Shocking just had oil and filter service on my bmw. Charged me an extra £59 ontop of £57 already paid for engine flush and the proper grade oil for my car fair enough. When car was returned engine was only half full and oil was black after 4 miles back from service centre. Also clocks were now reading kmh instead of mph, dirty oil marks all over engine cover and service book not filled out correctly just the servicing stop stamp. Complete cowboys. Customer service not interested. No call backs.

They try to scam you out of your money. I regret not checking them put before booking in with them. Drive away while you still can potential customers!

They have had my car over 2 weeks poor contact from them never get an answer it has cost me a fortune with having no car. Have sent email to complaints dept no reply. Would not recommend or use again

What a shambles this was; good start, reasonable price and collection of the car too...…that's where it stops, they charge 3 times what the poor garage that collects it would, that's how they get you. My wife had her car go for MOT and full service. They then also tell you that other items need doing, that amount to hundreds of pounds when the garage doesn't mention anything like it. A £100 belt here, a filter there. I'd advise people not to use this platform. Sounds good, the eventual price is far from it..!!

This has got to be the worst company i have ever had dealings with. I had already paid for a full service and then they are on the phone wanting extra money for oil, filters, etc. car came back with warning lights flashing up and a crack in the windscreen. Probably done on purpose because i would'nt pay out for jobs that did not need doing Did not even get a receipt for the money i paid out. PLEASE AVOID THIS RIP OFF COMPANY.

Servicing Stop. This Company is a joke !!!! Appalling customer service, reluctant to give refunds. I wish I has seen these reviews before I made a booking. I booked my car in for an interim service ( online ) on the Monday for the car to be collected on the Wednesday. Paid in full in advance. Then noticed the invoice, there was an additional charge of £7.99 plus vat ( environmental charge ) and a further charge of £5.99 plus vat for ‘ fluid top ups ‘ ??? Car was due to be collected between 8.00am and 10.00am on the Wednesday. I received confirmation by text on the Tuesday evening that the car would be picked up as agreed and a further text at 7.30am on the Wednesday to say the Garage would ring prior to picking up the car. By 9-30am still no contact so I rang the garage only to be told someone was ill and the car would not be picked up !!!! Tried to ring Servicing Stop, however, the only way to contact them is via e-mail or webchat. While in the queue for the Webchat, I received a phone call at 9.40am from Servicing Stop to say the car would not be picked up today and would I like to re-book. I refused to re-book and asked for a refund, I was told that a refund would be organized. I later went onto the webchat regarding the refund and was told that it would take 7 to 14 WORKING DAYS to process. AND , as per their terms and conditions as £25 cancellation fee would be due. Cut a long story short(er) , I raised a complaint and received my full refund on 1st July after making my original payment on 20th June 2022. They were unable to offer any compensation or goodwill gesture as apparently I HAD CANCELLED THE BOOKING BY NOT RE-SCHEDULING. I would advise anyone to stay well clear of this Company

Do not trust these people. They are professional scammers. They will threaten you to keep your car if you don’t pay for extra work. Gary was the most rude and unprofessional advisor I have ever spoken to. They do extra work to your car even if you do not approve it, then , they disappear and you can’t do anything. Garages know about their techniques but they take advantage of the customers they get through them. Do not trust them, don’t use them, you will end up with a bill to pay and most likely nothing done in your car. Check all reviews. The good ones have been paid. The advisors tell customers to give them a good review and they will give them 10% off their bill to do so. FRAUD!! STAY AWAY!!

Why cant we give no stars !! Thats what they deserve and not to be in business at all as they are scammers DO NOT USE!!!! Stupidly not concentrating whilst on my phone. I meant to book through my local Hi Q but pressed the top one which was an advert by the time I had finished then realised it was through these Scammers. Charged me £25 for cancelling and told me my refund would take 5 -10 Days!!! Honest mistake I made avoid these crooks, actually zero stars !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not saying that it is necessarily Servicing Stop's fault, but definitely the garage that they contract with. I have never had a car as new with as little milage, bought a year before from an authorised dealer, yet I received a bill higher than I have ever had before! Further more, when I got it back, I heard a grinding noise only to find the leading edge of the sump guard hanging down which when th wind caught it was scrapping on the road; i. E. they failed to replace the sump guard properly after taking it off to change the oil. I contacted them and requested the sump guard to be properly fixed and a full review of the service that I had done. As I use the car to take the kids to school and back, I told them that the car was available between 10am and 2pm but no later as I needed it to collect the kids. The driver came out at 1pm with some cable ties! Servicing Stop would do very well to drop them as one of their contracts.

