Really bad service. Everything was booked in and confirmed so I took time off work for my service and MOT. They left me a message the day before saying it had been cancelled and rescheduled to a working day the next week! Couldn't get through after 15 mins waiting on the phone so cancelled and requested refund via email. First experience using them and won't be giving them a 2nd chance.

AVOID AVOID AVOID, IF I COULD GIVE zero stars I would I booked my car for a FULL SERVICE!! to be carried out on (10/9/21 FRIDAY )PAYING £111:35 with collection & drop off influencing my decision to go with this company with being registered disabled it was picked up as advised at 8am & never heard anything back until I received a call from servicing stop call agent telling me all the things that my car needed to have done, I questioned the amount it’s was going to cost £295:47p telling me that the engine flush alone was a big job so the price he was quoting was very reasonable. Against my better judgement & needing my car back for the weekend I agreed to commence with this services that were required before my car would be delivered back and told that I would be sent a link to pay but I asked to pay over the phone rather than online which he agreed to but said he would have to call me back in 5 mins!! Well 10 mins came and went my anxiety was starting I received a work sheet at 15:15 the same time I had agreed to the work to be done but with not hearing back from servicing stop I was getting anxious that I wouldn’t get my car back for the weekend I called the actual garage back at 15:38 and explained why I was calling to be told look don’t worry your car IS READY to be dropped back off u will have it soon!!. HOW COULD MY CAR BE READY FROM AGREEING FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE AT 15:15 TO BE TOLD AT 15:38 THAT MY CAR WAS READY!! especially with everything that the call agent Gary had initially said it required And any query regarding payments I would have to take up with servicing stop, I was called again at 15:41 by servicing stop to pay £295:47 for my car to be delivered back to me which it was at 4pm On Saturday 11/9/21 I went out to the car to look at the worksheet or servicing sheet where I presumed it had been left on the front passenger seat where I had left the servicing book to be stamped, on looking at the servicing book it had been stamped but none of the boxes had been ticked that should have so I drove to the garage on getting out of my car the mechanic said rite away have I forgot to stamp your service book I replied no u forgot to tick what you did during the service he took the book from me ticked what had been done and on him handing me it back I said was their anything else you did to the car apart from the service his reply was YEHH I TOPPED UP YOUR BREAK FLUID THATS ALL, YET I HAD PAID FOR MY BREAK FLUID TO BE REPLACED NOT TOPPED UP!! MY ENGINE FLUSH,!! REMOVE &REPLACE POLLEN FILTER!! LOW ASH OIL!! (FULL SERVICE)!! LABOUR AND PARTS PLEASE BARE IN MIND I HAD ALREADY PAID £111: 35 FOR A FULL SERVICE ALL OF WHICH COULDNT HAVE POSSIBLY BEEN DONE IN THE SHORT TIME FROM ME AGREEING TO HAVE THE WORK DONE AND THE TIME I CALLED THE GARAGE,on looking at the service book on leaving the garage it’s stamped as a INTERIM SERVICE NOT A FULL SERVICE THAT I HAD PAID FOR!! So I have paid for a FULL SERVICE on 6/9/21 & again on 10/9/21 & ONLY LOGGED & STAMPED INTERIM SERVICE, After trying numerous times to call email and use the online AI i finally got a call from a female called Nadya who listened to everything that I have just typed and said she would call the garage to see what had actually been done and call me back in20mins but was called back within 4 to be told what I had said was right and she would give me a refund of £180 for the services that I hadn’t received which was done the next day BUT I STILL HAVE PAID FOR TWO FULL SERVICES AT DIFFERENT PRICES AND MY SERVICE BOOK IS STAMPED AS BEING INTERIM SERVICE & THE SERVICE BOOK DOESNT CORESPOND TO WHAT IV BEEN TOLD IV PAID FOR.I REALLY HAVE DOUBTS AS TO WHAT WAS ACTUALLY DONE TO MY CAR!! Iv continually tried calling and emailing to get a human to call me back but have only received a email confirming my refund but saying I havnt paid for 2 services which I have, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE TEMPTING PRICING THAT THEY OFFER YOU FOR YOUR CAR AS IT WILL COST YOU A LOT MORE AND ALSO YOUR ANXIETY LEVELS WILL HIT THE ROOF WITH FRUSTRATION THAT YOUR NOT BEING LISTENED TO AND BEING OVER CHARGED, I INTEND TO LEAVE A TRUTHFUL REVIEW LIKE THIS ONE ON TRUST PILOT AS WELL PLEASE STAY AWAY. !!!

