“Customer service are useless i paid £280 for a full service for my audi tt after collecting my vehicle the next day my engine is throwing oil all over the floor and customerservice just said put a complaint by email they dont act concerned id never touch this company again total rip off service report says nothing about oil leak cambelt wasnt checked either i paid extra for the oil as well only to have leak all over the floor.”

“If I could leave zero stars I would! Booked my car for a full service and arranged same day collection/delivery from my work. I got a text 3 minutes before the lines closed that they won't be delivering my car that day and it would be the next day leaving me stranded at work! The next morning I was trying to contact my service advisor who happened to be "on a call" the entire morning and kept promising a call back but I never got one, eventually car was delivered 2pm with absolutely no applogy or anything! Absolutely appalling service, avoid at all costs!!!!”

“This is a scam company, which tricks you in with cheap MOT and servicing offer, but then charges you between double and quadruple for repairs and don't even do the work properly. Returned my car with a scratch and a check engine light on. They are shamelessly exploiting vulnerable people in this cost of living crisis.”

“Terrible. Took my money then cancelled my booking. Waited 2 weeks for a refund but it was £30 short. Impossible to contact by phone and online chat doesn't work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!”

“The whole business model is a scam. Avoid at all costs. Wanted to charge me £800 claiming all sorts wrong with vehicle which was obviously lies as the car had just passed its MOT!!!! AVOID AVOID.”

“These people are scammers. Yesterday they tried to scam £hundreds out of me for a blocked screenwash pump! I refused, and they decided to hurt me by hiding my car. Every avenue of contact was tried. No response! I missed a meeting, and couldn't get out to a funeral today, because I am at home expecting the car to arrive. It isn't coming. So now I need to get my brothers to go to where its tracked , and remove it! I have never been so angry in all my life. I need a refund and an explanation as to how this can happen to so many people, and still they're advertising as if they're amazing. To this moment, the car is stationary... I know its not coming back, but all hell will break loose today!”

“Do not use this company. After having paid GBP 126.00 upfront in good faith on a so called 'Black Friday' deal . My car was neither picked up for the pre-paid full service and MOT. They have refused to acknowledge my numerous emails requesting a full refund, and there is no service capability to contact a representative via phone. Even after one of their operational team advised myself that a refund would be paid within 3-5 days. No refund to date.”

“AVOID SERVICING STOP AT ALL COSTS - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR COMMUNICATION. £700 WORSE OFF. FAILED TO DELIVER MY CAR BACK ON SAME DAY, OR INFORM ME, LEAVING ME STRANDED AT WORK - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.”

“I had very bad experience with the company I have booked my car for a service but unfortunately not any person arrived on the date and I paid in front the full amount of the service including the mot and I tried to email the company requesting the full refund but for several emails they refunded less amount pls be careful as what I find it’s big scam”

“They cancelled my pick up twice, 2nd one was 2 hours after it was meant to be picked up after I chased. There is no way of contacting them apart from the web chat which has a massive waiting list. I wouldn't be surprised if this was a scam.”

“Two months after our service WASN’T carried out by a garage contracted by Service Stop we are still waiting for a refund of the nearly £200 paid. They changed the booking and we handed over our car on the basis that we had to have it back that day. Fast forward to THE NEXT MORNING and an encounter with an aggressive garage owner who hadn’t don’t the work and didn’t want to hand over the vehicle. Every effort to get the money back has failed”

“I had the worst experience ever, I booked for a service the car was picked up I thought great! Then got the call with scary added quote’s. I felt I was held to ransom, paid the money got my car back the next day only to find my service light still on. I had no receipt of work carried out. I messaged customer service was held in a queue got so frustrated and couldn’t speak to any one. Three days later I got a message say I should drive my car t the garage to get my book stamped and ask about the engine light! I payed £575 I asked the garage for a copy of work carried out on the report it had a checklist and everything was ticked including book being stamped. It made me question if this was wrong did they do the work and to what standard, I have asked for half the money back based on this and having to take time off work to do this myself, the stress I went through ! Customer service said it would take two weeks to look into and offered me £20”

“My vehicle was meant to be collected Wednesday 9th with an mot and service, unfortunately the garage only goes and cancelled my car on the day of it?!? Really unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I took the day off work for this. I need the car MOT and serviced as my mot had a day to sun out!!!! No number to call service stop to arrange this??? I needed my car rebooked. Absolute shambles. Then I’ve decided to cancel the booking as the garage couldn’t look at my car till Monday which is to late. Still waiting for a refund. After reading the reviews I don’t think I’ll be getting my refund. I then spoke to someone and cancelled it with them but no confirmation email on refund???????!!!!!! Still waiting for the refund!!! Stay away for this absolute shamble of a company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Pretty amateur service - I booked twice, and twice no one showed up to pick up my car. The company is responsive online, but doesn't seem to have any way of ensuring their garages actually do the service. Terrible. Don't recommend.”

“This company is awful! Don't get sucked in by price as once they have your vehicle they add on extras and this is where they catch you. They promise to return the car same day and didn't, then the following morning and didn't. Unprofessional Cowboys!! You'll regret using this company, the reviews speak for themselves. I only wish I'd read the reviews before I booked a service”