Very poor communication. They dont use local garages so therefore using your petrol to take to garage. Wont recommend. Would never use again. Everytime I tried to ring. Nobody answers the phone. Very bad experience.

Dire - rang me the day before my MOT & Service to say they wouldn’t be collecting the car. Suggested I drive 30 miles to drop it off & travel 3 hours by public transport in both directions. Requested a refund & haven’t received anything. Live chat never answered and phone line constantly busy.

Yes I agree with all the other 1 star reviews on here. I saw this company online and thought I would book in my car for a service. The available date on the website said next day so I booked it and paid and got the confirmation email that the car will be picked up the next day. Then I get a call saying "Sorry but the only date available is two weeks away". I have already made the payment so I am already stuck with this service so I agree to the date 2 weeks away. Then they don't show up on that date and are next to impossible to contact. Then I get them in live chat to tell them that I am going to be working the following day and will leave my key in a place where the mechanic can pick it up. And I ask that this instruction is passed in to the mechanic. It isn't and then the mechanic is leaving me a voicemail saying the car was unable to be picked up and I will have to reschedule. Rescheduling is difficult because their phone numbers do not pick up and I had to do it through live chat again. Then the confirmation emails say that my service paid for is £85 whereas what I actually paid for was a service worth 120. Then eventually they picked it up yesterday and brought it for servicing. I get a call within an hour or two with an extensive list of urgent things... AUX BELT (SERVICE ADVISORY) £124.36 POLLEN FILTER (SERVICE ADVISORY) £73.99 AIR FILTER (SERVICE ADVISORY) £12.50 BRAKE FLUID (SERVICE ADVISORY) £89.00 ANTIFREEZE CHANGE (SERVICE ADVISORY) £90.00 SPARK PLUGS (SERVICE ADVISORY) £123.00 I just said no I am not paying for any of that. Then they said there is an outstanding £29 for something which I had to pay to get the car back.

TBH. I had used them before. Was good. Now they scammed me. Kept my car that was finished at 11 am. I got my car back at 6pm. They made me pay more. Even the garage said they scam. Should just go stright to the garage pay less. Will never use them. Still waiting for Gary to call. Nasty scamming company. I won't ever use them again ....Their reviews on their site are fake. How they sleep. Scamming people. I won't stop till I get my money back.

The worst service company!!! Everything what they promised is a lie...they took the car very quickly but after.....two days I couldn't contact with them to find out when the car will be delivered back. As I refused the work which they said that should be done, the prize was very high, they hid themselves. I tried to call all the phone numbers I found and at the end trough live chat i found out in which garage is and I should go by myself to pick up the car. According to contract (full service) they should top up all under bonnet liquid. I found out they didn't and showed to one of the mechanic that break fluid it's on minimum. Then they top it up!!!! Really?!?!? So, how I can be sure, they have done something at all!!!!!! Disaster!!!! Never ever!!! I want a refund!

Worst company ever! Quoted £180 for work before they picked up your car then told you it's over £1500 after they held your car for ransom! You can only get your car back after you paid. Then you have no idea what's paid for, you paid only because that's the only way to get your car back!! When you asked them for a copy or invoice of works, no one ever picked up calls or return mails.... Horrible experience!!!

Awful service. I asked them to stop work as the quote they gave me was really high.after a service and MOT Gary the service adviser was soooo rude. He started asking me where my locking wheel nut was. Id already cancelled. He then said they had done the rear shock absorber,but you can't with out taking the wheel off. He then agreed they hadn't done it. I did get my refund for work that hadn't been done. How this company is still in business I will never know. I would never go near this garage service again. Completely un professional