Booked for over a week and kept asking them who would be doing the work (even on phone call they made to me asking to complete the booking) but kept getting fobbed off with someone will contact you in about 5 days. Eventually after 20 mins on hold and with 9 days left till my MOT expires they eventually admitted they have no-one in the city I live!!

Like many of the other reviews I have read. Wish I read these before I booked with them. Never again. Booked with them day before mot run out, they cancelled and did it 2 days later. Booked for service and Mot seemed like a good deal. Rang me to say it failed the. Quoted me over 300 plus vat for Flexi exhaust, then 20 for side light bulbs lol. Then read discs and pads for 395 plus vat. On the failed mot sheet says nothing about exhaust or bulbs. I’ve taken it elsewhere all to be done and mot’d for under 100 quid. But before I got my car back had to pay 30 quid for disposing of the oil but you already pay £7 for that on the original invoice. Con artists avoid

AVIOD AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They are cheats! They should be struck off!! Do not use this company, they will cheat you out of £££££ They took £1200 for a simple service and said my brake pads and discs needed changing when they were only recently changed. They never even changed them. There was no evidence of them being new. I asked them to fix some trim on my door and they didn't even do that. There is no evidence that they have done Anything to my car. Please stay well clear of this Terrible Company.

Avoid like the plague. Attractive initial quoted prices are just loss leaders, wait till you're hit with a potential bill 5 to 10 times the original amount. Not to mention that the cowboy outfit of a garage they arranged ruined my car resulting in a total loss! In my opinion they should not be permitted to trade.

You never deliverd my car back that night special oil and flush then they said a system check £70 nothing wrong just mot 5 days ago deliverd the next day with engine malfunction light on driver said it was OK not to worry about it take it for a run it will clear tried to ring but no answer total scam special engine oil 5w40 can buy in Wilkinson keep well away people

They were meant to pick up on said date, that didn’t happen got a text after an hour trying to reach them on phone with no luck, their service bot also useless. Cancelled eventually after they said they could make another appointment 20 days later.. money that was pending has now been taken for a service that hasn’t happened. Hopefully it will be refunded or legal action will have take place which is a lot of hassle for small money.. should of read more of the reviews.. don’t use!!

Appalling company. DO NOT USE. Failed the MOT on minors but quoted £1,000 to repair and re-MOT the same day. After negotiating got the repair price down to £300 which I still refused. Aggressively tried to convince me to get the repairs done with them, very pushy, when I told them my own mechanic would deal with minor repairs they put the phone down on me. Then received a call back from another staff member who again was very pushy. Told me they didn't know how they'd get the car back to me as it had failed it's MOT, however the MOT doesn't run out for another 3 weeks! Finally they said they'd return my car but that I couldn't drive it as it was dangerous, it's not. Steer well clear of this company, total scammers!

IF YOU ARE READING THIS TO JUDGE THIS ONLINE RETAILER FOR YOUR CAR SERVICE PLEASE PAY ATTENTION. DO NOT APPROACH THEM. PLEASE DO NOT JUDGE ON NUMBER OF GOOD AND BAD REVIEWS. I had my car for MOT and service and on failed MOT they called me but already did service !! They changed oil without even asking me. The repairs they quoted was 4 TIMES HIGHER than normal price. The person who was calling to get MOT fixed was very aggressive and has constantly tried pressurized sale. They threatened not to release vehicle until I pay the price for oil change they did without my consent. They even sent me an email that I approved it. PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH THEM OR YOU WILL regret seriously. Even after you write customer service they will try another pressurized sale !!!! It is outrageous ! PLEASE STAY AWAY for GODS sake. They are really worst business.

