Paid in advance. Unreliable. Waiting in all morning for collection. Tried chat which was no use. Sent email and got call back saying two people had called in sick so I would need to rebook or cancel. Cancelled and told it would be full refund. Five to ten working days! I hope it is!!! I shall be checking.

The garage did not stamp my service book and it’s impossible to contact them by phone without having to pay a fee . They tried to ramp up the service cost with extra work and also tried to charge £340 just to change my front brake pads . Before my vehicle was delivered back the guy on the phone asked if ki could give a nine or ten star review before I even had the vehicle returned which rather stupidly I did as I was worried I wouldn’t get my car back.an independent garage quoted me £102 to change my front brake pads . I would avoid this company at all costs it’s not worth the hassle of trying to get in touch should anything goes wrong

They are fraud and i am surprised they are doing same thing with every customer. Don’t use them. They overcharging for the things which are not considerable and force you to pay otherwise they will not deliver your car. Full of scam and I would recommend every victim to use legal channel to stop them.

Fraud, cheating whatever you can call it, they will intentionally fail MOT and ask for repairs, they have given a bill of around £2000, which later i have done through garage for 400(including 3 new tyres). Don't use them.

You have been warned. Avoid them like the plague, totally incompetent. No wonder some of the Dragons in the den smelt these charlatans a mile off. They are a firm of scammers. They will rob you blind. The most unscrupulous organisation I have ever dealt with. They fabricate faults and quote extortionate amount to have none existent faults fixed. Do not touch them with the longest barge pole you can find. DO NOT USE THEM

Completely inflated prices, no telephone number or communication as to when they will be collecting the vehicle or delivering it back again (despite asking them to contact me via online chat). Caused a considerable amount of stress and anxiety to me and my family. They advised that I couldn't collect my vehicle due to a dangerous fault, yet they then drove my vehicle home without telling me they were going to do so, when I said I had booked it in elsewhere. They also hung up on me when I did finally get to speak to someone. Shocking service. Would definitely NOT recommend this company. Go to a reputable garage and save money!

This is the first time doing business with them and it is the last time as well. Ridiculously overpriced to fix a small problem. Ask for £700 to change one coil spring of a Honda Jazz which cost £54 from eurocarparts. Also missed the delivery time without any contact. Also the car seems having extra problem with the brake after they refilled the brake fiuild and now I have to spend extra money to ask other garage ro check it again. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Keep well away from these rip off merchants. They totally scammed my son ( who is a vulnerable adult) for a huge amount of money. They capture you by offering what sells like a competitive price, then rip you off with inflated prices and work that doesn't need to be done. I don't know how they live with themselves, they should be absolutely ashamed!

They don't even deserve one star! Thought I was doing ok by booking my car in for MOT and service, and paid upfront. This company reels you in by giving reasonable quotes, but then they pile on the extras once they have your car. It was collected, fine. Then I got a call to say it'd failed its MOT due to rear brakes needing discs and pads. This alone was going to cost £681!!! Then it needed special oil (not heard that before and I've had it serviced a few times). Also needed engine flushing plus god knows how many other extras. In all it came to over £1400. I refused, said I wanted a second opinion, he told me I couldn't drive the car until it passed its MOT so if I couldn't afford it I should pay in installments. I told him the brakes may need changing but they're not dangerous (I know that although they're worn there is still life in them and they work fine), and my MOT is still valid for a few weeks. If its a fail then I have 10 days to get it sorted but can drive it home and to another garage for repair. He got a little anxious and almost begged me to give a good review - saying that customer service is completely separate and nothing to do with the garage. So.... tomorrow I'll be checking my car over (they brought it back tonight when it was dark!!) and probably booking in elsewhere. I spent a stupid amount already with 'special oil' and an engine flush that was probably not necessary. I cannot afford to pay these ridiculous prices - especially given that I found discs and pads online for under £50..... so charging £631 just for labour..... for probably 3 hours work at most!!! Please let's put this company out of business! Watchdog/rogue traders would have a field day!

