Car was not collected on time and was not delivered on time. This sort of service is used as a convenience so you can get on with your life and forget about it. I spent the day waiting and wasted the whole day chasing up the company. Not good. Very disappointed.

Expensive, tardy, offer unnecessary extras like changing brake oil car has only 6000 miles on it, engine coolant could be running colder and that will be only £350 now WOW

very good price, however the strong armed sales call trying to get me to get this done to the car and that done was very off putting and a lot of the stuff they advised as critical after doing some research online wasn’t. It will make me think twice about using you again.

I was originally given one price which stated a £26 reduction for a loyalty discount. I called up to ask if this price included the £25 I had paid upfront last year and the guy told me no and that payment would be taken off at the end. Only when I received my bill this was f the case at all. And I was told the loyalty discount was actually my £25 that I had already paid upfront last year, .which does not make it a loyalty discount at all! It is actually money I had already paid. This is really false advertising and I rang up to complain but I got no satisfaction from the guy who I spoke to. Also my vehicle was not washed or hoovered like most garages provide when they provide a service.

It wasnt servicing stop that was actually the problem, it was the garage used. To be failed on an MOT for having a dashcam and then expected to pay £33 labour to remove it is just flat out robbery, especially considering the rediculous excuse they used regarding the "labour charge" . Servicing stop were helpful in reducing that amount to £14, however the garage never even moved the dashcam, it was still in the same place. The garage also used a quarter of a tank of fuel on a 40mi round trip journey in a 1.6L petrol, meaning i would have paid the money in petrol if they had brought the car back for me to "fix the problem" just to send it back again. The garage they used should be ashamed of itself, and servicing stop should have certain regulations in place to prevent this kind of behaviour if they wish for customers to confidently use their services.

I have had my Mercedes C220 serviced by servicing stop several times BUT BEWARE - Extras are almost always added (latest example - quoted £145; final bill £436) at exorbitant rates ... change anti-freeze (£66); renew brake fluid (£78); engine flush (£54) and fuel filter (£94). Also, almost impossible to obtain updates to digital service record !!!

Good experience on the day. However, a few days later I had a low tyre warning and whilst sorting this I went round all the tyres as a matter of course, none were at correct pressure, despite the service sheet being marked as tyre pressures checked. Very disappointed and wonder if anything else was shortcutted? Probably won't use again and glad I did not deposit a refundable £25 to fix the price for the next visit.

I ended up trying to cancel my request because the bad reviews worried me too much. the garage selected was good but i worried about the extra costs that would be piled on by servicestop. so i tried to cancel. loooong wait on phone, eventually got through and cancelled the job. or so i thought. the garage rang me today, servicestop didn't tell the garage!!! so what exactly was the point of that looong wait and phone conversation? if they can't do the basics right......

Everything went well. However they do push for additional jobs on the car, even if it doesn’t require it.

Good afternoon, I'm sorry to hear you weren't impressed with our service. We only recommend additional work based on garage findings and manufacturer guidelines, this work will only be suggested to you if it is absolutely necessary and the decision always remains in your hands. No work can go ahead without your authorisation first and it's completely advisory meaning you can accept or decline any work you wish. Kind regards, Dean

I was told the garage had installed expensive synthetic oil, charged £28! I did not ask for this oil, and I was told it was too late to say no. Know one called me to enquire if I was ok either extra £28.

I'll give 2 stars just for the relative convenience of the service, but I've had a very similar experience to many others on the list (not actually got the car back yet so hopefully won't get worse). Tried several times to get quotes for additional work on the car in the days running up to the service, as I knew the rear pads and discs need changing, and the brake fluid needed changing. Eventually got through to someone who did manage to get a quote to me for the discs and pads (which ended up being more expensive than Audi!) but was told that the brake fluid would be included in the service. Obviously the guy on the phone has got confused between a brake fluid top-up and changing, so I eventually got a call to say that needed doing as well and it would be extra. The guy who was supposed to be picking up my car called to rearrange to move it to the previous evening, which was a bit of a pain because I had to stay in that evening as well, and he turned up in a battered old Nissan Micra, which doesn't have a panel without a dent in it, so pretty worried about the state my car is going to turn up in! Got the call at 2.45pm to say that my car needs £700 of extra work, and before Dean jumps in to say that these are just advisories based on what the garage says, this seems to happen a lot with your company! I've never had a list of work that expensive from Audi themselves! Won't be using again or recommending! A lot of dealerships are offering free pick up and drop off now, so my advice would be to stick with them!

Firstly the garage who carried out the service were excellent. The problem I have with Servicing Stop. The sales person rang me after 3 hours to say that my car needed new tyres to pass the MOT. That's fine, but when the sales person quoted £480 for 2 rear tyres, I initially felt that was expensive. I was also asked if wanted the brake fluid changing, at a cost of £72. This too felt expensive. Finally I was asked if I wanted an engine flush. My car has only done 21k miles and usually and therefore I declined. I quickly sourced the tyres and brake fluid change (which didn't need doing for another 3,800 miles) according to the computer, for £380 in total saving me £150. The tyres I choose were even a higher spec than the ones offered by Servicing Stop. In future I will use the same garage, who were excellent, but I'm afraid not Servicing Stop.

Good morning Anthony, It's a shame to hear you had a negative experience with us. Any additional work recommended to you is based purely on garage findings and manufacturer guidelines - we only let you know about the work that is necessary but it's completely up to you whether you carry out the work or decline it. It's important we let you know about the work that needs doing but the decision always remains in your hands as the customer. Kind regards, Dean

My collection was cancelled 3 times in the span of 3 days, without previous warning (meaning AT the time of collection itself or even later). I work in a hospital, with patients and I had to cancel multiple appointments last minute, because they kept me hanging on. I contacted Service Stop in order to AVOID this and have my car taken and given back at a reasonable time, so I could attend my work duties. The company never apologised or offered me a discount for the inconvenience caused and when I called them to express my disappointment and ask for a minimum of service discount (more for the lack of respect they showed than anything else, really), they said they escalated the matter and would be in touch quickly. They never got back to me and it's been many days. Shocking service. I would NOT advice using them. EVER. Just look somewhere else, if you want efficiency and professionalism. The only reason I am rating it 2stars and not one is the kindness and politeness showed by the last driver my car was assigned to. He was the only reason they did not score a 1 star for me.
