Booked 4weeks in advance I had a text message the evening before to say they will be ringing shortly to arrange They did not ring Hah another text message the next morning it said the same thing Still no pick up so I rang them and they said that the garage was so busy they could not do the job for at least another 2 weeks therefore I asked for my money back The treatment I had was very unprofessional please I urge you all not to use this company

Where do I start.... First I booked online and paid, thrycyhen cancelled my booking until 5 days later. They arrived and collected my car at 09.30am. I failed the MOT, SS rand me at 5pm and said it was cost 500 to fix and release the car. Told them where to go and funded car back. Telephoned them 10 times in the following hour.... no further information given. Car idd not arrive back until 2 days later. Only returned because I had to contact the garage myself. SD made no contact no apologies, NOTHING! I am a nurse and was unable to work for 2 days due to having no car. Refund refused, service not completed fully and car passed its MOT at another garage. This company is disgusting! It's caused so much stress and anxiety. DO NOT USE!

Absolutely a rip off tried to charge me £600 + the £114 for a service ....told them I would not pay that very rude customer service & I would not recommend them atoll

No communication no contact number. still waiting for car, gone 7pm rang garage who is partially to blame.wasnt told which garage but pickup left a card.after a 20 minute dispute I demanded my car back & put phone down. An aragant person rang me from the company being very verbally aggressive & then put phone down on me. Long story short don't touch them with a barjpole. Big diserpointment.

Saw and online offering 60% off which I thought sounded good. Put my car details in saw quote and thought it was a good deal. Made my online booking. Paid upfront as the offer extra 20%off , Booked beginning of month , paid in full around the 09th September Received a call from their mobile number confirming 2 days before car due in had to be cancelled , couldn't find garage would be another 2-3 weeks my MOT ran out on 29th { MOT & Service booked } Late notification and had to wait 14 days for money to be refunded ( Not Good Service ) Booking Reference: 1460510 Service Type: Full Service Service Date: 26/9/2022 Enquiry Made: 02 September 2022 @ 9:07 *Price of service, does not include potential advisory work recommended during service which will incur additional charges; see service schedule for items included. They will quote a price for servicing later they will you have a lot of fault and some of them you need to change urgently otherwise it's unsafe even if you bring them a brand new car

I just used them yesterday for the first time and will say the last time for a Service and MOT. How it panned out. Saw and online offering 60% off which I thought sounded good. Put my car details in saw quote and thought it was a good deal. Made my online booking. Paid upfront as the offere extra 20%off Received a call literally a second later from someone calling from a mobile number confirming booking and explained the price , process etc. Claim on website: a FREE nationwide collection is arranged from your home or work between 8am and 10am. Fact: Received a call 08:30 on the day from someone saying my car will be collected between 10 and 11am. Actually car was collected 11:30! My car wasn't returned until almost 7pm after me calling countless times directly to the garage as impossible to speak to anyone at Servicing Stop only online chat who were not really interested in my concern. Eventually SS called me after 6pm saying they recommend engine oil flush, brake fluid change, and something else I can't recall now but that was for £260. I questioned it and declined. The told I needed to pay an additional £29 for "special oil" before my car can be returned and I felt quite intimidated. I begrudgingly paid it and 5 minutes later garage called to say my car will be returned in 15 minutes. Car returned, driver said nothing was wrong with my car and SS always look for extra costs! That's the short version of my case. All I can say is my experience was terrible actually worse than I would of expected. My advice is shop around first and avoid this place as the are far from transparent with customers and actually have zero customer service.

i booked a service and mot with them they give me time and date and took my money didnt brother to let me know no one came and pick my vehicle toallly time waster company done not trust them .

Won't bore you with all details .for mot and service they tried to charge me £1300 when the garage that did the work charged them approx £400 .. I took their bill to other garages to view by which they were horrified .. I couldn't afford to pay it so they locked it up for 8 days I didn't have my car..Had to get taxis to drop off wigs to clients with cancer..This whole experience made me feel really ill .After many emails and phone calls to them and others I phoned the newspaper who sorted it out for me . Anyone in the same position I urge you to let people know about this company spread the word how bad they are ... .

