“DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Paid up front and got a booking for two days later. Then got a call to say they could not fulfil this. 10 days for money back so took next appointment rather than wait for money to clear. Two weeks later on arranged day got a text to pick up between 9am and 10am. At 8.50 am got a telephone call from a rather pompous man telling me this wouldn’t be happening as there was a back log from day before. Absolutely fuming I asked for them to source a garage near me and pay my money to them. End result after a heated phone call that I had no rights and they weren’t going to resolve the matter and I could rebook or again wait 10 days for my original money refunded. I could have went to the local garage and been dealt with sooner. Trusted everything that was promised on their advert. Wish I had read the reviews first. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.”

“Booked my Mercedes 2019 GLA for a full service. I was charged for Brake Fluid £169.20 plus VAT. According to the list for works carried out, fluid supplies to be included. I checked with 3 other garages and prices were from £45.00 to £85.00 Left messages ,sent emails. No replies. Could of taken to a Mercedes garage for the price charged. My advice is , STEER clear from this company.”

“They did not return my car due to "non payment", however I had paid for everything and could confirm via online banking. I only found this out when I contacted the local garage doing the work directly. I missed a call from them which I presume was to tell me this, but they didn't even have the courtesy to leave a message, when I tried calling back they didn't pick up and instead I got a message that they would call me again. They did not. They did not return my car. If you are going to hold someone's car overnight you at least need to inform them. This was a massive inconvenience and stress for me as I then had to make alternative arrangements at the last minute to drop my son at school. They also tried to add on a bunch of pointless overpriced extra servicing totalling over £400 (including over £100 for a cabin filter which I can do myself in 2 minutes). Good luck getting hold of them, apparently their phonelines open at 8am,but it's 8:40am now and they still aren't open. No one responds to online chat. No one has responded to my emails. Will I ever get my car back?”

“Total scam, avoid avoid avoid, give you false phone number for the driver/garage, can’t get hold of any one, customer service the worst I have ever had to deal with in my entire life, I urge anyone considering this to CHECK THE FACEBOOK PAGE !!! READ ALL THE COMMENTS!! TRUST PILOT REVIEWS ARE FAKE !! Please don’t pay these people a penny, you will instantly regret it.”

“Hi can someone please help me. I was conned from this company yesterday, and was forced to sign up to a credit company called Payment Assist. I have spoken to my bank but they have said because a third party is involved & they are a credit company I could end up getting bad credit if I did not pay this each month. I have made a complaint to Servicing stop & the credit company & will be contacting Consumer credit. Just need a little help on dealing with this terrible company as I will not allow them to get away with this.”

“I used this service, I then got a call from a man reeling off all this stuff that needed doing with my car costing over £1000. I knew this was not right so told them I wanted my car back and did not want them to do the work. I then had to pay £25 for oil before they would bring my car back. They also failed my cars mot. I finally recieved my car back and took it to another garage where it passed it's mot and didn't need any of the other work that needed doing. SCAM”

“I found that company from google first time experience unfortunately they are cheating and no real garage I lost my car and my money 1475£ for Notting please do not trust this company I already report to police and my bank I am very upset stop using that company”

“Well explain the only thing they get is the car pick up and dropped off and no service in-between You will try and charge us as much as you can for as little as possible I'd like a refund”

“Please do not trust this so called company and loose your money like me they set up a proper trap to me and i get caught, they have given a free MOT test i did the MOT with out checking my MOT expiry date , They could have tell me if they find because i have given my registration No. they Did MOT test 2 and half months earlier. my car is hybrid car they said they want to do oil changes and tire change totall asked £620 and said if you not paid i can release your car because MOT failed the reason they want to change at least one tire. Just couple of week before i replaced new 2 tires from Wilco motors they charge only £148 for 2 new tires and they checked other two and they said you can use other two tires for another year or another 5000 Miles these people said no i need to change thats why MOT faild i had to take my car because after they took my car no contact you cant contact them untill they contact finally they agreed to release the car for £200 they said they change just one tire ... the condition is i have to give 5 star review on trust pilot and google after give the 5 star they release my car ..... i have dealing with garages last 25 years i never faced this kind of third class deal and service... please take extra care the reviews are fake just relay on your local garage or your trusted place actually”

“Do NOT used them. I booked my car in for a Service and MOT online. Save £30 if you pay up front. Booked in the date and time-booked the day off work to then be called "we cannot get you in for 9 days !!!!!!! To add insult to injury I am the told I will be refunded in 7 to 10 days. Disgusting”

