“Book at your own risk, they charge unreasonable money for a service with no paper work or evidence to show work has been done. It appears they do not have point of contact except for an email which is responded after a long period of time. It is better to call the garage doing the work than calling this company.”

“Do not use this Company. Paid up front for service and MOT. Picked car up 8.40 on Thursday morning. Was told my car would be returned between 4-6pm same day. Car was not returned. Couldn't get through so called garage direct.. they were angry with me..said they hadn't worked on my car because I hadn't answered my phone.. NOBODY had called me. So I sent emails to servicing stop but nobody called or emailed me the next day to apologise or tell me what was happening. My children couldn't go to school.. I didn't get to vote on Thursday.. I had to take 2 days off work.. I couldn't get to stables to feed horses we look after. Literally no communication or apology. To make it worse the car was delivered back on Friday at 5pm.. no apology... but I noticed only the MOT was carried out not the service which I paid for. I can't get hold of a human to get my money back. Absolutely disgusted. Most incompetent robbing company I've ever come across”

“Told me my car will be picked up monday between 08.00-10.00am only to just call me and tell there is only one place that can pick my car up, but it will have to be the 17th? What's all that about? Why tell me something different from the beginning when asking for payment? I did pay. But now I have to wait for a refund. NOT at all impressed.”

“DO NOT USE!!! They do not even deserve a star! Did not return my car same day, zero communication, i constantly had to chase. Rang at 5pm on day of service to find out where my car was..... Garage was closed!! No call to let me know. After chasing the following day they said 12pm, no car, 2pm.... No car, promised it then for 4pm...... No car...... Then told 7.30pm...... Arrived at 8.30pm. 26.5hrs later than they promise. Managers Jason and Michael didn't even call me after i complained despite being told multiple times that they would. Due to car not being returned we lost out on a day's work and pay. They asked me if i could pick up my own car..... To do 50% of the job that they charge for, when they were giving me yet more excuses as to why they couldn't return my car. They offered me £20 for the inconvenience. They didn't care. Absolutely disgusted!!!! DO NOT USE!!!”

“Utter rip off pricing set by servicing stop and all contact is made by their customer service not the garage. Showed my invoice to a local garage and they said it should’ve been almost half and questioned some of the work as not necessary. Do yourself and wallet a favour and book direct with a local garage. Can’t even get servicing stop on the phone, only email or chatbot”

“I recently used this car service and had an absolutely horrendous experience. They made up false repairs just to inflate their quotes and rip me off. Despite not authorizing any repairs, they went ahead and did unnecessary work on my car. When I confronted them, they refused to release my vehicle until I paid for the repairs I never agreed to. Their unethical practices and blatant disregard for customer consent are appalling. They are clearly more interested in scamming customers than providing honest and reliable service. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time, money, and peace of mind!”

“Absolute thieving b**tards. Usual story, took my car away, phone call later on to it needed loads of work. I agreed only to have the brake fluid changed. He said it needed low ash oil, pollen filter etc. etc. etc. I am presuming that because I refused to pay for all the extras a screw driver was stock through the oil filter. This has now destroyed my driveway and almost caused be to break down on the M6. Avoid these thieves at all costs.”

“Even if you lost money, don’t go down without a fight. I was naive for thinking it wasn’t possible to recover my money from a greedy broker but everything turned out to be legit after I came across a review here testifying about Alex cryptoFX at writeme dt cm, I’m glad and I really appreciate ALEX for life, BRAVO!!!!!”

“I wish I had visited this website before booking my service. The reviews speak for thmselves. I have since discovered that this company has widely been reported for it's bad practices. The question I ask is why is it still being allowed to trade ? Who regulates this ? Why are the regulaters not doing their job ?”

“Collect your car but then make up recommendations (not from the garage doing the work) and charge about 3x what another would for the work. Total scam artists”

“I booked a full service and mot because I thought it was reasonable. Guy turned up late to pick up car,took the car to Govan about 10 miles away couple of hours later got call telling me I needed special oil at 40quid and I also needed a few jobs which would cost another 180. I told him I'm not paying any extra money for the repairs but told me the oil was already in so I agreed to pay the 40quid and to return the car. I called the garage personally and asked what was happening with my car and he told me the extras were advised and if I agree to pay for a headlight bulb 15quid it would pass the mot I agreed and car was returned with mot the driver asked for 30 for the bulb gave him 20 and off he went. The 1st time I used the headlights one wasn't working called the garage he said it was working when he dropped it off. 🤔Never again 😒”

“WARNING - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Complete lack of communication and MANY HIDDEN COSTS and erroneous 'issues needing expensive fixing.' The nominated garages they use are extremely unprofessional and only want to find ways to charge you for further work which is not actually required and will hold you car to ransom. Servicing stop themselves have extremely rude and unprofessional customer service advisors who are not looking to help the customer in any way Awful company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.”

“Absolute worst scammers going. Do not use. I paid for service and MOT and then I came out with a £3000 bill. They refused to give my car back and kept it overnight. I said I didn’t want any work doing on it. In the end settled for £800 to get my MOT passed. I then took it to another Garage, who said it didn’t have any of the problems the other one had said it’s just been a complete lie and it didn’t even have the service done.!!”

“Booked car in for a “full service and MOT” Collection went well, that’s where it ends. Had a call from Servicing Stop within 1 hour of my car being at the garage with a huge list of added extras that needed doing otherwise my warranty would be void! He talks at a million miles an hour, telling me I needed air pollen filter, specialist oil, full brake fluid flush and engine flush totalling over £500. I refused the work and asked for a refund and my car back. I was then lied to saying my car had already had the service started. When I asked for the garage where my car was and on ringing them they said my car service had not been started and my car passed its mot! How did they know my car needed a full flush because “the oil was very black” if they hadn’t even drained the oil. Absolute robers and liars! I await a full refund! Rude staff, aggressive when you stick up for yr rights! Avoid Avoid Avoid at all costs!! Garages who are taking jobs from them should also avoid as you yourselves will get the reputation!”

“scam merchants; didn't fill out the service records; the guy who picked up / dropped off the car had no ID, no paperwork, didn't speak english other than being able to say "give key" and wave his hand, i have literally no proof a service was done other than the money missing from my account. Tried to raise this issue with the customer support team they said it would take 3 weeks to write up the service report and add it to my digital service record. 4 weeks later its still not been done and they are now ignoring my emails, no phone number works even though on their website they say you can ring them.”

“Please don't use this service! They take your car,they call you with loads of work that is advised. Ask your to give a good review. When i tried to call them,no numbers would connect,or were not known. I actually thought my car had been stolen. Finally got a call from the garage that had my car and refused to pay any extra money till i had my car back. Luckily i had one of there cars on my driveway. I got car back,passed mot with no advisories. Both servicing stop and the garage are in this together to scam you out of money that you don't need to spend. I'm not sure the service was even done on my car.”
