Never use this company!!!!! They ripped you of money like double or more of what you would pay directly to the garage. They are scammers and thieves. They charged me over £1000 for job worth £450. Stay away from them!!!!

Same as the rest I’m afraid including the rude customer service guy on the phone. My car went in, £199 service and MOT actually cost £650!! This shouldn’t be allowed. Had I done my research I would not have gone with these. Still not got my car back and no call from the garage. This is poor…. I will be reporting this company. No numbers to contact either

A night mare left without my car from 9 am friday till 9 am monday no way of contacting these idiots a terrible service. Also trued it on with extra work costs broke consumer ctedit act also. Would strongly recomend not to use

Great garage service but you get some cocky London person then calling you up from service stop massively inflating the price with extras. Who pays for a service and then gets a phone call with the oil costs as an extra. The garage is great but the company are notorious for trying to squeeze Extra money out. The guy I spoke to was particularly aggressive and rude.

Please note AVOID this place it's not a garage !!!!! They do not service your car they simply arrange for a garage to do the work then THEY mark up the work done by the garage by a huge amount without actually doing the work simple just take your car to a local garage , most will pick your car up if needed

Appalling do not use this is a scam company went for a service £160 bill £550 including £85 to check a management light with no report back , couldn't get car back without paying Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid

Do not use these ripped me and my wife off we OAP’s and live on a pension which now they have stolen . Wouldn’t return car till paid £700 only went for a £160 service. Thought I could trust them but do not use do not trust . SCAM AND RIP YOU OFF . Saying need special oil which I was warned they would try do to

Like everyone else here, paid for a services for my van, it's only a year old, thought everything was great to start off with the company, collecting my van, servicing it then dropping it off, but to get a call saying that the brake fluid needed changing was going to be an extra £99, they said it has to be changed every 5000 miles, which I thought was odd especially for a van, I checked it out on Google which said every 24,000 Miles, given it had done 23,100 miles I was prepared to pay for the work, but when I clicked the link to pay there was a bill for £269, when I called to question it they said the person dealing with me will call me back, 3 times I phoned up and every time getting the same response, needles to say I paid the bill in the end and waiting for my van to be dropped, the person dealing with me nether phoned me back, shocking customer services, even when someone spoke to me they asked to say my registration in some other kind of 🔤, I'm have dyslexia so having to do something like that is impossible, will never go back to this company, avoid at all cost, they will rip you off and take all your cash

An absolute rip off. The business model is to pay garages trade prices and then charge you retail + whatever commission they fancy it seems. My MOT failed and I checked multiple places online for a quote for the part, came put approx £60 average (yes labour would be on top) got it quoted at a few garages, £160 average, which given it is a long job is fair. Servicing stop quoted approx £350. Total joke. Then the list of recommended jobs (pollen filter, brake fluid flush, etc.) All of which were not actually needed, another £600+. The MOT failure was not a dangerous fault so I could still drive on existing MOT which had a week left. They told me I couldn't drive it, and put on pressure to pay their prices, I assured them I knew I was getting ripped off and didn't want the work doing, and wanted my car returning. They told me it would be returned soon a 4.56pm, they close at 6pm so despite calling and emailing to find out where my car was at 8pm onwards, didn't hear anything back, and on writing this review 3 days later, I still haven't. My car wasn't returned until the next day, which was obviously concerning and inconvenient given they say it is returned by 6pm on the same day. The driver returning it told me servicing stop had told them they'd let me know it would be the next day, as servicing stop had to sign off it being returned with the failed MOT. Felt as though I was being punished for not giving into their pressure and lining their pockets. Poor customer service, extortionate prices, avoid avoid avoid!!

Absolutely load of rubbish. Paid for full service. Only got engine oil change. Delivery back and service light still on. Not been reset. No top ups. Not even washer fluid. Highly Do not recommended using service stop.

