Absolutely rubbish. I went on line to see their prices and then got constant e-mails and txt to say that my car was being picked up , which I hadn't approved of at this time. So that day they had my car(biggest mistake of the day)and said that my oil was an extra 20 odd quid my brake fluid needed changing 89 quid and my antifreeze was not strong enough. So I said that just the oil and I will have the car back with no servicing light on. To which he said that the service light would only reset once the brake fluid got changed. As I was busy on my work phone at the time I agreed as I was getting the car up for sale. Got home and no car! Tried to call then and was on the waiting list for 21 minutes, after which, I ask where the hell my car was as it was only meant to be in for half a day! I found out the garage's name and called them, only to find that the car was finished the day before but were awaiting it to be delivered back to my home. Bearing in mind that this was 2 0'clock in the next afternoon and had someone driving a long distance to view the car at 4 o'clock. Not at all happy and will never use them again that is for sure. Nobody else do so either

TBH I wouldn't use them again, supposed to pick up between 8 - 10, didn't pick up till after lunch. Supposed to drop off that evening between 4 - 6, still waiting at half past eleven the following day. Not good enough as I have hospital appointment this afternoon, rang customer support which took nearly half hour to be picked up after holding. There was a list of recommended jobs as long as my arm which they wanted to charge at more than dealership prices. Didn't bother with extra work as far cheaper elsewhere, most of it not required anyway. Cheap service cost but in my opinion they try to make up for this in charging over the odds for extra work on your vehicle. I won't be them using again.

Wish I had checked reviews prior - meant to be going away in my camper van this weekend so MOT booked - texted a few hours before pickup to cancel as hadn't checked it's a class 7. Thanks, bank holiday weekend away ruined, never using this lot again - and I prepaid and am now waiting to get my money back, fuming.

WARNING!!!!!. RIP OFF company. NOW THEY ARE WRITING POSITIVE REVIEWS. ALL FAKE. I booked my car for MOT and full service on 4April 22. They picked up the car and later on a man called my. He was speaking so fast and as I have hearing issues and English is not my first language I didn´t know what was going on. I told him. Then, the only thing he made clear was that I had to pay to get my car back and later on we could discuss about it. They promised to return my car the same day but they didn´t. I thought my car was stolen. I checked the gov.co.uk and saw that the MOT pass so it calmed me down. Next day I called immediately to the garage they said my car was in the email. They told me the car was there. Asking the total price of the MOT+ full service they were reluctant to answer as the contract was with Servicing Stop not with me. I told them I was charged 829. In the end they said to me, confidentially, that they charged 237 and this company brought them lot of clients. The garage itself bring me car back at home, gave me the MOT document with the signature and garage details but the full service was a sheet with the Servicing Stop logo, no mention of the garage neither signed. I asked them for a proper full service sheet but still waiting. Not 100% sure if the garage is also involved in this comedy. My car was sent to Shurlock row garage (I think there are few). Sending bad reviews IS NOT ENOUGH. I am now guided by TRAIDING STANDARDS with this complain. PLEASE DO THE SAME. WE ALL HAVE TO STOP THIS. The more written complains we get, the more quick they will be cought. Thank you.

A Toxic company in my opinion. I had booked a small service and MOT before looking at the reviews. Gosh, cancelled MOT but had service as I knew garage they were taking it to and they had good rating. Had a phonecall and a dreary voice explained I needed to pay extra for a special oil. My car has done 170000 on regular oil.oil today is so good any type is ok. He wouldn't budge saying I needed to pay or my car would be left at garage empty of oil and need a tow truck. Bullies I can handle easily but some cannot. You will be cajoled and bullied by these creatures and your car held ransom . I got away lightly but many do not. Ethos of company Take hostage and get ransom. Obviously they will get their come uppance, but for now you are setting yourself up for trouble...and large unnecessary cost. Leave these creatures at the bottom of the pond

Worst company ever, avoid at all cost. They lie and rip you off and mess you around, sometimes spending 45 minutes on the phone waiting for the phone to be answered. Burnt out dealing with them, can't be bothered going into detail, just the worst you can possibly imagine. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

