If there was any 0-star rating, that's what I would have given this rip-off company. Lucky enough for Servicing Stop, there is no such star rating in the system. In a nutshell, this company should never be allowed to continue to rob innocent people of their hard-earned cash. I'm considering taking this company to the Financial Ombudsman to investigate its activities. I think all these people who have had similar experiences should take their case to the Financial Ombudsman to get something back from Servicing Stop; otherwise, this company will be making underserved profits to the detriment of the good people of this country. In a manner like what was mentioned in several of the reviews, I got my car booked online for car servicing and was told that if I make payment during the booking, I will get a discounted service cost of about £120 and that they will charge me additional money if my car requires a typical oil type. On the day my car was picked up for servicing, I got a call at about 1 p.m. that the service garage would flush and replace break fluids, coolant, transmission fluid, and wiper fluid, in addition to the usual engine oil change. This guy, I must tell you, is so good at sweet talking you into thinking that your car needs a huge amount of servicing so that you will agree to whatever charges they bring upon you. In a nutshell, I was made to sign an agreement for a total of £529.92 that excludes the initial £130 already paid online. So overall, I was ripped off £659.92 to service just one car. The works Service Stop Ltd. claimed they did on my car that require paying the £529.92 include: an oil surcharge (specialist oil); a brake fluid renewal (service advisory); a check and renew (anti-freeze) (service advisory); and a lifetime fuel treatment and engine flush. The irony of all this was that when the car was returned with the report of the service work done at the garage, none of these were mentioned in the list of the work carried out. Apart from the oil and oil filter change that was listed, all that was done was topping up all the different fluids in the car. Another finding was that they also charged for anti-freeze that I filled up a day before the car was taken out of Servicing Stop Ltd for servicing. There is another sad experience I have not mentioned. After the car was returned in at about 5 p.m., in the process of testing the car, I noticed an engine light on the dashboard of the car. So, I called the company the next day because their office was already closed at the time I made this discovery. When I reported my discovery and my dissatisfaction with the services provided, I was told their customer service would get back to me to discuss my concerns. It's been about a month since I contacted Service Stop Ltd, not even a call from their customer service. My advice to people is to never get involved with this company, as they are a gang of tricksters waiting to rob you of your hard-earned money. So, run! Run! Run! when you see Service Stop Ltd. A word is enough for the wise.

⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️AVOID⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ If you like over paying and being over charged for fluids you know you don’t need then this is the place for you My MOT & Full Service cost over £300 and that’s not including fluids it needed (Coolant fluid and Engine Oil) all together I paid over £400 ALSO… I don’t know if this is allowed but the person on the phone told me if I give him full stars on review then he will put my name up on the queue so I can get my car faster

Absolutely awful service. Paid for the service and MOT, got told I had to pay an extra £30 before they’d bring the car back. Got quoted over £300 for a brake light, to adjust the windscreen squirted, and replace a £10 drop link. Then dropped the car back with black oil in it and it won’t start. I’ve not driven it an inch. The worst transaction I’ve ever made

Where do you even start with this company? Probably by calling them shocking and terrible. I booked in for a service with a local garage, only to be then told that it had to be postponed for a week. On the day, the car was collected by someone who didn't speak much english, but was pleasent enough. I was called to say how much the servicing was going to be - just under £1k. I felt held to ransom as I was going away the next day so I reluctantly agreed. Then phoning around other local garages turns out I could save about £350. I rang back to stop the work being done and the servicestop rep said that he would call the garage to find out how far they had got. After a few mins, he came back saying that they had nearly finished as had got 5 members of staff to ensure the work was done quickly. This was around 1.30pm. I found out who the garage was and called them to find out what time the car would be ready only to be told "we are just starting it now". Alarm bells flashed. I rang back service stop to tell them that they needed to do something about the price - the rep told me that he "would go against his managers and give me a 15% discount" and that he would "get in real trouble" if he was found out. I was calmed down by this rep and felt like I had been 'looked after' despite what seemed like being lied to earlier. This is when it all went wrong. I got my car back later and had the itemised bill from the garage. Turns out all the rep had done was to remove the servicing charge that I had previously pre paid (they were charging me twice for it) and didn't charge me for an all change - but turns out they used MY OIL that I had in the boot already. I can't tell you how ripped off and lied to I have felt from this company so if you have skipped to the end, I would definitely NOT recommend this company and feel totally scammed by them.

