Never again they service is poor and they prices are almost triple

Never again car after full service and test run bringing back with the parking brakes not working and its have been told to me that after the service have been working but the person who bring the car submitted it was not working anymore and even don't bother to say anything to me

They Didnt turn up. I Took a day off work. Got a text at 11:47 (they were due to collect and service car 8:00am to 10:00am) informing me they had rescheduled my service for a time of their choosing next month. If you want service you can trust go to your local garage. This is what I have learnt. SO GLAD I DIDNT PAY UP FRONT despite their 25% discount!!!!!

keep change your appointment, over hours delay collect my car, waste my time sit and wait. calling you need to do this or do that when you say NO they start like to salesman and tell you not care about your car and offensive.

Scam. Do not waste your money. They will phone you up saying aload of.work needs doing on your car when it doesnt..charged £80 for a pollen filter and £90 for a fuel filter..when they are only 30/40 pound..also thermostat stopped working had no water which they was supposed to top up in the service

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Would never recommend this company to anyone. I paid for an MOT and interim service, and was charged a further £29.99 for a different grade oil (which is fine if this was needed) but no one contacted me prior to ask if this was ok. When I spoke to the company re this a comment of "your car wont run without oil" was the all they had to say. I then received a text asking me to pay before my car was given back at the agreed time! Further to this I need work done on my car at a hefty quote of £270 + VAT, so I took it to a local garage who fixed my car for less than a THIRD OF THIS PRICE!!!!

They will rip you off! My car was collected promptly BUT that’s it, they tried to charge me for works that didn’t need doing ( over £200) the garage told me this! The work that does need doing they will charge extortionate amounts, when you refuse to have the work done they will try a scare tactic about unsafe brakes etc! Terrible, rude customer service… I wouldn’t even believe they were giving the right name. Please don’t use.

Scam and Con. Charge you for work that doesn't need doing. No one answers phone or emails so they essentially keep you car and will not return until you pay the invoice. My service came to over £300. Customer service team is dreadful, they say they will help with my complaint and then ignore all emails and hang up the phone. Dreadful. They read a script pretending there's a lot of work you need doing. Even after I denied some of the work I was still invoiced for it and had no option but to pay it to get my car back. The garage couldn't assist as it came from servicing stop. Servicing Stop were not answering phonecalls. I needed my car back as I use it for work. DO NOT USE

Do not use them 10.40 turned up and 18.41 to drop off waited in all day no contact was worried that they had pinched it!!!!

My A Class was meant to be picked up on friday 5th November 2021 the company called me thursday 4th november saying they could not do the FULL service the next day anymore so they re arranged for the following friday 12th. They called me on 11th to say that someone will come and collect the car between 8am-10am I said I need to do the school run do you have a more accurate time he told me he would change the time to 9am-10am so they dont come before 9. I cannot believe they have been called my phone 3 times at 7.32am and rang my buzzer saying they cannot wait and that I will need to re book. AVOID! not only did you turn up 1 hour and a half early they didnt even wait 10 mins for me to get dressed and go down stairs. I kept receiving emails saying to pay before it will be cheaper AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! DO NOT PAY BEFORE I am glad I didn't now! Joke of a company.

They were late picking my car up was due to be returned between 4 pm and 6 pm it’s now 1935 I am on the phone to the police to report my car being stolen I’ve tried continuously to contact them through the phone and website chat no response. Biggest scammers. Read the reviews on site Jabba four pages and not one good review this company has been receiving dreadful reviews since 2016 have been on watchdog yet this company still continues to run trading standards also know about this company how are they still able to run

Very dodgy business practices - advertised low prices quickly multiplies with disgustingly over priced extras that the garage hasn't even suggested need doing. (the garage told me so) Have spent over 3 months trying to get my complaint escalated - they don't follow their own complaints process listed on their website and they're not affiliated with ADRgroup for escalated complaints (I contacted ADRgroup) as they also state on their website. A few of us have started a facebook group to compile our very similar experiences and see how we bring this further together. Search for 'Servicing Stop LTD - Scam - Help". These crooks are robbing unsuspecting people blind and they need investigated and stopped. They've also been paying people for reviews which is against trustpilot policy which trustpilot is now investigating. They offered me a discount to give one.