I have been ripped off by this company and I am willing to take them to court , get the police involved and my bank’s fraud team as I consider it financial deceit. Please trust the reviews and do not use. They are criminals. I don't have time to write out all that happened here but let the following bullet points suffice. For referenc my car was in for mot and full service. - I was called on the day and advised/quoted for - tracking rod changed £367.72 , oil replacement £24.99, brake fluid flush £139.99 and recommended an engine flush and fuel treatment at £100. This is all pre vat. - I called some other garages. They said they'd do the tracking rod for £50 Inc vat, brake fluid they'd take a look at but wouldn't be more than £30, oil shouldn't cost that as part of a service and the treatments were upsell. In fact the other garages were incredulous at what I was quoted. - I went back to servicing stop. Said I just wanted my car back. Initially the operator said I couldn't have my car delivered as it had failed mot. And pressured for the work. I found out this is a lie, it was not a dangerous fail so this was untrue. Ended the call saying they'd 'speak to the garage'. - after this point I could not get through all day. I had my calls cancelled and hung up on. I did not know where my car was and was preparing to call police. - 6pm my car arrives. Guy dropping it had apparently demanded ss release my car as he needed his own which was parked at my place - he worked for the actuall garage. Asked why I didn't go ahead with repairs. I mentioned price. And here's where it gets fun.... According to the guy, and invoice I was later supplied with, The garage was told to only do a basic oil and filter change and mot. Nothing else, no recommendations for flush, oil or anything. And they didn't do what was paid for, the full service! What's more, the garage was going to do the fix for £50. Let that sink in. Under a 7th of the price quoted by ss. With them pocketing the extra 310. So to list the crimes of service: - prices inflated as much as 7x industry standard - upselling for products not required - not doing the task paid for - not responding to calls or complaints - holding my car 'hostage', and pressuring. Everyone involved should be brought to criminal charges. Don't risk it. Would be interested in raising charges if anyone else has something going.

run away from this company. they are thieves take your money and do nothing. I paid £120 they didn't do the service and they don't respond to emails

I submitted my car september 30th for service booking number 1469778, they returned the car to me after taking roughly £900 of my money, it has since been making a scraping screeching metallic sound when i drive, both the phone numbers they provide in their booking emails do not work, their customer support email gets no response and their "live chat customer support" repeatedly times out and i believe may be fake. I have lost my money and have no idea how to get it back I am going to have to take my car to another garage now, please be very careful if you are considering using this company

I'd review servicing stop as 0 if that was an option. I have used them 2 years ago and they sent my car to a garage that was 20 miles from home which I thought was ridiculous. I tried to use them again this year and asked for the garage to be close and they ensured that the available garage was 7 miles away. When I received the garage details it was actually 17 miles away so I complaint and got offered pennys for fuel which probably won't cover the actual spent. I agreed just because I needed the car MOTed asap. The day before pick up they rang me and confirmed the pick up slot which was agreed. On the day they called me again in the morning and due to work I couldn't pick up so they cancelled my pick up and called me again to say they couldn't pick the car up anymore and it will have to be the following day and the reason was because I did not pick up on the day. I don't understand why we confirmed the day before and on the day they couldn't make it anymore.... All in all, this service used to be good in the past when it first started but as years went by and they got bigger and greedier it became worse and actually not as cheap as they sell themselves. I would say go to your local garage and get your car sorted their. Support your local community and don't waste your time and money on those big corporates who only care about their profits and not on customer satisfaction

Zero Stars Would have left no stars if possible as didn't receive any service. Asked for 2 weeks who will be collecting my £25,000 car as wasn't going to just release to anyone. Came to today less than 48 hours to collection and still didn't have an answer for me. Spoke to there very unhelpful web chat service who cancelled(on my request) then followed up by saying "it was just about to be booked in too". Why they didn't just say that to start with then book it in beats me. Stay clear of these cowboys.