I thought it would be great BUT they cancelled twice on 30/8/2021 and again on 2/9/2021 finally pick the car up on the day the Mot runs out they said if didn't pass they ring you up waiting until 5pm they then said that I need work done it would cost £399 Then car had service as will it need different oil an engine flush and lot more ??? I was so wrong unhappy customer

Do not use!!! Booked in for service (disclaimer the garage they booked me in with were great) got a phone call later in the day saying your service is done but you need 3 or 4 more things doing. The guy who picked up my car warned me they would do this and do not fall for it (again the actual garage doing the work were great) he backed down when I said I was a mechanic myself so I don't need all this work. They then said you need special oil which you have to have and we can't release your car until you pay us for that so proceed to charge me another £30 quid. Should have read the reviews myself draw you in with a cheap price then try either sell you work you don't need or hold your car as ransom unless you pay. AVOID

Whilst upfront price appears cheap, it is too good to be true. Operators lied when they said the garage was an MOT centre - it was not. Car failed MOT and the prices Servicing Stop quoted for repairs were exorbitant. e.g. £225 plus Vat each for 2 front coil springs, £386 plus vat to release and change brake cylinder. I refused and asked them to deliver car back. Luckily, the garage contacted me directly and I got all the work done for £375 plus VAT, instead of £1,000!! Servicing Stop are ripping off customers - I had a lucky escape.

Booked for car service Tuesday morning paid to save £20. No one collected my car as arranged. Call from service stop saying driver was off sick. Rearranged for Thursday today no call no show so i drove to garage an had to wait with car for up to 2 hour's while car got service. Service stop tried to charge me £25 for specialized oil as well as £85 they had already taken on booking. Glad i took the car myself. Will be avoiding this company.

I WOULD SUGGEST NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY even though they give very cheap initial quote for MOT and Servicing. Call centre person mentioning himself as service advisor named Josh K called and was talking very arrogantly. Also was very much pushing to get extras which I clearly denied. But Josh was not ready to listen and told me abusively saying "you do not understand and you are not a mechanic, etc" also asked me picking my car myself from the garage and not going to do any work, etc. Finally when I still did not agree to accept additional work and charges, he disconnected the call. This is very abusive and not accepted. Forced me to get specialist oil in the car even though I denied multiple times. I ended up paying for it as I needed car done and back. All in all very bad impression and will never recommend irrespective of how nice initial deal seems.

Servicing Stop chose to use MAS Nottingham. Did they vet vet them before hand? If they did then maybe I would still have my sat nav. Stealing is part of the service I guess. If you value your car and contents then look elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THESE!! Booked my car in, it got picked up on Wednesday morning it’s now Thursday and still not back, had a phone call Wednesday morning saying I need new break pads and it will cost £900 then I told him I will go somewhere else he put the phone down and I was trying to call all day and night and no answer. Spoke to the garage and service stop this morning and there both blaming each other and still no answers why my 17,000 Mercedes isn’t back. Absolute joke never again

STOP - DO NOT USE THESE RIP OFF COWBOYS ! Booked in MOT & Interim Service where MOT failed with few items. I did my homework ensured my tyres were changed via QuikFit. I had the guy do review if anything needing doing as MOT was coming up - nothing came up and said it was fine. I was shocked to discover MOT failed with REMOVE & REFIT: SPRING/TORSION BAR. Was held hostage to steep charge of just under £300. Reluctantly I had to pay. When I looked at my car there was no such work done. I am still waiting on my complaint. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

I feel the cost was too high for battery and oil change and the service was not good. One of the reverse lights was not working even though I had mentioned it when the car was picked up and it was not fixed. And also when I was having conversation with Josh K one of the servicestop operator who is taking care of my case was so rude and not even listen to me what I was saying and kept saying he was busy and was threatening me whether I will be paying the money now or I will not get my car back. I never expect this kind of threat or rudeness from servicestop service. I did ask to speak with senior management or staff when all this happened but Josh K was threatening me that he is the only one with whom I can speak no senior to talk and was threatening me to pay now immediately else I won't get my car back. Gone through so much pain and had a stressful day on the service day.
