“When the time comes for you to withdraw your money, the customer care representatives at Servicing Stop are really kind and talkative! They're con artists! Every day, I used to receive calls from various folks, but ever since I requested a withdrawal, nobody has responded. They no longer answer my chats, not even on their internet chat platform. I've heard a lot about C */__O */_N**/_ C*/__ E/__ P/__ T/__ S/__ T/__ R/_D. C_/O_/*M I then got in touch with them and sent over my report along with all the necessary information. They took up my case, and after a few days, they assisted in getting the money I had lost back. I'm really happy I received assistance.”

“Cancelled my service and MOT when i saw all the bad reviews, then was told my refund will take 7-14 days. Its been over 14 with no refund, and whenever i email to ask for updates they just have an automated reply of “refunds take 7-14 days””

“Do not use Having booked MOT + Full Service and paid upfront was then informed my car could not be picked up and no other garage or slot available. Was therefore forced to ask for refund - 7 to 10 is absolutely taking the hiss, totally unacceptable!! Leaving bad reviews wherever I can .”

“caveat emptor. I wish I had read these reviews before I committed to Servicing stop but their phone number on the side of their vehicle doesn't connect. No details provided of what they did for the service..No detailed invoice. quoted £136 for a new tyre The only thing that worked was collecting my car. I'm not aware that anything else was done at all despite me paying £600 for service and MOT. Seems Chertsey bridge services are involved but their phone number, on their van, didn't work. never again. an expensive lesson.”

“Complaint number 1 **Review: Servicing Stop - A Disastrous Experience** I recently used Servicing Stop for what I thought would be a straightforward car service, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The initial process of picking up my vehicle was fine, but things quickly went downhill from there. Within an hour, I received a call from a number that cannot be dialed back. The representative informed me I needed to pay £1000 for repairs, along with a compulsory fee of £125 for engine oil and a flush. I expressed that I didn't want the work done, but they had already performed the engine flush and demanded immediate payment for it. This is completely against their terms, as they state work should be approved by the customer beforehand. After refusing the £1000 worth of work, I was bombarded with pressure tactics. The garage called, urging me to get the repairs done, warning me that if I didn’t, I’d be at risk of a £2000 fine. When I asked for a detailed breakdown of the repairs and costs via email, they never provided one, which was incredibly frustrating. An hour later, the garage called again, this time offering to do the same repairs for £250 instead of £1000—talk about a suspicious price drop! I paid the service fee and got my car back within a few hours. However, when the garage returned my vehicle, the man openly admitted, “Servicing Stop is a scam and adds additional costs on top of what the garage charges.” Upon inspecting my car, I found more issues: - **No coolant had been added**, despite paying for a full service. I had to take my car back to the garage to have it topped up. Clearly, the full service wasn't completed. - **The engine oil** that was supposedly replaced with 'premium oil' was not changed at all! They simply added oil on top of what was already there, leaving it in a filthy condition. The £125 I paid for premium oil and an engine flush was evidently a waste. - **The engine covers were left loose and out of place**, and the interior of my car was left messy. - **My seatbelts weren't clicked in**, further proving that the MOT wasn't carried out properly. On top of all this, I have repeatedly requested an invoice and proof of payment from Servicing Stop, totaling £500, but they’ve failed to respond. I’ve received no service stamp, no receipt, and no communication whatsoever. The garage claims it's Servicing Stop’s responsibility to provide the paperwork, but they’ve been completely unresponsive. This entire experience has been a disaster from start to finish. The service was unprofessional, and their tactics seem predatory. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Servicing Stop to think twice.”

“DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Paid up front and got a booking for two days later. Then got a call to say they could not fulfil this. 10 days for money back so took next appointment rather than wait for money to clear. Two weeks later on arranged day got a text to pick up between 9am and 10am. At 8.50 am got a telephone call from a rather pompous man telling me this wouldn’t be happening as there was a back log from day before. Absolutely fuming I asked for them to source a garage near me and pay my money to them. End result after a heated phone call that I had no rights and they weren’t going to resolve the matter and I could rebook or again wait 10 days for my original money refunded. I could have went to the local garage and been dealt with sooner. Trusted everything that was promised on their advert. Wish I had read the reviews first. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.”

“Booked my Mercedes 2019 GLA for a full service. I was charged for Brake Fluid £169.20 plus VAT. According to the list for works carried out, fluid supplies to be included. I checked with 3 other garages and prices were from £45.00 to £85.00 Left messages ,sent emails. No replies. Could of taken to a Mercedes garage for the price charged. My advice is , STEER clear from this company.”

“They did not return my car due to "non payment", however I had paid for everything and could confirm via online banking. I only found this out when I contacted the local garage doing the work directly. I missed a call from them which I presume was to tell me this, but they didn't even have the courtesy to leave a message, when I tried calling back they didn't pick up and instead I got a message that they would call me again. They did not. They did not return my car. If you are going to hold someone's car overnight you at least need to inform them. This was a massive inconvenience and stress for me as I then had to make alternative arrangements at the last minute to drop my son at school. They also tried to add on a bunch of pointless overpriced extra servicing totalling over £400 (including over £100 for a cabin filter which I can do myself in 2 minutes). Good luck getting hold of them, apparently their phonelines open at 8am,but it's 8:40am now and they still aren't open. No one responds to online chat. No one has responded to my emails. Will I ever get my car back?”

“Total scam, avoid avoid avoid, give you false phone number for the driver/garage, can’t get hold of any one, customer service the worst I have ever had to deal with in my entire life, I urge anyone considering this to CHECK THE FACEBOOK PAGE !!! READ ALL THE COMMENTS!! TRUST PILOT REVIEWS ARE FAKE !! Please don’t pay these people a penny, you will instantly regret it.”

“Hi can someone please help me. I was conned from this company yesterday, and was forced to sign up to a credit company called Payment Assist. I have spoken to my bank but they have said because a third party is involved & they are a credit company I could end up getting bad credit if I did not pay this each month. I have made a complaint to Servicing stop & the credit company & will be contacting Consumer credit. Just need a little help on dealing with this terrible company as I will not allow them to get away with this.”

“I used this service, I then got a call from a man reeling off all this stuff that needed doing with my car costing over £1000. I knew this was not right so told them I wanted my car back and did not want them to do the work. I then had to pay £25 for oil before they would bring my car back. They also failed my cars mot. I finally recieved my car back and took it to another garage where it passed it's mot and didn't need any of the other work that needed doing. SCAM”

“Please do not trust this so called company and loose your money like me they set up a proper trap to me and i get caught, they have given a free MOT test i did the MOT with out checking my MOT expiry date , They could have tell me if they find because i have given my registration No. they Did MOT test 2 and half months earlier. my car is hybrid car they said they want to do oil changes and tire change totall asked £620 and said if you not paid i can release your car because MOT failed the reason they want to change at least one tire. Just couple of week before i replaced new 2 tires from Wilco motors they charge only £148 for 2 new tires and they checked other two and they said you can use other two tires for another year or another 5000 Miles these people said no i need to change thats why MOT faild i had to take my car because after they took my car no contact you cant contact them untill they contact finally they agreed to release the car for £200 they said they change just one tire ... the condition is i have to give 5 star review on trust pilot and google after give the 5 star they release my car ..... i have dealing with garages last 25 years i never faced this kind of third class deal and service... please take extra care the reviews are fake just relay on your local garage or your trusted place actually”

“Do NOT used them. I booked my car in for a Service and MOT online. Save £30 if you pay up front. Booked in the date and time-booked the day off work to then be called "we cannot get you in for 9 days !!!!!!! To add insult to injury I am the told I will be refunded in 7 to 10 days. Disgusting”
