Took full service and paid. But later got a called which we are very quick and quiet with extra charges which is a rip-off and they didn't give a choice. Within a minute when I called back to refuse the extra prices, they said already started while we were talking on the phone so can't be stopped. It's a scam. Dishonest business. Be aware! Garages has nothing to do with them. Garages even call from their phone number. So you cannot blame the garage and garages don't get that money the company scam from you.

JOKE OF A COMPANY. BEWARE THEY SCAM YOU and won’t give you your car back until you have paid. You can’t even call them. Emails take 3 working days. SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID AT ALL COST

Do NOT use this garage at all! Most unreliable service I've ever seen. Booked my MOT for last week with collection. They called me to rebook it for another day, I agreed. Next time they didn't even call me at all, just not turn up. Then rebooked after I called... Next week they took my car and made me an unrealistic qoute for £1000! I asked others in the area and they quoted me half of it with urgent service. I asked them to bring my car back (still had to pay for their "service") and they declined, just told that they will bring it back at the end of the day. Without any reason. Last year they also quoted me 3 times then the normal price and didn't get my car back even on the same day. I had to call the police and only get my car back another day. Without my permission or even call me to explain. To get the details of the garage and the supervisory body's contact details took me hours! The customer service is just a parrot, repeats the same sentences, never answer to my questions.

Dreadful company to deal with. Won’t return your car if you don’t agree to have the work done to pass MOT. Can’t talk to anyone on the phone. They wanted £1600 to pass MOT on a car that only cost £100 to pass last time and it’s done less than 700 miles since.

Be careful from this scammers!! Never trust them ever !!!! As they caused inconvenience to me and my family beside taking money of us for a service that haven't been done as I find out by the mechanic his self when I turned up to the garage that was close to where I live and find out my car was parked in the garage all night long for nothing car was picked up at 8:00 am in morning service still haven't been done by 18:40 evening no phone number that answear the calls or even emails the next morning been told be dropped by 8:00am car still not been dropped when my wife had to go to work early morning and they still dont answear phones or anything we thought our car was stolen until i went my self to the garage and find out by the mechanic his self that they didnt come to pick up the car they are a total disaster if u value ur car never ever use this sevice and if u like to go through alot of problems go ahead and try by u will regret it they are not to be trusted !

Paid £167.57 for full service and mot car was collected and taken at 9am for return same day. Recitals saying 1 front spring gone, needs engine flush antifreeze and brake fluid.£1,130.53. Not brought back, next day another call they say a sensor is faulty and want another £1.090. Or no mot don't use its a scam to make money very overpriced and no customer service.

Hello….hope everyone who reads this, then decides not to use Servicestop, they are ignoring all calls and all emails, they promised me a full refund, yup still waiting…Please don’t use them!

Have booked my car in for service and mot ,cannot get in touch with any body,they have taken money so not going to trust them with my car are all a load of cowboys lost£118 pounds on these swines

Booked my polo in for a service, asked if they can also do a gearbox service as the car will be heavily used, got the car back, was in the drive then I started to use it, the gearbox was crunching, etc. took it to my local mechanic, the car now needs a gearbox, leaving me no option but to buy a new car. Do not recommend this option. Was called when it was in the garage to say I owe them £1400 for work that wasn’t needed. The car was immaculate and a good driver / runner before these cunts touched it. I called to make them aware of this and that the diesel filter was never touched nor the air filter and I was told to “fire this into an email”… I now have a near enough useless car sitting in my driveway. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

They take your money, informing you that there is a £25 cancellation charge then tell you the garage is 90 minutes away, therefore a 3 hour round trip using your own fuel. I was then quoted "twice" the price for a job I got Halfords to quote on, but was informed I needed to collect the car as it wasn't roadworthy. They had already driven it for 90 minutes! Awful....I spoke to Gary! Wouldn't give me his surname.

This company pretends to be Halfords they go onto their site and when you look you think you are dealing with Halfords but it isn’t it is servicing stop and if you cancel the service you were gonna have a charge you £25 but it is not in their terms and conditions as shown this company should be closed down immediately I have seen some of the worst reviews on this company

Firstly, I paid for a service and MOT and was not expecting then to almost be charged at extra £700. Is that some kind of joke?! My vehicle was fine and what they wanted to charge for supposed issues just does not add up. When I was phoned I was quoted around £69 for the work yet as soon as I received the invoice it was nearly £700. If you check you records I was trying too both call back and get in contact immediately and the only way I managed too was with your online chat service. We ended up having too speak too the garage directly too get any sort of support. Which was also super unhelpful even if they did manage to get them too stop. I have still ended up having to pay £178 because of work that was done even though it was requested for nothing to be done. We had better luck and clearer information given to us after we managed to get hold of the garage directly. Secondly Dean was both rude and completely disrespectful to both myself and my partner. I do not see how he can be one of the front people of your company and have both the attitude and ability too speak too people in the way that he does.

I booked and paid for a full service last Thursday to be done today, l wasn't aware that servicing stop subcontrat to garages all around the country, l was told my car would be service local(1.5 mile away from me) that was the beginning of a nightmare, my car was taken to Rugby, 22 miles away, so a total of 42 miles of my fuel, through out the weekend the kept messaging me about the collection day and time, they call me back from a London number about the report of things that needed to be done to the car costing over £700 of unnecessary work, l told the l could not afford the work and l was offered a 6 moth plan l refused, tnen they said to finish the list of the servicing l would have to pay for Special engine oil tha my car need it £29.99 and that they could not return the car to me till the payment was made, l had to pay, l tried phoning them to let them know that the payment was made, l used all the numbers available, l got no answer from them, either engaged. Line busy, there was a contact number and you get a message that tells you to email them, eventually l got a call at 4.29 to say that my car was outside, l had Words with the driver who told me that they are the garage appointed by servicing stop, they didn't do any of the topping ups, the did not greased any hinges or locks, so in total l paid for oil and filter£132,l will Never use them again or recommend to anyone, in future l will use a local garage so l can talk to a mechanic face to face, l suppose l was taken in by the collection and delivery. service.
