Pick up time 8-10 arrived at 10.50 charged 206.oo for nothing done to car you are a disgraceful, scam service. My car didn't pass its mot with them and they wanted to charge me best part of 1000 to fix it ?‽?? Don't use them they are scammers

Call centre tried to tell me a lot of lies about extra work my car was supposed to need. Also after getting quote and price had to pay an extra £ 30 for oil.

OMG I wish I read these reviews before yesterday. I booked for a service and my total bill was £104. On the day my car was picked up and I later got a call saying my CAR passed the MOT but my oils need to be cleaned out and drained and it will cost me £425. I then said I don't have that money and they should just top up and leave the draining. The guy was so rude and went in that case your bill is £150.77...Like how did I go from £104 (for interim service and MOT). This is for interims and halfords would have done a more professional job for £120 without hidden charges. my advise is STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. THEY ARE A SCAM. THE CHEAP PRICE THEY QUOTE INITIALLY IS NOT WHAT YOU END UP PAYING. SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT. plus very rude staff and no customer service. you will stay on a call for 1.30mins with no answer.

They collected my car and after checking it they advised break service and I told them no because Nissan had just sorted my car breaks a week before. They are still holding my car and the bill isn't reflecting the reduction in repair cost worse I can't get them on the phone yesterday and today.

The worst experience ever. Booked a full service and mot and paid up front for a discount (big mistake) the service day came the car was not collected -no phone call text or email to make me aware of this not happening. Spent over 2 hours trying to get my money back, live chats,all phone numbers not answered just a joke. The garage it should have gone to had the same attitude. If it sounds to good to be true this definitely is. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

Awful service - My service has been cancelled 3 times after organising work to stay at home for collection each time. Booked my car in for a full service on Tuesday, it was cancelled the day before and re-booked in for the Thursday. On Thursday no one turned up, phoned and was on hold for 30 minutes before getting through. Was told they would contact the garage and get back to me. Phoned back as no one called (and on hold again for another 25 minutes) and told they were not able to do the service today. They could book me in for Monday. Explained this was the 2nd cancellation and was told they would see if they could do Friday, but if not it would be done on Monday and they would do a gesture of good will and make my car a priority. On Monday, no one turned up again, after being on hold for 40 minutes was told they would contact the garage and come bak to me within the hour. I got a call back to say not sure why they hadn't picked up the car and that they are unable to do today now as they picked up other cars instead. The earliest is Wednesday they could do it now. I would not use servicing stop again, 1 cancellation can happen for many reasons. 2 should be pretty rare but to cancel 3 times and for me to have to constantly chase up and spend time on hold is unacceptable!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Firstly, if I could have awarded this mob ZERO STARS I would but it isn't allowed!! I booked my Citroen C3 Picasso in for a service for yesterday Friday 18th February 2022. The car was collected as arranged. However, I received a call from them to say I needed a higher grade of engine oil and they want to charge £24.95 extra for the privilege, as well as a raft of advisories which aren't necessary totalling £486.18, more than I would have paid at a main dealer The original bill should have been £127.50. I paid the bill up front and was given £20 off making the new bill £107.50. My card was charged £124 28. I queried this and was told it was for all fluids the car needed and that that would be the final amount. Surely these fluids should be included in the price of the service! However, the extra charge they wanted to make for engine oil would have taken the bill to £132.45. I said I had paid up front and had been told that was the final total. The man making the call was aggressive and extremely rude, he said I HAD NOT paid for any fluids needed and that they WOULD NOT change the engine oil and hung up the phone! This of course means they HAVE NOT fulfilled their promise to service my car. In addition, they promised to return my car between 4 and 6 p.m. This didn't happen! My car was finally returned at 8.30p.m. The mechanic who returned it said he had worked with Service Stop for two months and was not going to be doing it any longer as he had had nothing but complaints about them. THIS IS A SCAM! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT! It seems they make their money by pushing advisories that don't need to be done. I would advise everyone NOT to go near this company for a service or anything else for that matter!

