Cant leave a zero star review..these guys are scammers who hold your car hostage till you pay their vastly inflated bills...obviously in cahoots with the garages they use..avoid at all costs

I was without car for 2 days. I pay almost 450 pounds when it is supposed it is 115 pounds. Dont use it...it is the worst service I've never had... there is no telephone to call and I where more that 2 hours to chat with someone...very bad performance

My car has now been kept for over a week. After a week, got a call saying my car will be released after paying further charges. Still no car. No update. Will be taking civil action.

This car service is a absolute scam. how it works is by a 50 - 60% discount as displayed on there website and once you book for a service you are hooked on there trap. Next they will highlight a serious problem that has to be fixed these problems if interrogated on google are not a problem but extra stuff that could be done for very low price but they will be charged an extrem price so please be aware of this scam.

Same as everyone else although they were 3 days late picking the car up. When they did I received a call with the following RENEW: BRAKE FLUID (SERVICE ADVISORY) £89.00 CHECK & RENEW: ANTI-FREEZE (SERVICE ADVISORY) £90.00 REMOVE & REFIT: AIR CLEANER/FILTER - ELEMENT (SERVICE ADVISORY) £86.56 PERFORM: LIFETIME FUEL TREATMENT AND ENGINE FLUSH (SERVICE ADVISORY) £55.00 REMOVE & REFIT: FUEL FILTER - COMPLETE (SERVICE ADVISORY) £147.73 REMOVE & REFIT: POLLEN FILTER (SERVICE ADVISORY) £86.51 Needless to say I declined they then charged me almost 30 quid to change my oil and didn't even fill it up. Absolutely disgusting

GARAGE TELLS THEM WHAT HAS TO BE DONE AND THEY MAKE UP THEIR OWN PRICES FOR THE JOB. YOU THEN NEED TO PAY THEM DIRECT AND THEY WILL NOT LET YOUR CAR BE RELEASED UNTIL YOU DO. Disgusting company. Let me start by saying the full service , isn't actually for a full service cause they charge you for the bits that are supposed to be in a service. There's prices are out of this world. They tried telling me I needed brake fluid for £77..... top up.. they gave me numbers to save to contact them , could not get hold of anyone and they never replied to my messages. My car was over an hour late. I really hope people read these reviews because this place needs shutting down. My parent s ,thankngod cancelled there service and mot. Service stop did t want to make a full refund and tried keeping half the money. Luckily they screen shot everything, I'm glad I.do too.. be warned stay away...

I booked with them for full service and mot. Initially they set up a reasonable price. When I pay there appears £20 extra for no particular reason. Car collectted and they asked me to pay extra £77 saying that they have topped up break fluid. My car fuid label was correct already. Even they topped up break fluid, £77 is not acceptable and my prius was checked by toyota dealer few days before the Servicing Stop. My car fluid and hybrid system was all okay. Don't use this company is full of sheet, rubbish and costed far more than my local garages. There are hidden charges beware. At the end they didn't bring the car on time so I was absent about an hour. Very bad. They used the Garage called Falcon Motors in Reading.

Ditto what everyone eles has said I wish I'd read the reviews first. I ended up paying an extra £350 for work that I have no way of checking has been done, I could not get may car back until i paid. Absolutley no communication, was unable to contact them by phone, only via e mail or "live Chat", which I failed miserably on. Rude man on the end of the phoine when they eventually rang me to say I couldn't have my car back until I paid after recieving three e mails asking for payment. I'm so upset that I have been taken advantage of.

Proberbly the worst company I've had dealings with!! My car collected early morning as agreed, no response from many phone calls to them for update just prerecorded tape stating they had tried to ring me! No missed calls registered on my phone??. The only call I recieved was approx 2.30 PM asking for permission to undertake extra s which I thought were included in the service, Like fool I granted permission and asked when I will get my car back? I was told once I paid the bill that would send me via email then I would have the car returned between 4 and 6pm. After seeing my money taken from my account I tried ringing several times again but just kept getting recording stating they closed at 6pm , didn't open weekends or bank holidays, as it was now gone 6pm on Friday before bank holiday Mon Tues I envisaged all kind of scenarios!! By 7.40 I'd had enough and was in the process of reporting my car stolen at the local police station when my wife texted me to say it had been returned approx 8.10!! I'm not a mechanic so I dont know whether the work was carried out properly but even if it was I certainly wish to go through that kind of unnessassarly stress and agro ever again! I strongly suggest anyone to think seriously before using this company, in my opinion phrases like sharp and shoddy service spring to mind. My original quote was less than 200 pounds but with the (extras??)and vat it ended up over 500pounds which had to be paid before return of car. Absolutely disgusted!!

