Booked full service however log book only shows 2 items checked. During service received call for additional items and when paying for them charged my card extra £39. The extra charge was not visible on payment page... the email shows £39 charged for booking next year's service. Called them but they do not answer, emailed them and only received automated reply that my enquiry will be dealt with in 2 working days. No reply even after 2 weeks and no refund.

I booked in for an MOT and service. The car passed its MOT and I was advised a job needed doing on the service. I decided not to get the job done at the time but the garage went ahead anyway and charged £180. Which was took directly from my account without my consent. When I phoned to complain I was told the job had been done so there was nothing they could do. As I needed the car back before 6 o clock for work I just said right just deliver it back. I told them I needed it before 6 o clock and the website states a guarantee it will be delivered by then but the car did not arrive. This meant I lost a days pay of £120. No reply to my complaint. I was ripped off and lied to. Their promise means nothing. DO NOT USE

Paid for interim service- boyfriend and previous owners told me. A lad picked my car up Friday morning 9am said back between 4-6pm poss early as it’s a Friday: No email with garage address car has vanished can’t get hold of anyone! Got sent email of extra things needed amount to £800. No chance. Ive missed two days of work on top of this I live alone self employed. They have until end of today I’m reporting my car stolen. I feel like an idiot

They told me a lot of work had been done during the service and the bill sent was £551. I enquired and was met with a nasty man. Later, a new bill arrived via email to the tune of around £450 and gave me instructions how to pay. I contacted the garage who did the service and was told the only work done was an oil change. I told them what I had found out and heard no more for over a week. I told them I was not going to pay that for an oil or change. The bill was reduced to £160 so reluctantly paid up. I still have the emails as proof.

I paid for service online and They kept adding extra to it oil brake fluid so basically you have to pay for the service and then separate for the parts. The person on the phone from servicing stop was rude loud and arrogant will never use again beware every one

DO NOT USE I didn't find out until after I'd booked and payed for a service and MOT my car was going to a garage 50 miles away. When I got a call to say it had various things which needed doing from the service and had failed the mot, I thought I was talking to the garage but apparently it was Servicestop. The man was rude and belittling when I said that I wanted to take my car for a second opinion he said I couldn't have my car until I had paid for the extra special oil change, which I did as it was a lot cheaper than the £950 I was quoted for the repairs. My car wasn't returned that evening OR THE NEXT. I couldn't get through to Servicestop via phone, email or their AI chat system which doesn't understand easy questions such as "Where's my car" "I want my car back" "I'm calling the police". My car was eventually returned on day three and repaired by a garage for £500 less than Servicestop quoted.

Awful service! NOT RECOMMENDED! at all, customer service is totally ZERO as they don't answer your call or email, totally Misleading the customers , I've booked £94.46 for full service & MOT after 60% online discount so says it would cost £157 otherwise. examples, on website 60% discount when you book online , that's totally untrue , also on the advert the car meant to be returned between 16:00 -18:00 on day of service or MOT that's untrue too, because they returned my car next day , neither given any updates where bout the car was, paid them for full service & mot £639.09 , I got unnecessary charged about 40% , like pollen filter for £71 + vat, it will only cost £10 - 15 when you buy and about 5 minutes job for to change .....what a rip off!

Awful people running a fraud business don't go to this garage if you do do so at your own peril. I payed for a fake MOT Couse they definitely didn't do anything to my car like they stated they had if they had my car dashboard wouldn't be lit up like a Xmas tree on the day they MOT it and brought it back to me they charged me nearly 7hundred pounds for a designer oil and core blimey anti freeze. You can't even pay online until you've given them a review I was too scared not to give them 5stars as they were holding my car hostage until I'd given them their review and then proceeded to pay on their link that's all geard up to suit them and they use scare tactics their online system is so frudulant.. as I wasn't even told over phone is it alright to do this or that care worker has been trying for 3days to put in a complaint on my behalf to see if I can be reimbursed as all the money this company took from me was supposed to of been towards my flat I'm having in3weeks time but now I have nothing since they rinsed my bank account I even had to use my 250 overdraft facility my daughter put £50 pound towards my bill and the £ 360 pound I'd only got payed Tues by the thur I' had no money I had to go to a food bank I've never felt so humiliated and stupid in all my life.all becouse I didn't go with my gut feeling something is off..

Please do not use them - Seriously A pathetic business that accepts no responsibility - does not answer the phone - AI service is useless - No one responds to emails (It's been nearly two weeks). My car was paid to have a full service - garage told me that it only had an oil service. No response from servicing stop. Get the call try to charge £120 for 3 bulbs - they're £2.99 for two and £6.99 for the other. Tried to get the brakes bled - didn't need doing. Tried to convince me it needed a new expensive pollen filter (it had already just had it changed by me). Tried to con me into "special oil", absolutely ridiculous - its either in spec or not. They lose my car - send a report that its been delivered when it absolutely has not - arrived Monday evening - went in for the service Friday morning. My car has been damaged in two places, one wheel and one side wing - no response, no call answering, no return of my multiple voicemails. If I could have this "business" struck off to protect others from the con artists that work there I would. Horrendous service, complete rude conmen and couldn't care less about their customers.

