These need to be stopped and reported of which I will be doing conning people left right and centre doubling the price for brakes garage said 288 the said 610 how does that work and the chap on the phone attitude when he said my car needed specialist oil phoned the garage they told me it don't and service stop have been told and they Tey telling ot does keep well away I will be doing the reporting to try and get this company cloesd down

Absolute worst service I came across with. Overpriced and try their best to get as much money as they can from you. I didn't authorize many of the things they decided to ask the garage to do so they could take their share (which is more than half of the money paid from what I was told). Customer service is the worst I've see, and that explains the rating of 1.1 out of 5. Stay away from these cowboys and contact the garages directly if you don't want to be robbed.

Collected late, no communication, came back 4 days later having been held hostage to pay for ‘extras’ before car released. My second bad experience .. of late and cancellations. AVOID DO NOT USE

SCAM!! Overcharge!! Threaten you!! Also no one to talk to. Keyboard warriors!! The website is dishonest as doesn’t allow you to put reviews seems like they’ve written them themselves!!! Stay WELL AWAY

service and mot with this lot, never again. Overpriced repairs for MOT, quoted over £300 for a repair that cost £60 in a local garage. Go to a local garage, this lot grab you with what looks like a good price but will sting you if you're not careful....be forceful when you tell them not to carry out the repairs to. The person I spoke to was quite snotty.

A total scam.keep your money and go local! Costs well over the odds and they try to upsell and convince you you need things you don’t. Was told I need to replace my break fluid every 2 years. Lies and it had been done the year before due to an error from my alloy restoration. Never had any issue with my car and always had a service. and they tried to convince me I needed £1000s done. Promised me car would be back that day ( Friday) it wasn’t and no one update me when it was coming back? I’ve messaged and emailed and no one’s come back to me after 3 days. Then told me I had booked a service for next year and needed to pay for that on top of £70 for a window wiper and £120 for a headlight alignment.. was also additionally charged to put the oil back in my car after a service. Disgusting scam and I will NEVER recommend or use again.

Booked MOT/Service over a month before. Had text and Email message stating garage would ring to tell me when they would be collecting my car. Heard nothing. So 15 minutes before 10.am (as stated no later to pick up) I rang the number they gave me. The owner was very rude and told me he'd had enough of the company and the arranged collection he had cancelled. I asked why and he said too far to collect and I should take my stupid attitude and complain directly to Service Stop. Asked if in hindsight if he could have just messaged me to let me know and he hung up. Nottingham based is all I am saying. Got in touch with SS and they said there wasn't a local garage; so why did they take my money knowing the only local garage was not operating and hadn't been for 4 months?. Finally got my refund but nevertheless I had to book in with another reputable company for my MOT/Service. Plus side: good customer service is polite but organisation a mess. I'm not the only one been let down by lack of organization.

Keep away unless your loaded! My just passed MOT with advisory for front disc n pads! They collected the car then rang me to say it was" too dangerous to return to my address!!!" It was advisory 3days prior!! Charged me a total of over £1,000 for 2 front discs n pads, £138 for a diagnostic I got no report on! £110 engine flush £130 for brake fluid!! Can't help thinking I was ripped off!!!?

Brought in for service, and also because engine management light was on. Two days and 600 pounds later, the engine light came back on within about 1 hour's driving and the car actually drives worse -- it stalls very easily now. Pressured to give 5 star reviews on trustpilot before you even get your car back.

Absolutely avoid at all costs. They charge more and then lie about how much extra it is too. Someone from their team called (name was Chris) who said I would have to pay an additional £144 to ensure the car was fully serviced when I had already paid for a ‘full service’. Not happy but need my car back so I agreed. Then asked me to leave a positive review based on his phone call and notwhat the garage had quoted. Bad luck because he lied! They send a link to pay and ask you to leave a review on their site before proceeding to the final payment stage and the price had gone up from the quote Chris gave. In all I paid £173.99 in addition to the cost of a full service. Absolute scam!

Absolutely disgusting service. Booked in for a same day pick up and drop of service. Car was picked up on Wednesday and never returned. It's Saturday now! No reply from the company, no way of contacting them that they actually respond to.Was told would be back on Friday and that was a lie. Now having to report the car stolen as not sure what other choice we have.