Bad experience isn't the work! Booked a service, car collected. Phone call a few hours later to say lots of work was recommended at a cost of £880. I just wanted the service done nothing else. Had an engine flush, changed the oil and brake fluid and whatever else was involved in a service, so agreed a price of £267 The garage that was meant to be doing it was about 20 mins from where I live. Car returned later that afternoon so thought nothing of it. Great service done can relax. 8 days later I get a parking fine notice through the post for the same day my service was being done. Tried to call the garage with the phone numbers they told me to save and hey presto number was wrong, and the mobile was no longer in service. Went on the website for a contact number only to find the garage where my car was meant to be was permenantly closed. Tried emailing servicingstop several times and had no reply. Went on their live chat and twice told we will get this escalated... Still nothing. The parking ticket which had my car on was miles away from the garage where my car was meant to be! Appealed the parking ticket which has been rejected. Servicingstop advised to pay it and they will refund me hahaha... Like when? Had to call RAC today as since the 'service' my car just randomly stops now... RAC man said its possibly the fuel filter. He also showed me the air filter which hadn't been changed. His opinion... I've been duped. The service doesn't look like it has been done! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! Check reviews from different sites as the ones I saw were glowing! Issue still ongoing!

I have today had the most awful experience with this company! They have collected my car for a service and a couple of hours later phoned me to tell me that they recommend a few things that need to be done after agreeing to a price of £195, and speaking to a person called Chris i thought it was very reasonable! A few hours later i got an invoice for £895 i was floored as i had not and i wouldn't have paid that much! I have tried to contact them and after nearly an hour waiting to speak to someone on live chat the person called Chris phoned me and denied he quoted the lesser price after asking if the conversation was recorded he said yes and i said i wanted to listen to it he put the phone down on me! Now i cannot get my car back so i am seeking legal advice! After also been given the number for the operations manger from live chat you probably won't be surprised to hear it is constantly engaged ! I live on my own as my husband has passed away recently and not got much of an income coming in i am out of my mind with worry because i can't afford that price and my car is being held to ransom!!

Well I cannot believe how badly as a customer you get treated. Happy to take your pre payment from you but then fail to release your car as agreed with absolutely no contact to explain it will not be arriving as stated. I contacted the garage direct who in fairness warned me upon pick up that Servicing Stop are horrendous to deal with and will try to add extra costs and they confirmed the car was ready to be returned but they could not get any reply from them. I have tried via the online chat portal to ascertain 24 hours later where my car is and I am told as per the script of upselling, i need to wait for the call from the advisor to discuss my service report. I explained i do not need any chat, it was a service, nothing more and yet here I am 2 days later with no resolution still waiting for the car to be released, still waiting for a pointless call

My car was collected on time but then insisted I needed all this 'safety'work done. Told me 1 price then charged me nearly £100 more or I would not be allowed my car back. Would not tell me where my car was & kept saying they couldn't get through to the garage. I had an agreed time next day to get it back as I had work but no return. When I told them on live chat as no numbers would answer, that I would report it as stolen, they just ended my chat with a sarcastic reply to me. Please PLEASE do not go through this company!!! Rogue company!!!!!

Heavy on upselling said my car needed special oil but the minute i challenged it they siad they would do it free the cost of the parts and fitting them was a lot higher than what other companies were quoting will not deal with them again

I booked a service with this company for £126.93 and got told my car would be collected between 08.00 and 10.00 hrs on Friday 19 August. I hung around until 10.20 hrs then tried to call them but it was NOT possible to get anyone, only diverted to an on line chat, whereby, I was informed that they had failed to arrange for a local garage to collect my car that day! I therefore cancelled my booking and requested a refund of my money. I have sent several emails requesting my refund since I am a 74 year old OAP and I need to go ahead and book another local garage. However, I can’t even get the courtesy of a reply to my emails, so will now have to instigate legal action to recover same! Do NOT touch this company with a barge pole! They are a cowboy organisation and one of the worst that I have ever had to deal with!

Worst company ever!!!!!!! Let’s start at the beginning. Service stop booked my service at the wrong garage, on the wrong day, at the wrong time then ignored my 3 emails to try and rectify the situation. Now to get to the main issue…. I pre-paid for my service and when the garage finished my service they couldn’t release the car to me because service stop told them the service hadn’t been paid for, which it had, weeks in advance and in full. Then service stop lied to the garage saying they had been trying to call me all day. Everyone else called me fine that day, including the garage so they lied to one of their partner garages and me also. Then when I tried to call their “customer services” number I just got a pre-recorded message saying to use the online chat function or send an email. So I joined the online chat, it kept removing my messages, pushing me back down the cue (once from position 2 to position 9) and after waiting from 4:45pm til 6pm the chat automatically closed saying it was no longer online. Please NEVER EVER use this company as both a customer or as a garage partner. They are utterly useless!! Also never pre-pay for your service with them because it seems that once they have your money they couldn’t care less about fulfilling their obligations for the service (or lack of service) they provide.
