OK so it is very easy and convenient to book a service. I booked a full service next day with collection and delivery which is great. That's what the star is for. However... Be warned your car could be serviced by anyone on their network and I am not sure they care who actually does the work. My car was serviced on somebody's drive! I know because I have a tracker on the vehicle. In addition to this the car was driven twice the distance than required to actually get there! I called Service Stop to relay my concerns and it took 25 minutes for someone to answer! Then I had the phone call to say there would be extra charges for oil which I was expecting as I had read the small print but also brake fluid change as the manufacturer advised. I accepted in the heat of the moment believing the seemingly genuine advisor. I have since found out that the manufacturer does not require brake fluid to be changed at this service interval and they charged 3x the going rate for it!! I am awaiting response to my demand for a refund on the brake fluid change and will be taking it further if not So dont be a sucker for the booking convenience because everything else is shoddy and I would not trust this company

Absolutely disgusting. Paid for what seemed like a good deal for a service. A very aggressive man rang at 5 pm demanding an extra £25 for a ‘special oil surcharge.’ I have a very old saloon that doesn’t warrant anything ‘special.’ I queried this and was shouted at to look at the web site and I’d signed up for it. Again I asked where and the ‘phone was slammed down on me. I’ve since had an e mail to say I’ve agreed to the surcharge but there’s no link where I can pay it on line? I’ve replied to say there is no way I’m speaking to anyone, I will only pay on line. Watch this space. Scam.

Avoid at all costs .... I paid for a full service and MOT, they rang me within 1 hour of them taking the car to say my car had failed the MOT, due to bald tyres and worn brake pads and discs ... I have just one dubious tyre that should have been a warning, not a fail, they asked £150 for each tyre, £250 for brakes, outrageous prices, I told them just to get the car back to me, that I'd go elsewhere for a 2nd opinion, the guy was so rude ..... I doubt they even looked at my car, how could thus be possible, a full service can take upto 3 hours and a MOT 45-60 minutes, absolute bunch of cowboys, this operation should not be allowed to operate, absolutely disgusting. Oh and they also told me I needed an engine flush! Also charged me an extra £30 for oil for a high grade oil, surely they knew what oil I needed when they offered the quote, they knew what made and model my car was from the start!!

- stars from me. Absolutely disgusted and totally ripped off. Held my car to ransom for two days and wouldn’t return it until I paid the extortionate price. Dropped it off just after 8pm last night was supposed to 6pm latest and the pathetic idiot who obviously couldn’t face me just dumped it on the drive shoved the key through my letterbox and ran for his life absolutely hilarious. Asked for any parts that had been replaced to be returned so I could get a second opinion guess what that didn’t happen. Overall changed just short of £500 for a service and MOT on a 3 year old car with 24500 miles on the clock. They won’t return my calls I think they’ve blocked me how professional. I’m checking the government website to see what my options are. Don’t touch these people please at least Dick Turpin wore a mask.

Absolutely disgraceful, Went in for a service, the usual call comes through stating my car needs X, Y & Z, which my car doesn't need They quote a value and when the invoice comes through it's more than was discussed by a large amount. DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY DRAW YOU IN BY SAYING THEY DISCOUNT YOU BY 60% FOR A SERVICE AND THEN FIND ANYTHING WORNG ON THECAR THEY CAN AND WILL CHARGE THE EARTH FOR IT, EVEN IF YOU'RE MISSING A DUSTCAP

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE "DO NOT USE" THEIR SERVICING. I wish I read the reviews before I gave my car for servicing. These idiots took my car for servicing & MOT and to return the same day. They call middle of the day and give you an invoice to carry out work without which they cannot deliver the car. After paying additional money apart form MOT and servicing, they failed to return the car the same day. Day 2 and they are not reachable and I have no idea if my car will be delivered today. None of their contact information work. AI Chat function is useless and there is NO chat agent. Phone calls will not take you anywhere - you will not get to speak to anyone. Garage don't answer the phone as well. VERY ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED.

I have used servicing stop a few times for different cars, but unfortunately the business this year is hunting for repairs that are not necessary and charging inflated prices. The sales people are becoming very pushy. If you want a basic service and MOT the business is still OK but be mindful of the special oil! hidden charge. If your car is older or needs major work I would use a local garage who don't have to pay the third party commission.

Zero star actually. They try to make me pay for work not done, they would not return my car. I wish I have read all these negative reviews before trusting them with my car.

Tried to change my booking date at first then I said I couldn’t do they confirmed the original date. No-one turned up to collect my car. I’d pre-paid for full service and MOT. I spoke to the allocated garage and they’d not even been notified that I was booked in. They spoke to service stop on my behalf (don’t even try getting through to them) and cancelled the service. I then got an email confirmation that it was re-booked for a date I was unavailable. I would never use them again. Hopefully I will get my money back

Never turned up on three occasions over a three-week period, after paying them upfront. There is absolutely no customer service. Complete and utter scammers. Stay away, please don't be fooled to think that this is an easy and convenient way to get your car serviced. BIG NO-NO.

