I am so angry!

Absolute disgrace. A full service is to look at your car and then tell you what’s wrong. They didn’t even do the basics. Took the car 50 miles away. STAY CLEAR DO NOT USE THEM.

They wanted to try and charge over £3000 for work that only cost £1200 at my local garage that is rediculas. They are a third party who garages work with it get more customers, so the garage has to make no it's profit then servicing stop added £1800 on top of that! That's outrageous and unjustifiable. I have no problem with the garage they used, but Servicing stop price gouge on their end. They give the garages they work with a bad name because of their excessive pricing strategy.

Absolutely shocking rip off company I have spent a fortune to get my car mot and serviced , apparently needed two front tyres which was a fail and warning light on which was a fail charged a fortune for these , but unfortunately I was in hospital at the time and couldn’t argue, also wanted over £100 for antifreeze plus other ludicrous prices for things total scammers, I have now sent 5 emails and still not had a response and my service book wasn’t even stamped which I left out on passenger seat ,avoid this company, if you can even call them a company !!!!!

very worst response i have given 1st time servicing to this company & i didnt got the bill of what they serviced & my car was good before servicing and after the service my car got trouble very next day thats a great service this company do & after that no one responds back this is a scamming company by wasting our time , money & car

I was a returning customer and booked my car in for a full service and advised that my washers were not working and the tyre pressure warning light had just come on so please check. The car was due for collection on Monday the 19th but I received a call to say collection would be Wednesday the 21st but then I got a call to collect late afternoon on the 20th. I told the driver again about the additional issues. I got a call in the morning to say that the brake fluid and coolant was due to be changed but at £200 I decide to leave it. I was told that the wipers would be unblocked and if any further issues I would get a further call. Not having received a call the car was delivered back to me this afternoon with the tyre warning light on still and the washers still not working. I called their office to complain and was given the garage number. They said all they had been told to do was oil and filter change. I asked if that was a full service and they said not but that's all you get and said how little they get paid to do the work. Apparently the interim service and the "full" service is the same, just oil and filter but addition checks are done ( not including the tyre pressures obviously)That's not a FULL SERVICE, that's a gross misrepresentation, not even checking the tyre pressures, what a joke. When I rang back to ask your office about this the representative was argumentative and referred me to customer service, I said I was a returning customer but would consider not coming back next year and his reply was "wonderful"

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THEIVES AND SCAMMERS. My car was collected for a full service, the car was not returned at the end of the day as promised. I had no clue where it was. The web chat doesn't exist and they don't answer the phone. I was then told that extras were needed at a huge cost. The car was eventually returned the next afternoon, with water in the diesel tank light on, add blue light on and screen wash light on. The quote was increased by £60 to cover oil and i could not check out with out agreeing to pay £40 deposit for my next service. I complained and it took 3 months for my 'deposit' to be returned. 12 weeks later my 'service light' came on. I took the vehicle to a reputable garage who explained that all the filters needed changing and he didn't believe the car had been serviced at all by Servicing Stop.

This is first time I have booked for service and had very bad experience. they have given additional advisory service quotation, but no one responded properly when I requested for additional service. customer services people said they have put request call back for 4 times, but no one called back. not satisfied with the full service. the day i booked for collection no one came for collection and no information till i contacted them back. very disappointed.

What a rip off just paid over £800 for a mot and service. I needed new break pads....but would of passes mot without the work. They put £20 vat on everything accept the mot. Please be careful. O could not talk to an actual person. The message service said they could not get hold of the garage...I didn't want the work done. They ignored all messages and emails. I just ended up paying, because I wanted the car back. The chap who brought the car back seemed very honest....its the company thats the problem

Scammers, leave the car dirty and they always have additional charges. The consumablez they use are cheap if any are used at all. Customer service - they are very polite until they got your money. In case of an issue you cant get hold of them and no one will answer your questions. Be careful and avoid. The cheaper option always cost more at the end.

Absolutely rubbish service .. cancelled first mot & service the day before it was due to be collected .. and on the re arranged day no one turned up to collect! So when I called to see what was happening.. I was advised that had been cancelled too! And no solution offered. Left me with overdue mot meaning insurance no active so no transport to take kids to school. I could have understood if I had been given ample time to sort the situation out, oh and I am still awaiting a refund! Booked in November ..

Servicing Stop are not fit to operate as a business. I booked my car for a full service to be scheduled for 18th November. Having booked online, despite my requests for details about who was the nominated garage and confirmation that my car would be collected during the morning of the scheduled day, Servicing Stop told me nothing. No one turned up in the morning and following several attempts to get hold of someone who could update me I received a call informing me that they couldn’t offer me anything for at least two weeks, even then they could guarantee it. No good for me so I asked for my money back which was agreed over the phone would be paid. The struggle to get my money back ensued and after 10 days of threatening court action I received a refund. Please can I suggest that you avoid them, there are better, more transparent service providers available.

I was asked to provide this 5 star review on trust pilot to get a 10 quid cashback. I received the car back the next day with smoke coming from the engine after a supposed coolant change. Contacted these folks and they said to take it to the garage myself. Showed it to a local mechanic and he looked at it and send me images to show that both the brake and coolant flush that i paid for have never taken place. Don't take the risk with servicing stop. The car was sent to woodside services in rugby. Really dodgy. They didn't even stamp my service book after the so called service and told me to visit in person or post it to them (funny thing is they ticked it off on their checklist that its been stamped)

Wish I had seen this review site before I paid £151 for a full services of my van , day of , no one picked it up , if I knew that you can't contact cust services at all then I would never had even paid let alone booked , there customer numbers don't work , there is no live chat , put in a refund email , I will wait a week then take the company to small claims court and let the government sort this out . I have a very bad experience. They collected my car from home and I waited all day but no returned and no calls. I found a garage in bolton from 15 miles away. Garage looks like scrap yard. They inspected my car from inside and all my seats are black marks due touched with dirty hands.needs to clean all seats .would cost around 200. When I booked they sent an invoice £85 but when they done work they sent a new invoice of same work 102.4 which is not fair. I don't think they have trusted and any qualified and any good manners. I Would not recommend at all.

I wish it was possible to leave zero stars for this awful business. Hidden charges and hugely inflated prices, plus non-existent customer service and impossible to contact when there’s a problem (which there will be). Do not touch with a ten foot pole.

A complete scam. A company designed to make car servicing hassle free have caused me a day of grief. I paid £100 for MOT and Service and booked 6 weeks in advance. On the day before car was due to be checked they texted to say there would be a weeks’ delay. MOT would have expired in that time so had to cancel and start again. Terrible customer interface, no contact phone numbers and chat function self deletes every few minutes. Have complained to customer services but am not holding my breath as don’t think there are any services for customers!!

Use ANYONE but these guys for your servicing needs. They seem cheap, but hit you with all the extras in the small print. They say no work will be done until approved, but that isnt the case. They apparently had to use special oil fro my pickup, and only informed me when it was time to pay. they then threatened to not release the vehicle from the garage unless I paid. Instead of the £108 quoted with all my vehicle details. it end up being an additional £55. On top of that Eugene was extremely rude and unhelpful, and I suspect deliberately had my vehicle delivered late. I waited outside work until just before 7pm before taking on my hour journey home. I received no garage paperwork or check sheets for the service, only a computer generated invoice from the head office. I have no faith that I even have new oil in the car. Dont waste your time or your money!