If I could give Servicing Stop a minus star I would!! How this outfit is allowed to trade as they are doing is beyond me. I will take whatever legal action I can against them and happy for anyone who also had a bad and fraudulent experience with them to contact me. They are now blaming the garage for the several items they said the car needed, which it didn't. I visited the garage and they blamed Servicing Stop. My contract and payment were with Servicing Stop, the garage was merely their agent. Best advice .... DON'T USE THEM AT ALL!!!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ROB PEOPLE OFF. PAID ONLINE FOR SERVICING MY CAR OIL CHANGE £100 FOR A £12 OIL FILTER, EXTRA £30 FOR ADDING OIL NOT CHANGING IT BECAUSE THEY ASKED £100 FOR CHANGING THE OIL. I USED TO DO MY CAR SERVICES WITH THEM FOR 4 YEARS 5 DIFFERENT CARS. NOT ANYMORE. MOST RUBBISH GARAGE I HAVE EVER MET. IN TOTAL PAID £130 FOR AN OIL GILTER, COLLECTION AND DELIVERY AND ADD A BIT OF NEW OIL TO THE CAR. HOPE THEY GO BUSTED.

Trust me when I say…. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Ridiculous prices, tried to rip me off completely and ignored my calls, emails and voicemail when I told them I didn’t wish to have the advised work done on my car as it was too expensive and I would be taking it to other garage. Really pushy customer service, and totally lying to customers about what their cars actually need doing work wise than what is true! My car is 2019 plate, 12k miles and they advised I needed £600 worth of work done to it. Just laughable. Totally money grabbing!!! DO NOT USE! TERRIBLY MANAGED

An absolute con and a rip off merchant. Stay away, stay very far away. Girlfriend had her three-year-old Peugeot 308 (17,000 miles) MOT'd by a separate garage two weeks ago and passed. She then decided to use Servicing Stop due to it's low price. The car was picked up well enough and then it went downhill from there. She was then quoted £1100 for the "necessary" repairs to be done. She told them that she can't afford that and they offered her a payment plan. Without agreeing to anything, she was then informed that payment wouldn't be required for an hour and that they'll start on the work straight away. At which point she told them once again that no work to be started and they offered to ring her back within an hour. The work that was apparently "necessary" was (1) a replacement of the front and rear brake pads and discs (2) brake fluid top-up (3) engine oil top-up (4) pollen filter replacement (5) an oil surcharge. Service Stop then "generously" offered to let my girlfriend have items 2 - 5 done for the measly price of £438. Very kind of them seeing as though items 2-4 are part of the service!! But that still leaves nearly £700 to have the brake pads and discs replaced. After speaking directly to the garage, they informed me that the front brake discs were slightly worn and one of the rear brake discs was slightly warped. So not in any real need to be repaired yet, let alone for a price of £700. The garage confirmed that they have quoted £320 + VAT for the work. When Servicing Stop finally rang back (nearly 2 hours later) I told them that we weren't interested in any further work and was then told that once we'd made the payment of £24.99 + VAT then the car would be released. This additional charge was apparently for the "recommended" Peugeot guidance of draining the oil every two years and fully replacing it. Plus "specialist" oil had been used. At no point was this agreed to and the car is 3 years old and so had the oil replaced last year. After trying to fob me off that this was part of the T&C's (but couldn't tell me where on the website as the website was "updated every day"), and also agreed by default in an email sent to my girlfriend. In said email, it mentions nothing of this just that if there are additional costs/work then they will not be undertaken until agreed. Within 30 seconds of my girlfriend accidentally ending the call she miraculously received a message saying that the oil replacement had been agreed. After the garage had refused to release our car due to being tied into a contract with Servicing Stop, we reluctantly paid the extra money just to get the car back. Stay away from these con-merchants. Overcharging for any work that needs doing, adding un-agreed extra costs to the price for items that are part of the service and being hard to get in touch with. If I could give these scum a negative review I would as they're preying on the vulnerable and blackmailing them to pay way over the true cost otherwise they don't get their car back.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AT ALL!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Booked in a Service and MOT because they collect your vehicle and return it. No one answers the phone. They wanted to charge me £1400 for additional costs for a small Citroën C1. No customer service at all. I was very upset that they charged me over £500 for something that a normal garage would charge maximum £250 to fix. Very disappointed. I wish I had read the honest reviews (not the fake ones on their website) before I had booked in to use this service. So upset and so disappointed. Lesson learnt for the future I guess.