I have contacted Service Stop by email on 3/2/23 (and sent a reminder) and they have not responded - I still await a reply to my email. This demonstrates that Service Stop made a profit of £446.14 on top of the total garage transaction cost of £354.67 email: Hi Razwan, Please can you explain a discrepancy in my bill from you? I had a full service with you in 2020 for my BMW reg **** *** and your service company did not update my service record on the vehicle computer so I went through your live chat line today to see if this could be done (see attached transcript) I contacted the Service Stop Garage I used to get a copy of the invoice as proof of a service for my records as you could not update the BMW car computer. They kindly sent me a copy detailing all the work (parts and labour) they carried out and the total cost was £354.67 (invoice attached) The invoice you sent me, and I paid was £800.81(also, attached) Please can you explain this large discrepancy! I booked and paid for my MOT and service online. They collected my car at 8am and then I received a phone call from an advisor who started talking to me about engine cleaning and fuel lines, information which I didn't understand and I told this man that I was autistic and didn't understand what he was telling me. He told me for my car to stay in good condition it needed additional works and this would cost an extra £451.66. So I got sent a link to pay the additional fortune which I had to put on a credit card as I couldn’t afford this amount and was panicking as I didn’t understand how my car could be so broken. I work from home and don't drive often and my car already had a full service a year ago and within a year I did about 5000 miles, so not enough for all of this to come about. I spoke to a friend about 10 minutes after paying and speaking to this man who said that he thought them were taking advantage of me and upselling. So I called them back to stop the work, but apparently it had already been completed in the 20 minutes since I paid. SO as soon as I paid the work got started and they managed to complete £451.66’s amount of work in such a short amount of time. The customer service person could not care less and I don’t believe they actually did anything to help me at all. It gets to 8pm and I check my booking paperwork as it should be delivered by then, but my car had not been returned. I have a black box fitted to my car and opened the app to find it and it was parked just the other side at the village at the drivers house, I knocked on the door as the numbers for servicing stop and the garage were closed and the drivers partner answered saying he was now at another job and he would call me. An hour later he rang to say that servicing stop told him NOT to deliver my car as I had not paid! He then proceeded to say that he would deliver my car when he is back at about 10pm. He did not deliver it until gone 11pm that night, leaving his rubbish form his lunch in my car and sticky redbull which he spilled in the centre console. Servicing stop did not apologise, did not update me and generally took advantage of my autism, and I am have never felt like such an unvalued, unappreciated person in my life. I really hope that this stops another person being conned into spending a fortune on a car that DID NOT NEED IT. For those who want to know what the work done was that cost the extra £451.66 is POLLEN FILTER (SERVICE ADVISORY) £87.63 SPARK PLUGS (SERVICE ADVISORY) £168.29 COOLANT (SERVICE ADVISORY) £85.53 FUEL TREATMENT (SERVICE ADVISORY) £110.21 I am so upset even writing this, just to be taken advantage of in such a way. I am a person, I work hard like everyone else, I did not deserve to be taken advantage of like this, and without so much as a second thought once money was exchanged.

Avoid this company at all costs. They offer a 25% discount if you pay upfront. They then fail to organise for the works to be carried out and leave you with no other alternatives and they fail to repay the monies paid upfront in a timely manner. Basically they keep your money to earn the interest. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. All they are is a broker keen to earn commission but TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. I booked a service & MOT through them in December. 2 days before the due date the weather turned bad. They phoned me and said that due to the weather the car cannot be picked up. They re-arranged a new date 2 days later. They knew my MOT was due by that date. Nobody came to pick up the car. I phoned them to ask what is happening and was told that they had instructed another garage. They then contacted the appointed garage and told me that the garage was fully booked and could not do my job for another month. They gave no explanation why they had booked that garage and offered no help in getting my service (and more importantly MOT) done in time. They offered a refund which was of no help. I tried several times to speak to them but they only have an online chat service. I emailed requesting phone back for compensation because I had to get a more expensive garage in an emergency. Despite several emails and no response I threatened with exposure. Still no response

Its a scam with the agents trying to rip you off for unwated changes. They entice you with a goiod price for the servicing and as soon as the car is handed over a lot more gets added by the agents on the call. I got a call advising me with a host of charges and i asked to have a look online to see what i want to accept. The agent just sent me an invoice with all the charges added and when i called back to take the charges off, i was advised that all the work has been done and i need to pay. The agent refused to release the car unless i make the full payment although i had email evidence that i had not asked for the services to be added. I had to wait for a day when the customer service was able to take these charges off based on the email that i had sent and i got my car back the next day. the servicing was good, the customer service was good , its only these agents in between who want to maximise the money on the servicing needlessly. definitely avoiding these guys

Most horrible experience! Booked a service and MOT, they picked up my car late in the day (were supposed to pickup at 9am). They do not tell you what garage it is at, and you dont get to speak to the garage during the process. They had my car for THREE DAYS!!!, I was on the busses and trains to work (50 miles away) they told me on the second day that I needed 2 tyres and rear brakes redone and would cost me 810.00 (which I had no choice but to pay). You cannot contact them except by email or chat bot (complete waste of time). Absolutely no substitute for a local garage no matter how bad they are. Three days to replace a set of tyres and two sets of brake pads... it was an unreal experience that I never want to repeat.
