Scamming Ripe of merchants, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There is a Facebook support group with some of the people this company has scammed and ripped off. They charge you double what the garage do and don’t even do the work you have been charged double for. I have reported them to trading standards and action fraud, plus rip off Britain bbc watchdog and Martin Lewis. How this company is still running without all the directors and staff being in jail is unbelievable.

Collected my car 4 hrs late for its first service, Poor communication, wanted to carry our £600 worth of work on a 2 year old car including an engine flush. Upon returning my car I took it back to my dealership as the service light kept coming back on only to be told no oil change had been carried out. Still awaiting a response from servicing stop!! No reply to any of my emails and no phone number to call. What have i paid for ? Clearly not a service

Total rip off. Wanted to charge £1700 for what ended up being £300 worth of work. The owners need locking up.

We had our BMW serviced and to be fair we did not have an issue. However a few weeks later our car was stolen off our drive. We still had our two keys with us. People have advised that our key could have been cloned. They were the only people to have access to our keys. Makes you wonder….

Avoid using Servicing Stop! They initially seem like a really good deal, collecting your vehicle and getting it serviced and an MOT for around £170. But. On the day they collected my car I received a phone call from them telling me they wanted an extra £900 for work that was needed (which I subsequently found out was completely unnecessary) even though it had apparently passed the MOT. On looking at other online reviews it appears they do the same thing to all their customers. This is a complete rip off and I'm shocked that they are able to still get away with this. I did try and complain to their customer service department but the response was terrible and completely inadequate. Please let this be a warning to anyone else considering using Servicing Stop. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Paid in advance. Unreliable. Waiting in all morning for collection. Tried chat which was no use. Sent email and got call back saying two people had called in sick so I would need to rebook or cancel. Cancelled and told it would be full refund. Five to ten working days! I hope it is!!! I shall be checking.

The garage did not stamp my service book and it’s impossible to contact them by phone without having to pay a fee . They tried to ramp up the service cost with extra work and also tried to charge £340 just to change my front brake pads . Before my vehicle was delivered back the guy on the phone asked if ki could give a nine or ten star review before I even had the vehicle returned which rather stupidly I did as I was worried I wouldn’t get my car back.an independent garage quoted me £102 to change my front brake pads . I would avoid this company at all costs it’s not worth the hassle of trying to get in touch should anything goes wrong

They are fraud and i am surprised they are doing same thing with every customer. Don’t use them. They overcharging for the things which are not considerable and force you to pay otherwise they will not deliver your car. Full of scam and I would recommend every victim to use legal channel to stop them.

Fraud, cheating whatever you can call it, they will intentionally fail MOT and ask for repairs, they have given a bill of around £2000, which later i have done through garage for 400(including 3 new tyres). Don't use them.

You have been warned. Avoid them like the plague, totally incompetent. No wonder some of the Dragons in the den smelt these charlatans a mile off. They are a firm of scammers. They will rob you blind. The most unscrupulous organisation I have ever dealt with. They fabricate faults and quote extortionate amount to have none existent faults fixed. Do not touch them with the longest barge pole you can find. DO NOT USE THEM

Completely inflated prices, no telephone number or communication as to when they will be collecting the vehicle or delivering it back again (despite asking them to contact me via online chat). Caused a considerable amount of stress and anxiety to me and my family. They advised that I couldn't collect my vehicle due to a dangerous fault, yet they then drove my vehicle home without telling me they were going to do so, when I said I had booked it in elsewhere. They also hung up on me when I did finally get to speak to someone. Shocking service. Would definitely NOT recommend this company. Go to a reputable garage and save money!

This is the first time doing business with them and it is the last time as well. Ridiculously overpriced to fix a small problem. Ask for £700 to change one coil spring of a Honda Jazz which cost £54 from eurocarparts. Also missed the delivery time without any contact. Also the car seems having extra problem with the brake after they refilled the brake fiuild and now I have to spend extra money to ask other garage ro check it again. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Keep well away from these rip off merchants. They totally scammed my son ( who is a vulnerable adult) for a huge amount of money. They capture you by offering what sells like a competitive price, then rip you off with inflated prices and work that doesn't need to be done. I don't know how they live with themselves, they should be absolutely ashamed!

They don't even deserve one star! Thought I was doing ok by booking my car in for MOT and service, and paid upfront. This company reels you in by giving reasonable quotes, but then they pile on the extras once they have your car. It was collected, fine. Then I got a call to say it'd failed its MOT due to rear brakes needing discs and pads. This alone was going to cost £681!!! Then it needed special oil (not heard that before and I've had it serviced a few times). Also needed engine flushing plus god knows how many other extras. In all it came to over £1400. I refused, said I wanted a second opinion, he told me I couldn't drive the car until it passed its MOT so if I couldn't afford it I should pay in installments. I told him the brakes may need changing but they're not dangerous (I know that although they're worn there is still life in them and they work fine), and my MOT is still valid for a few weeks. If its a fail then I have 10 days to get it sorted but can drive it home and to another garage for repair. He got a little anxious and almost begged me to give a good review - saying that customer service is completely separate and nothing to do with the garage. So.... tomorrow I'll be checking my car over (they brought it back tonight when it was dark!!) and probably booking in elsewhere. I spent a stupid amount already with 'special oil' and an engine flush that was probably not necessary. I cannot afford to pay these ridiculous prices - especially given that I found discs and pads online for under £50..... so charging £631 just for labour..... for probably 3 hours work at most!!! Please let's put this company out of business! Watchdog/rogue traders would have a field day!