I imagine that Servicing Stop pay Google to put them at the top of the list for people looking for car servicing. Well, it worked in my case. I commissioned a full service for a rather nice far-from-new car that I’d just bought. Because of its age I expected to have to have some work carried out on it and paid in advance, online. The price of such a service was quoted as £108.67 – good price, though I expected to have to pay extra for work that would have to be done. The car was duly collected by the garage that Servicing Stop had commissioned to do the work. Fine. What wasn’t so fine was the phone call received later that day informing me that I would have to pay £1,066.79 for work and replacement parts, which meant that the service had cost me almost £1,200. Dismayed by this, I subsequently found that I had been charged extra for work and items that should have been included in a full service. But that wasn’t all. Checking with the garage that had done the work, and with parts suppliers, I discovered that most of this final fee had gone not to the garage but to Servicing Stop itself, whose only role had been to ask the garage to do the work. The worst example of inflated pricing was that of a ‘bonnet release cable’, for which the garage itself had charged £85. Servicing Stop charged me £223.63 plus VAT for that. Working it all out, it appears that in total Servicing Stop charged me around £645 more than the garage billed them for. I emailed Servicing Stop (a company set up and run by two Essex brothers, apparently) to point this out and request a refund of £590, which would still give them a small profit. They did not reply. My conclusion, therefore, must be that these brothers are rip-off artists who should not be allowed to operate any kind of company. Avoid them.

Steer CLEAR of these ROBBING BASTARDS !!! .. they entice you with a low price 'up front', but then, if your car needs parts replacing, they 'up the anti' on the 'actual' price of parts of labour, charged by the garage in question .. in my case 'at least' a 10 / 20 % invcrease on everything .. SCANDALOUS !! .. as I said .. ' STEER WELL CLEAR ' .. I notice only '30%' of customers said they recommended them .. that means '70%' DIDN'T !! .. says it all really ... I, for one, WILL NOT be going anywhere near them again ... I would 'advise' everybody else to do the same, and get these THIEVES out of business !!! .. Mike

What can I say, a fairly reasonable price for service but extortionate prices quoted for parts and labour. Who would pay these prices?? I didn't accept the jobs apart from the the super deluxe oil refill. Pick up and deliver was ok and on time. I won't use again. Gary was sulky, operatives sounded bored.

This is the biggest bunch of cowboys out there! Don't go near them with a barge pole. They messed my wife about in every aspect, they have now had the car two days, and like other reviews they don't answer your calls. Not only that, the car that has been left on my drive looks like a dumped car, and I am guessing it has no tax or insurance by the look of it!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! This company is a joke. Pick my car up in the morning for service and mot with the guaranteed return between 4-6pm; it’s 10am next morning and I still don’t have my car; I paid for a full service and received the phone call that my car passed mot but they are some “service advisories” that need to be done that first came up to £480; when I said that I’m not having this done, he said that if they only do some of the essential work it will be £280; when I definitively said NO than he hit me with oil charge and break fluid top up charge-which I already paid for (or at least everywhere else is included in a full service). Customer service is so poor; the advisor I spoke to was so pushy and arrogant; become rude when I said no to additional charges. I rung the garage where my car was taken and they said that they spoke with advisor and he said that I was happy to get it next day-which I certainly wasn’t and explained to them that I need my car asap. I regret I haven’t researched the company before booking as all the reviews point out same issues; DO NOT BOOK, unless you want to deal with all the mess afterwards!
