“total rip off, quote me 105 pounds for electric car full service, after they took my car, they asked for 513 pounds for brake service and brake fluid renew. they won't let you take back your car if you don't pay as they said its a safety issue you can't reach this company by phone or email or live chat, this company is total scammer”

“Be Very Careful with Servicing Stop!" I’ve used Servicing Stop three times, and on two occasions, the bill came to more than £500. This last time, my car was in excellent condition, yet they still tried to push unnecessary advisory work. When I declined, they refused to mark my service as completed! It feels like they try to force you into doing extra work, and if you don't, they still charge you regardless. They also seem to get upset when you don’t agree to the extra work. I’ve found their charges to be higher than my local garage, so please be careful when using this company. Based on my experience, I believe they are scammers, and I’ll continue to warn others on all review sites. My friends and family will be posting reviews as well. If you're thinking of using them, proceed with caution!”

“It’s Dodgy company never trust them they are robber once you give them your car then they will robbed you for doing nothing done to your car they did not give me VAT RECEIPTS for service what they change They did not do anything not even change oil just check”

“My daughter is devastated! She's a single mum and was scammed out of £500 by these criminals who wouldn't let her have her car back until she paid them an extra £350 extra for changing the oil on top of the service charge, which we're quite sure they didn't even do! They claim to have a 4* review rating yet there's no way I can see of posting a review on their site so their reviews are clearly fake. How can a company like this, which has been featured as a scam of consumer programmes, still be allowed to carry on fleece g the unwary??”

“Booked in my Corsa SE 70 plate via ServicingStop, mileage just over 21000, PAK Motors collected car, during full service they indicated that it should a full engine oil flush and renew the oil, and drain and replace the brake fluid cost circa £400, told them no just do the full service as booked. Mileage was recorded wrong they put 23000 on service sheet, tho recorded it correctly on service book, oil they said they used differs from what they recorded in said book. 2 weeks ago EML light comes in and I noticed engine was loosing power and there was a noise coming from the engine my brother a very competent mechanic did diagnostic which pointed to camshaft sensor or belt, he had a quick look and found there was no oil in the car, he topped it up with over 2.5L reset the EML and it's been fine since, current mileage just over 22000! No obvious leaks which would need to be major to loose a full sump of oil in the space of a few weeks and would be visible on the road, so did PAK motors pull a fast one knowing that I would take the car back to them under warranty and find a fault, did they do the fuel drain before asking them stop when I said no. I leave you to judge. UPDATE 5 October 2023 Complained to them on 7 Sept 2024, and numerous times since all I got back was box standard reply from "Halley, your complaint has been escalated to our complaints team, they will try to reply within 5 to 7 days". Every time same response so used resolver.co.uk to complain guess what same box standard reply. Do they really have a complaints dept? On reading reviews it does appear that they sign up garages without due diligence and have poor reviews even when customers have gone direct to said garage, clearly these garages sign up to servicing stop to get more business. UPDATE 8 October 2024 At the point of escalation via resolver, the company reply was to send me a copy of all my complaints emails! And to think that the Dragons in Dragons Den made them offer which they rejected, saved the Dragons from themselves. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“We need to get together and take these scammers down!!! They are unscrupulous!! Once they take your money using vague explanations so you don't actually know what they are charging you for until you get the invoice 3 days later. I paid them reluctantly whilst saying I do not agree to this figure. I still haven't got my Van back since 10th September. I've had no communication. They authorised work without my consent. I'm so angry. Their business model is based on deceipt and outright lies. This is a cowboy company. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DON'T GET SUCKERED IN TO THEIR BS.”

“THIS COMPANY ARE CHARLATANS. DO NOT USE THEM. The stress they have caused in the last 24 hours is immeasurable. One lazy decision to not inform us that our car will not be delivered between the hours agreed made us believe our car had been stolen and created over 14 hours of extreme tension and worry and chaos only to be told that the system didn’t refresh. Trading standards are now involved. I sincerely hope this company go bankrupt as that’s the least they deserve. DO NOT USE SERVICING STOP.”

“Total nightmare from start to finish. Thought my car had been stolen as didn’t get it returned until 7:30 pm. Used all the petrol in car as they drove it for 3 hours there and back to the garage. Now there is a warning light on dashboard that wasn’t there when I gave it to them. The car is only 2.5 years old.”

“After i booked my service for a 2019 Astra, car got collected all good. Later I got a call from their office saying that I need extra special oil and will be extra charges plus other charges for searching the oil by Oil experts( all rubbish). Trying to reason with them via phone, no chance and got threatened that nothing will be done if I don't pay the charges the put in the invoice although I pay what the service quote was requested. Never again. Scamming company”

“This is the worst service platform you can ever do , It's virging on being a scam. They collected my car returned dirty smelly.Nothing has changed.Oily leaking breaks worse than it was. i checked engine oil does not appear to have been changed despite paying for it.I got charged 700 pounds for NITHING. they force u to do a 5 star review before u receive ur car!! theyclaim to give u discount if u give 5 stats review!! scaamers !!”