Do not use these. At all cost. I've used them today paid £117 for a full service. They were late picking my car up for agreed time. They called 90 mins later saying my car needed all sorts of filters and oils changing and tried to charge me over £600 I refused and said I was happy to pay the £30 for one of the oil changes and to leave the rest and return car. I was advised my car would be returned between 4pm and 6pm. Its 8.54pm and had no response from the company or garage so my car is currently missing. I have well and truly been ripped off. Bank and police contacted to report.

Avoid this company. They are thieves. Go and find a local garage or take it your car to Halfords. Do not waste your money with these money hungry thieves.

Complete rip off merchant £100 for brake fluid. Coolent £90 Bill came to over £500 and they didn't fix any broken parts change any belts just a normal service. Also my car isn't back and I can't get hold of anyone!!!!!

Do not use this company they still have my money. I cannot get in touch with anyone. They booked me in twice and cancelled. I was booked in again recently no one turned up.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Overcharged for MOT and service and I was promised my car would be returned by 7pm Friday and I've had no car for the entire weekend. It's now Monday 430pm and still no car - day at work missed and probably another day at work missed tomorrow. Trying to get through to their customer service is a nightmare and promises of call backs are empty promises.

Do not use this company! They had my car for 4 days and I could not contact anyone. I called the police to find my car that they had failed the MOT on for having no water in my window screen washer pump and quoted over £200 just for that part. I took my car straight to the garage they used for the MOT who asked no questions and just changed it to a pass! Service stop quoted me over £800 for "the work needing done" they did not stamp my book for the "full service" I could not get through to anyone from this company and had to pretend I wanted another car serviced. After submitting the form, my phone rang within 2 minutes with an adviser confirming I wanted my car collected. I explained that this was the only way I could get through to anyone and he said he would call me back, I never got a phone call! I was stupid and did not read any other reviews apart from the ones on their own site, which they have clearly written themselves.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS My vehicle was serviced and the MOT done at an additional cost of 313.93, bringing the total to 411.49 Pounds for a hand brake adjustment and cleaning of some parts. They suggested a payment plan over 6 months, to which I agreed, but on completion of the forms the bank I use (Starling Bank) was rejected, same card I used to pay for the full service and MOT. I let them know what was happening and was told that they would revert to their finance department and get back to me which didn't happen. So I loaned some money and made a full payment this morning as my vehicle was not released yesterday 18/10 I have tried phoning them repeatedly to let them know that the payment has been made, only to get the engaged tone or unanswered calls and no one has bothered phoning me back either. After writing this review, one of the Servicing Stop Managers Michael was in contact on Tuesday the 19th October to try and resolve this matter. I was told telephonically that the vehicle would be delivered today the 20th October 2021 between a window of 9am-10am or 1pm to 2pm, and till now no call and no response as to when delivery will take place On the 22nd of October, I had still not received my vehicle and phoned the customer care manager Michael. I received a call from the garage 5 minutes later to say my car would be delivered in 15min, if not for the call, I do not think I would have received my vehicle. I was also told by him that he would give me a full refund for any inconvenience caused. After inspection of my vehicle I see that the service light is still on, making me wonder if the service was actually done. The following is the correspondence mail Michael Nathan Tue, Oct 19, 5:33 PM (1 day ago) to me Dear Matias, I hope this email finds you well. Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today. Once again I am sorry for any inconvenience caused due to the lack of correspondence from us in relation to your vehicle. I will endeavour to keep you updated and get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. In the meantime can you please send me over your Bank details so that I can reimburse you for this matter. Also If you would not mind writing a short review on trustpilot based on myself and how I handled the situation leaving my name in the heading I would appreciate it. -- Regards, Michael Nathan Service Care Manager Choose country

Booked my service and mot in, when the driver phone to arrange collection, he wanted to collect at 5am as the garage was 70 miles away!!!! I told him to cancel it as it was too far and early. At 5:30am the next morning he's outside banging on the door and ringing me!!! I've got a dog and 2 young kids so the whole bloody house is up now!! I told him I'd cancelled it with him, he replied my boss told me to come anyway??? I said no anyway. Later that day service stop rang asking why I'd refused collection???? And to top it all off today 4 weeks after this they've booked me in for next year without asking me at a garage 50 miles away???? Don't even bother looking at service stop as I'm sure I dodged a bullet
