Please please please avoid this scum of a company - they will rip you off for work that is just not needed - go anywhere but not to these Avoid avoid AVOID

Don’t take your car here they quote you a price which you think is great they take your car for the service then tell you it has some issues and want to charge you another £400 on top I will never use this company again

I had my car serviced here a while ago & an email service reminder has promted/reminded me to leave a review. I was Quoted and paid £120 for service & MOT. Received an email stating my car was ready for collection with an Invoice for £440. For starters the guy that collected my car had only just left my house about 30 minutes prior the garage was about 25 minutes away, so they managed to do the service & MOT in 5 minutes! Service Stop claimed my car which was only 3 years old needed an engine Flush and Fuel Jet Clean in line with Nissans recommended period. £55 each. I phoned Nissan who didn't recommend doing this until 50,000 miles and my car had 19,000 on. They also said Brake Fluid was contaminated £77 charge. There was a £66 charge for Anti Freeze Change and £30 for a special Oil. I told them I didn't want any work doing after speaking to Nissan, they said that's fine but special Oil has been used and I need to pay an extra £30. I spoke to Nissan again and they advised my car didn't use the Oil they quoted. Servicing stop refused to release my car unless I paid the extra. I found out which garage they used and Iwent down to the garage. I spoke to the owner who confirmed the car didn't need anything doing which they quoted, no engine flush, no fuel line clean, Brake Fluid wasn't contaminated and he said looked fine. (Was only changed 12 months prior). Anti Freeze wasn't extra was included in the service and he had used standard oil included in the price. He told me not to use Servicingstop again and to come direct as there Is always problems. I confirmed I had paid the original £120 and he gave me my car back. RIP OFF COMPANY AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! AVOID!

I find myself being ripped off. Once the car was collected I received a call and they listed a number of things mostly common what others are also saying that has to be done for an unreasonable price. My car is still held as I haven't yet paid.

Very poor. Unable to contact ServicingStop by phone, only email and they take 14 days to reply. If you have a modern mini or BMW do NOT have it serviced here. Their garages cannot reset the dashboard service indicator light and every time you start your car it tells you that a service is required immediately. They also did extra work I didn’t ask for and would not release the car until I had paid. You cannot argue with a computer so the only way was to pay to get it released.

Went for a full service for 110 pounds and got a bill for 1500 pounds, NO FU#KING JOKE GOING TO THE Citizens ADVICE. DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR THERE.

Booked an interim service and MOT. Took advantage of pre paying, billing total £124.00. This was taken from my visa debit card immediately. Confirmation was emailed to me. Car would be picked up on Tuesday 18th April between 8 and 10am. Today I received a text informing me that due to unforeseen circumstances my car would be MOTd and serviced on the 9th of May 2023. Which is not convenient to myself, as the car is being sold. I text the Company back to inform them that the 9th of May was not convenient. Customer services called me, I asked to fully cancel the service, and asked for the money to be paid back into my bank account via the visa card I had used. This was agreed, but I was informed it would take between 5 and 10 days for the refund to complete. Whereas when I paid the charge, it was taken from my bank in minutes. I cant find anything in the terms and conditions about cancelling a booking if Servicing Stop do not honor the original booking, when they have confirmed it and customer has prepaid??? I did tell the customer service representative that I would be escalating this issue, to try and get my money back quicker.

Servicing Stop Ltd took my vehicle for a full serviceand the garage that collected my vehicle cause massive damages to the offside rear and first admitted it and later on denied it and never acknowledged the damage and two mo ths in my car is now showing that it needs maintenance for service and oil change. This was THE biggest mistake I've ever made using this company. I complained to them and I've sent about 5 emails and still not a single reply. I would urge anyone e think of using this company please think twice before you make the biggest mistake of your life.

No telephone number to call them!!! Overcharging for repairs! No telephone number to call them!!!! Beware! A ploy to overcharge people. I wouldn't use them again. I booked a service and MOT online for a certain date, reasonably priced I thought. Subsequently, they changed the booking without checking with me. Spent a couple of hours trying to re-schedule to a different. Gave up in the end as had to sit in the queue on Chat (can't call them!!). The communication before the day of collection was good. The car was collected. Alarm bells rang when the mechanic told me the company will call if something is wrong. And they did. Charged me double price!! Checked the price with the local garage. Realised I was ripped off. Couldn't call Servicing Stop back to recall the repair. Spent a couple of hours in the Chat queue again. Fruitless. Eventually, was referred to an adviser who never called!! Please ignore their pricing! They will tell you you need a repair and will overcharge you.

BEWARE!! I paid up front for full service. No-one arrived to take the car. Customer Services just passed on problem to someone else. I found out the name of the garage and they said they had nothing to do with Servicingstop. Finally got a call in the afternoon asking me to re-book. I said no and asked for full refund. (who knows when and if i'll get that. Worst service support ever. Do not use if you want a reliable service.

This company use underhand techniques to convince you to have additional work completed at vastly overpriced prices. They make it very difficult to contact them directly on the phone during the process of your car being serviced. Any additional work you may wish to cancel within minutes of agreeing will be impossible to communicate with them. There are so many bad reviews on them I find it unbelievable they still trade. Am currently in the process of trying to claim back £365 of additional unnecessary work from my credit card company. The Customer Service department must be inundated with complaints.

Scammers. Beware and avoid! Long story short: * Told me the price was £118, I paid, then they added around £300 worth of extras (including a £100 pollen filter change (2 min job and £9 part), which I thought was a standard service item. * Car came back damaged. * Mis-sold me brake fluid flush - told me it was a service advisory (looking online they use this line on the phones as an added add-on to push the price up. Straight up lied to me). * Said I needed special oil (I have a old smart car),which was another £25 on top.

Charlatans!! Trying to charge £840 for a £300 fix, bullied my teenage daughter into agreeing to have "vital work" done. When I stepped in they lied about work veing carried out, even though I had located the garage and the mechanic admitted he hadn't started any work on the car. Customer Support hang up on you when they say they're transferring your call. Lies, and bullying. Independent mechanics working in unison with this cowboy outfit.

I paid up front then then someone from a London number phoned saying they wanted £700 more for other work. I said I’d take the car back without the work being done as I could not afford it. They tried to pressure me into paying saying the car would be dangerous to drive. I stood my ground and phoned the guy who collected my car and asked him what was going on and he told me my car was fine and passed the mot without a problem and they just needed the go ahead that I’d paid my bill to be able to bring it back to me. I threatened that I was about to phone the police if they did not bring it back. I still have not got any paperwork to say it was serviced and no book stamped. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE PLEASE BE WARNED BY MY TRUE STORY IN NORFOLK.

Avoid at all costs £386 for a full car service absolute rip off, charging an extra £260 for brake fluid and engine flush. Hope you drop down dead Gary u f**king con man Bribed on the phone to give him a good review for an extra £10 off.