“My car was collected at 10am on 23/08/2024 and I still have not received my car back... Phone number goes to voicemail called head office still no answer. Sent text messages. Quoted £130 online but called later on to say extra work of £496! I said no to the extra work just initial service. I Received payment link showed £155 (including their £24.99 premium engine oil") and soon as I paid I get notification from my bank that they took £296?? I checked invoice and they added "flushing out engine due to carbon monoxide found in engine" the other stuff they didn't include were brake fluid change, and replacing the air filters. I've been so stressed since last night and worried about my car especially after reading these reviews. I went out last night with the help of a friend and their car and drove around whole of my town checking every garage with my spare key to see if hopefully it might be outside and not parked under a shutter. Thankfully the last garage I checked before giving up had my car parked outside behind a gate I was so thankful to see it. I checked with my spare key and took pictures/videos. I will go shortly to visit the garage and check if the work has been done and collect my car myself! NEVER USE SERVICING STOP THEY ARE THE MIDDLEMAN WHO SCAM PEOPLE AND MAKE COMMISSION FROM ALL THE "ETRA WORK" THEY ADVISE YOU.”

“DO NOT USE Bombarded with emails & messages, awful service. Very costly repairs (almost double going rate) Delivery & return of car not on time & blamed on staff shortages. I paid upfront for service & mot & then got asked for payment of same before my car was returned. Luckily the garage I used came to the rescue. I repeat - DO NOT USE.”

“Please do not use. I booked with servicing stop as couldn't get in with my usual garage and needed my car done quickly for it's MOT. The price of a service and MOT was good , however I was told the additional work needed would be over £1000, as I was told about other things that needed doing but weren't essential so not to worry about them it seemed genuine and I was told I could pay with no interest installments so made it affordable. My gut was telling me to double check this so I called my normal garage who told me the prices quoted were disgusting. I had the work done elsewhere at a cost of £86 and found out that half of what they advised me to do urgently didn't even need doing. The garage they took my car to was brilliant and had lovely staff but the proces servicing stop add on are disgusting .”

“Conned out of over £1000.00. Much the same as all other poor reviews. Call received, my T5 needed extras to pass the MOT. I wanted a full service as I was selling it. I sent the full service and repair report to the guy I sold it to, who unlike me was much more in the know under the bonnet. None of the things I’d been charged for had been carried out. I’d also put the work lease car in for a service at the same time and was nearly ripped off with that too until I told them I still had a guarantee on the car. They then pooped the phone down on me after saying they were stoping the service and they don’t pick up when you try and call them back. How are they not being stopped? Downright dangerous. Next stop - Trading Standards. I’m sure if enough ripped off customers make that call, they’ll be looked into.”

“Paid £165 up front for a full service. My car was collected at 07:00 and delivered to the street outside the garage at 07:36. I received a phone call at 12:11 to tell me I required £700 of additional work done to be able to return the car to me and make it tip top. I stated I couldn't afford that and they told me it could be done in finance but they could only guarantee return of my vehicle that day if I signed it quickly and that leaving them a 5* review on trust pilot would push my car to the front of the queue. I agreed and signed the finance agreement at 12:17 paying another 25% deposit. Dashcam footage shows my car was then moved for the first time that day at 12:38 and moved into the garage. No service appeared to be done so I booked an RAC mechanic who has confirmed that my car had dirty oil, spark plugs at least two years old and a dirty air filter. Servicing stop have denied any wrongdoing and have stated that they will not cancel the finance through pay assist which they set up. Pay assist say they will not cancel the finance without authorization from servicing stop. My bank have made a charge back on everything paid out to date and frozen further payments for 13 months. The police have recorded a crime of fraud and referred the case to trading standards. Additionally my car was returned with a dashboard light stating there was a gearbox fault. This turned out to be the Manuel handbrake release cable which they snapped and then hid down behind the engine bay. I have to wait 8 weeks for the financial services ombudsman to step in.”

“Honestly I’m so gutted this company operate in an awful way…it was a nightmare getting my car booked in and updates, my car got kept longer even when work wasn’t needed. But the worst part is chasing them for months to update my service record…needed really to demonstrate the car has been well maintained. They just don’t do what they say. If your reading this stop servicing please contact me…complete the job I paid you for”

“I booked for the mot and service ,they didn’t returned my car yet . Its been 8 hours i am wain For my car it supposed to be at 6 pm if tbey cant do it today they should email me or phone me .Now i am woundering where is my Car ? Absolutely scam this people . they are showing cheaper price on the site 100 pounds for visual check up lol when i called them they said they will do everything if i pay 500 pound and will rest the light .Please don’t use SERVICE STOP .ITS A BIGGET SCAM”

“Please do not use this company, a simple service which should have cost around £200 ended up costing almost £700. The pick up and drop of was fine , but then get a call saying they changed the filter , which they should have been doing anyway, considering my car is only 4 years old, and been serviced regularly, I’ve never had to pay this much before. Literally all they did was oil filter and oil change ( not sure that was even done.) when I tried to call them the phone was unavailable, and I couldn’t get my car back until this amount was paid. Will never use them again.”