Avoid even if you are desperate. I put one star as there is no 0 star rating. 1-Started by booking my car into two different garages. 2- wanted 460£for standard Skoda MOT and service. Negotiated down to 132£ 3-Full service does not include engine oil, air filter or fuel filter. Not sure what it includes. 3- communication is horrible. Very challenging to get hold of anyone to speak to 4-charged 20£for car collection and 8£ for fuel. 5-allegedly claimed service was done in one garage and the MOT in a another garage. 4-I had to find out the MOT centre and drive long distance and wait for re testing 5-in a nutshell it is very costly and time consuming. If I have the time , I would have reported them to the standard agency. 6-Sent me 20£discount which never worked. 7-Service indicator needs re setting. 8-A lot of doubts ,I probably need to do the service again. Any other garage that you know would be much better. Never again

£1550 for a routine MOT & service. Servicing Stop in Enfield has my car and my savings. They won’t communicate or answer my calls. I’m a single parent and sole carer of a son with special needs and two parents with dementia. I can’t get to my mother who is extremely vulnerable. It’s the lack of communication that’s making me so concerned, they will not communicate at all. £1550 and no car, I’m furious, worried sick about my mother and just devastated to be honest. My sons half term ruined by these total cowboys. Do not touch Servicing Stop with a barge pole. I’m now following the advice of the AA’s legal service. The stress involved has not just affected me but those I care for, They rang me frequently when I was trying to sort the money but now nothing. I really feel ive been properly scammed.

Absolute fraudsters, avoid at all costs. Additional charges that were not agreed, billed and only way to get vehicle back was to pay as the phone lines are NEVER answered. My advice, avoid, Avoid, AVOID!

Wouldn't use them again, called the garage and was told they can't tell me anything and I should call London,tried to say I needed work done that would cost over £200, I told them no and to return my car,they said I had to pay £29.99 for a oil flush BEFORE they would realise my car,total scammers,no invoice,no stamp on log book just a email with the work that was checked, I don't even know for sure what was done.

I booked and paid for a full service and MOT in advance then read the reviews on here. I was very concerned when I did read them! However, they arrived on time to collect my vehicle. Approx 1 hour later I got a call saying the service was complete but they recommended that they wanted to change the Anti Freeze, the Pollen Filter and the Brake fluid, all at a cost of around £160. The car had also passed the MOT. I declined the opportunity to conduct the extras and they informed me that I needed to pay £29.99 for special synthetic oil used in the service. They claim this was in the terms and conditions which I don't recall seeing. I paid the extra cost and my car was returned promptly. All in all the service and MOT cost me £180. The dealer price would have bee £350 for the same work. I therefore feel that it was value for money. I don't think I will use them again but I can only give a fair review. This was in Gloucester.

They drove to the garage with no problems. Then an hour later they called and said my car can't be driven and the axle is broken. They asked for a ridiculous amount of money to fix it. I couldn't reach them for two days and no one is picking up. Then the sales representative hangs up on me. DO NOT use this service, liars, and scammers.

Terrible. Very rude and unapproachable staff. Used as a third party garage by service stop. The driver came to pick up the car and started by trying to get into my neighbours vehicle. Once realised it was the wrong vehicle he couldn't operate the electronic handbrake. Off the car went. Following this the car had an agreed time to be back with us. Service stop rang and said it'll have to wait until the morning. So we rang the garage and finally arranged for them to drop it off this evening. Which happened. When the guy arrived he said I'll move my car and we will have a chat. Next thing I know he's drove off and I have heard nothing since. Won't be using this garage again or service stop. The stress isn't worth the money you save. Whether the service was any good I'm not sure at this point. But it all looks clean, tidy and no obvious damage.

Had my car serviced two weeks ago they dropped it off and said they needed to update the kia app and would be back with my service book and to reset the service warning. I am still waiting over 2 weeks later i emailed service stop and they would get back to me within 5 to 7 days, still nothing, i managed to get through on the phone after about 3 hours they said they couldnt get hold of them and they left a message to ring me ( still waiting ) i asked for the contact details of the garage they refused to give them to me. I would 100% avoid this company.

My car went in for a simple service and mot. THEY CARRIED OUT £800+ WORTH OF WORK WITHOUT MY PERMISSION FIRST. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY, PLEASE STAY AWAY!

Thieves they failed my mot on 3 rubber dust covers and quoted me £1100 🤣🤣 Phoned another garage and they said £260. Then I thought they could be lying about the mot fail and low and behold took it to another garage and it passed with NO ADVISORIES