Full service.No way.Oil and filter change,that's it.Then the phone call later ,I say later.About 5-40 pm.Told me the motor needed this ,this,this .A load of bull.Whe I refused this extra work.I was told ok.You will get you're motor back shortly.Shortl being 12-30 the next day.A couple of things make me wonder about the garage that carried out the so called service.On the web site they say all tyres are checked and any needing air will be done.Well I had two that were needing some air.When I got the motor back the next day.They were still the same.This may seem a trivial matter.But it's small things like this that makes you wonder what exactly has been carried out work wise.A pure ripoff.So I will not be using Servicing stop again.

Same as others have stated - paid for a service which never happened. They constantly said they were coming to collect the vehicle and never showed up. This happened over a period of 2 weeks and got absolutely fed up of not being able to get through to anyone and then getting random text messages. DO NOT USE OR WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Do not use! The service was fine, however, the delivery driver when delivering my car didn’t put the handbrake on. The car rolled down my driveway into my neighbours wall. Honestly can’t believe this could ever happen. The business refuse to accept any fault whatsoever and will not provide any evidence supporting their own statements.

The driver that came to pick and return my car was a nice man but ever other thing about this company is fraudulent. After taking my car to the garage for full servicing and mot, I was sent a message that my full servicing will be done on a later date yet you wanted to do the mot today. I was then sent an email that I gave them wrong information so I called them after seeing their missed call. The manager in charge told me my mot failed due to some things including brake fluid and wiper and I asked him why do the mot without servicing the car first, he said those where not part of servicing and was getting sarcastic so I just stopped arguing with him since I was a bit poorly. So he told me it would cost me £1200 but the could do the necessary things for £275 and put the other things not so urgent on advisory. I said they should do it because my mot expired while on holiday. When the bill came, the figure had jumped to £335. They brought my car this morning, I went online to check their full servicing list, I found out that it includes checking the wiper and topping up brake fluid if need be. I didn't bother to check and contact them because getting through to them is very tedious.They were just looking for ways to make people cough out more money,they could even brake your car to make your car fail mot, if you argue about the extra charges.

Booked 3 cars in for service and MOT on consecutive days. All 3 passed the test no problem HOWEVER servicing stop then proceeded to tell me in order to facilitate a full service I would need over £500 of extras (for each car). Each one needed brakes sorting, auxiliary belts, pollen filters spark plugs, etc. The callers gave me the the same exact sales patter for each car hoping I would say yes at the right point. I managed to avoid this on all 3 occasions and they weren't happy. Would not use again.

Warning ⚠️ Avoid. We had very bad experience with this company in Croydon from the garage called Strand Motors. They never picked up or dropped off. Made my MOT failed and made me to pay around £118 for intrem service and MOT and told me to do the repair work and asked to pay extra £500. They have very bad customer service. The guy I talked in the phone is very rude. I done the same repair work in another garage for £150.

*WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE* I had service stop last year about the same time, had a couple of issues regards to the collection but accepted the explanation regards to staffing issues, (never got a phone call regards to this so had to call myself, which took a while). I didn't have to pay any extra's luckily as my MOT passed not even extra for the oil. Went with this company again this year, paid for a Full Service and MOT with £20 off if paid straightaway costing me £119. very reasonable. Nothing but problems after, had a phone call to say I had to pay for the oil £29.99 plus VAT, and extras for the MOT to the cost of £318.00, I'm not a mechanic so accepted the cost and works, after this I received a text regards to one of the parts for the fog light not been in stock and it will need to be ordered from the main Dealer and will be there on Thursday, so I will need to take the car back myself, and then it can be fixed they said they will keep the car for 2 days or bring it back, I use my car for work so said I needed it back for the allocated time it states on the website for 6pm, come 4.30 no message regards to the car so asked if they had any info, bearing in mind they had messaged me on the same number regards the part, no message back, come, 5.45pm I am now getting worried as the car is not back and I am at work for 6.30pm. Messaged again no answer, had to use my sons car, the car was delivered back at 8pm. Have tried constantly to ring to find out when the other part is getting fitted as the MOT would be running out in 7 days, luckily had an invoice that the garage put in the car, so rang them to be told I would get a call back in an hour, no call back, rang again to be told there was no way the part or car would be fixed on the Thursday, had to ring on the Friday but it was like the guy as ignorant as he was didn't have a clue, I asked about been reinbursed for the diesel I was using to go back to the garage as it was in Stoke-on-Trent which is an hour there and an hour back,to be told rudely go through customer services, I have arranged to go back tomorrow haveing to take the morning off work and losing pay, so I will be there first thing as soon as they open to see what happens. Will NEVER use again

**Terrible company,be warned** Booked easy enough, a simple process, but from then it went wrong! Driver was late, then service agent called stating £1450 worth of work to be done, authorised it, work wasn't done as requested. I doubt the work was needed. Investigation in process and consideration for legal action pending. Don't book or use this company!