Complete scam. Paid in advance due to the claims on their website and collection/delivery of car. Received a text the night before with a collection time, nobody came so I had to spend an hour trying to get hold of them only to be fobbed off and told to expect a call back, which never happened. Chased them one final time later in the day and told there were no appointments at the local garage and they had automatically booked me in for later the following week (although I don't know when they were going to tell me that or ask if I was available - unfortunately my MOT expires before then). Customer service is a joke and I have reported to Trading Standards via CAB.

Hayley from complaints dept is the worst person I have ever spoken too. She says one thing about getting you a refund then goes back on her word. No 77 point check was carried out on my daughters car. They said they did an engine flush they didn't. Then they doctered some photos to prove it had been done. This is a Mickey Mouse company and needs to be taken out of business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Went for mot and servicing paid up front £140 after the discount of 25 pounds for payment up front car picked up at agreed time then when it should of been delivered back I got a call to say it had failed it's mot on broken spring which does happen and also they said the service inspection had found other things so they wanted me ro pay £1190 pounds for the work to be carried out even offered me a payment plan I said no just get it through its mot and service it I had to pay £690 for mot and service in that they charges a extra for Ash free oil they haven't even changed my oil or filters a total rip off company no body should use this I have reported them to trading standards and sent all my invoices and a report from kiwk fit to say no service has been carried out

Car booked in for 8.45 agreed on phone when booked also with 2 emails .Garage didn’t contact me to arrange pick up Unable to speak on phone with anyone from customer service On line chat unhelpful just stated they were unable to get hold of garage also Advertised pick up of car between 8 and 10 Heard nothing at 10 20 so cancelled via on line chat with no apologies or explaination from company

Wow it really is frustrating that 0 stars isnt an option... I had booked my car (Jaguar XF) in for a service today and I feel pretty disgusted with the charges for optional extras/advisories that I needed to get done, and I’m really angry at the fact that a carbon flush while the oil was being drained was implied that it was mandatory for the service. The flush did not need to be done, and the customer service representative explained to me that because 6L of oil is used in my car, when they drained it they only found 5.2L and so the remaining 0.8L was obviously gunk stuck in my engine. Old diesel cars do burn small amounts of oil. If 6L goes into a car at service, you will never get 6L out. I’ve been charged £67.80 + VAT for something that was implied I needed to do when it wasn’t. So I’m pretty angry. I called the advisor out on it after calling my brother to check (who works at JLR and has been a mechanic in the past), and the advisor apologised for the “miscommunication” and explained that he never used the word “Mandatory” directly... but having looked at the other prices for the optional extras that were recommended, I don’t think that his aim was to treat me to fair pricing, instead I felt like he was doing his best to take advantage. The first issue I have is with the additional charge for the engine oil used. In the terminology used on their website it states “Specialist if Required £24.99 + VAT”. And when I asked what was “Specialist” about it, I was told that it was because my car had an “EGR valve on it”... well to be honest I don’t know too many diesel cars that don’t have EGR valves... So calling it “Specialist” I would say is fairly misleading. Making a customer aware of the charge if they own a diesel vehicle I would say would be a much more honest way of explaining that charge don’t you think? The second issue I have is with the ridiculous prices I was being asked for the optional extras, which again I felt was being over sold to me. Ive done some looking around and ive found prices of other garages for doing the work vs their ridiculous charges. This is for the exact same model car that I own: Auxiliary drive belt £197.82 + VAT... The average cost elsewhere was £118 and that included VAT. Brake Fluid Change £120 + VAT... The average cost for this elsewhere is £45 again including VAT Fuel Filter change £117.46 + VAT... The average elsewhere £80 including VAT Its a joke. So added to the original charges that I felt bullied into of the Carbon flush and the oil specialist charge, including the recommended extras and including VAT... the total amount the garage was asking me for was £834.66! That’s ridiculous. I could have gone to a genuine dealership and had it done for cheaper. And it makes me angry that people who are less familiar with cars, are being fleeced out of money like this. Genuinely the worst service experience ive had in my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