ONE STAR IS NOT ACCURATE. DO NOT USE SERVICING STOP!! Utter cowboys who will pressure you in to buying more than you need. At the time of writing this my car is at the garage being serviced and servicing stop have called to tell me I need the following: Engine flush with replacement ''specialised'' oil. (car takes 15w-40) the breaks need flushing as they could catastrophically fail at any moment!!, the filters need to be replaced. When I questioned this the operator got angry with me and placed me on hold for over ten min?? he then came back on even more angry and just talked over me until I hung up on the simp. I have now called the garage who have the car and they have told me that this is all nonsense. However I now have several texts from servicing stop demanding payment or they wont release my car. I don't know what this payment is for and I cant even see what the cost is!! The garage have been fantastic with me however serving stop are law breaking cowboys that need taking out of business. I assume the garage will drop the car off later and I can forget about servicing stop. If not I will report it stolen.

Booked in and received confirmation, then received an email offering a discount if I paid in advance - which I accepted. Then almost immediately received a TEXT stating that could NOT do the agreed date! Requested a response confirming THEIR revised date as being OK (which it wasn't) stated so and waited for their reply ...... nothing was forthcoming. I used the prefered means of comms (online site) to ATTEMPT to cancel the 'agreement' via the embedded hyperlink on their site cancellation page, you've guessed it, link doesn't work or connectto ANYTHING. Frustration reigning and patience exhausted, I (not for the first time) rang them - and waited... and waited.... and waited on hold for approx 45 mins. Lady answered politely and after my explaining the circumstances, said she couldn't refund .... but would need to transfer me. Oh no I thought another long wait?! GOOD NEWS a short wait this time, nice guy on hearibg my problems offered a refund, this was recredited in 4 days. End of saga, won't be using them again. Please note! This company don't own ANY garages, although the confirmations they send out have THEIR name on, but the real garage's address. A dubious way to cnduct a business. Seem likely you should ask them who supplies the final bill, the garage or themselves?

I booked my vehicle in for a service to be collected between 8am-9am, I was called around 8.30 to ask if my vehicle could be collected at 10am which I agreed to. At 6pm I contacted the delivery driver as my vehicle had still not been returned to be told it will be around 7pm, I then rang the number of the garage and they informed me the car would be returned to me ASAP, I did try to contact your customer service line with no answer - I assume any of your employees were at home as I should also have been if not sat waiting for my vehicle to be returned, this caused me lots of inconvienience as I had to be somewhere for half 6 and was over an hour late. The vehicle was returned to me by the delivery driver just before 7pm with remarks made around it being “a fast car” When I got in my vehicle I was horrified and disguted to see it had been driven 50 miles when the garage you informed me it was going to was a 26 mile round trip. Where has my vehicle been driven for an additional 24 miles? at my expense for fuel. There was a quarter of a tank of fuel when it was collected and was returned very low - photographs are available. The other concerning issue I have is my fuel range was at 250 miles when the car was collected and when returned(in sports mode) my range was reading 48 miles, I then drove my car a further 48 miles and my range read 49 miles, this to me says my car had been driven ridiculously(fast), there were also several personal items that had been moved from compartments within my car and not put back, I don’t know why anybody would need to be going through compartments in my car? Are these usual practices for your company? There was also no report or paperwork confirming the checks etc that “should” have been undertaken on the service and when discussing with a colleague he said are you sure your car has even had a service and not been driven around all day. No replies to any rails! Avoid at all costs!

AVOID absolute charlatans! I prepaid for a full service and MOT. My car was collected in the morning( arranged through a non return call mobile number) although later than agreed. I had prepaid £111 to take advantage of the £20 discount feature. I note that on the invoice I am charged for top up fluids and an environmental charge for oil change. This is an addition to OG invoice. On the day I am called just after lunch from an 0208 number also no return calls accepted. I am told car has passed MOT and just a few minor things that I may wish to take advantage of whilst car is in garage. The pushy guy starts telling me about oil charges and system flush and break fluid top up. I query this as obviously I have already paid for full service which should include these items and extra fee for fluids and extra disposal of oil fee in advance. So I ask for items to be emailed to me. He did so immediately and i was astounded to see a bill of £406 for this. I emailed back and said please return my car as I wont be paying an additional charges. No reply. I called and after a significant wait, got a lady who couldnt give me an update on car, could not contact garage, said she urgently emailed her colleague who was my assigned agent. 3 hours later,no call, no car! I am calling again right now as 4.45pm and cars been gone since 8.30am. DO NOT USE!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Bad from start to finish. Cost went form £111 to £450 . Day late dropping off the car, which impacted my working day appointments. 45 mins to speak to anyone at servicing stop ....garage blaming servicing stop and vice versa. Box isn't long enough to continue with negative review. Do not use.

Customer service very slow or just leave you one hold, been on hold for 70mins now I need my car for work, had to re-schedule twice as they never collected the first time and then didn’t the second time. Now I’m struggling to get a refund.