Took my car somewhere unknown for a service, few hours later called and told the engine needed flushing - £234 with an additional £1600 worth of work to be done. The additional work was for new pads and disks and timing belt. Also told Tyres were illegal which a different garage laughed at and said that it was not the case at all. Scammers of the highest level! Avoid like the plague

SCAMMERS! Servicing Stop are Scammers and beware of them. Yesterday, the garage took my car for full service. They were on time to collect. Then servicing called me at 5pm saying some things need fixing and it would cost £896 to do some jobs on it… Engine flush = £132, Break fluid = £180, Oil surcharge = £30, Pollen Filter= £135, Spark Plugs = £275, Anti Freeze= £144. I said I didn't want all this done, but he said I have to have it done and I wasn't able to cancel it. And I could pay in installments or in full. I felt I was being blackmailed, so I paid in full! I got my car back this afternoon. I asked the garage owner what work they have done and he said just servicing and MOT. Everything is the same like the others here are complaining. I blame myself for being so stupid and not doing my due diligence. I will try my best to report them everywhere and complain to the Trading Standards. PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

Today my car went in for full service. They called me later on saying i need to pay £960 to do some job on it. Just like the other reviewer here. Engine flush, break fluid etc. I said i dont want all this exta but he said i have to have it done and i wasnt able to cancel it. I will report them to trading standards, also i will go to the garage to ask what work they have done and taking the car to halfords to check. They put it through on mot but my mot was still ok till middle of may. Everything is the same like the others here complaining. I blame myself for being so stupid and agreed to pay the 6months loan. I will try my best to report them everywhere and stop paying the rest of the loan 5x£156

Picked up my Honda CR-V. They had the car and then I got the phone call in the afternoon, needed engine flush, special oil, brake fluid replacement, and a pollen filter. An extra £420 on top of what I had already paid. I refused to pay this, and the guy on the phone said it would be out of warranty if I didn' get the brake fluid change and they would be unable to stamp the service book. This car is only 15 months old. He then said "if you get the brake fluid changed you will be able to have your car back quickly" which is pretty much blackmail. I reluctantly paid for the brake fluid change. They have not changed it, it is just a total scam and they should be put out of their grubby business

Total scam - BEWARE - Do not use!! - No VAT invoice, stamp not legible. Forced me to give positive reviews and pay beforecreturning my car. Extortion. The price more than doubled from a quote if £180 to a bill of £460! identical story as everyone else. Refer to all the other feedback This crowd of crooks must be reported to the authorities.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Gary the representative was rude, discourteous, down right objectionable. Putting that aside I thought the price for a full service was reasonable, but all the additional charges were outrageous. I wish I’d read the reviews before I used them which I will NEVER do again.

Car was picked up at 0830 for a service and mot at 1330 received a phone call stating that I need special engine oil and brake fluid charging and a engine flush all at extra cost. I said no just do the service and mot he then asked me to give him a good review. About 30 minutes later he phoned again saying I hadn't gave the review I said I was busy and I will do it later. Tried to call them to find out where my car is you can't get through to them. Eventually my car was returned at 1830 9hrs later from picking it up 9hrs to do a service and mot. I then left a review complaining about the service they give. At 1900 hrs I was called asking if my car had arrived I said it had and said I wasn't happy with there services I said I won't be using them anymore he just said he'd blocked me anyway, so don't use this company they just try to rip you off use a local garage near you that you can trust

I used this servicing stop, totally scammed me, they didn't do what they said, charge you extra without any reason they just put on bill. The phone number they give you can contact unless they phone you, I don't recommend this servicing at all never never again, don't trust in other reviews in their website-which I did.

Everything was lovely until they picked up my Jag... When garage called me back they were trying to scam me for more money, trying to charge me almost £200 more than main Jaguar dealership and £400 over the quote I received, that was just for basic maintenance. Essentially they were trying to upsell me 24month major service which wasn't what I requested and not what I needed on 40k miles car. They were very condescending and unprofessional about it. Then garage representative become very standoffish and rude while trying to convince me that the full service I paid for won't be marked as full service on jaguar online service history. The garage didn't send me an invoice which I require and by law has to be provided. Garage also did not update the online service history. Essentially it's a scam, just go to your local mechanic and support local businesses instead.