Nothing is included in the service. They know what car I have then charge another £25 for oil. Brake fluid, extra, air filter, extra. Apparently my engine oil needed flushing. £70 extra. Advanced a CV clip needed replacing, £170 cos the drive shaft needs to be pulled. That’s a lie. The CV boot is ok, just plastic clip needed replacing. (RAC looked at it). The CV did fail the first time I drove it. I suspect they tampered with it. Picked up my car then used my drive as a carpark for multiple cars while it was gone. Never again. DO NOT use these clowns.

There are many issues with them. Just paid almost £2000 for servicing a little Fiat500. Not even sure what was fixed, they were telling me the problems so quickly hardly giving time to understand everything, not to mention the prices. Never receid the normal video about the problems. All of their prices are very high. The first suspicion was when my bank transfer didn't go through. To complain to them it's really not easy. I wish I check the revies before.

Tried to tell me a Seat Mii 1L needed 'special oil' and an engine flush plus other bits at a cost of £680. Ended up having an argument with the advisor as he was treating me like I was stupid. Told them NOT to do it and return the car, then get an email saying I have approved the extra work. Absolute cowboys!

This company is a total scam, I have paid with good faith the agreed cost of £210 for service and MOT of my 5 year old Mercedes car. They have charged me additional cost of £30 for special engine oil which not only was not needed for my car, but also it was not optional choice either. This is because their agent called me and put me under lot of pressure of either to agree with additional payment or the car oil shall not be changed. Although the total cost was higher than the other reputable companies, however the actual concern is that, the car was serviced in a small and unequipped guarage based on online checks, where you don't take even a very old car there. It was returned with plenty of oil prints inside and outside the car as well as the engine bay became very oily and dirty. The car was also returned by a kid for which I am not sure if he had any qualification for driving it. The service report is a fake too as I believe it is a ready made template and the header is updated for each customer with no other details of the actual service is given there. Finally, the company agent put me under huge pressure over the phone to agree and pay for series of other unnecessary expensive repairs, where none of which was mentioned in the MOT report. It is really shocking to see that still after a large number of negative feedbacks, the company operates as normal and manages to cheat many other customers and no action is taken to stop it. Please avoid using them as nothing is genuine about them. If I had choice I would give the no stars at all as they don't deserve any.

They Charged me initial £113 for Full service, and later they sent me total bill of £238 for Lifetime Engine Oil and flush, which was never required. Before confirming, they confirmed via mail and phone that I could not get through until i received my car. Nothing was done, it seems, while receiving it back. I felt like I was being cheated, they just stole the money. Later, Garage Guys called me and informed they they had agreed to the quote of £150. Cheaters

Just saw the reviews now I am so angry, they listed the issues on the car and I imaged the engine light showed up because it needs a normal service including oil change, but they called me back and sounded like they want to keep my car hostage and charged me £512 !!! Which I will be chasing up in the morning as they said they can not work on it now as the garage is closing, I do not recommend!!! This company should really be sued and closed down. They said on the website it closes at 6pm and I called at 5pm to make the amendments and cancel the payment but apparently they were closed.

I paid for a full service but didn’t get one even though the service report said I had, but it was inaccurate for example it said that all the tyres on the car had 6mm of tread on them but I knew the front tyres were a lot lower than that they only had 2mm maximum. The garage that did the service didn’t know anything about the report and said that they have difficulty with communication with service stop. The report was so perfect all the boxes had been ticked by someone to say everything had been checked and was fine but alot of it hadn’t been done. I know it hadn’t because I took it back to the garage which was an option I had from customer services at SeviceStop when I first complained. The mechanics from the garage told me that they only usually do an oil change, an oil filter change and check some levels for service stop an not a full service. They did do some basic checks while I waited for example checking all the lights were working properly. They said they had already changed the oil and oil filter. So there was quite alot of things had still been checked. I’m trying to get some money back from them but they have not replied to my last letter from about three weeks ago. I recommend people not to have a car service from ServiceStop, it’s a terrible company in my experience and from many of the reviews many people have had a bad experience with them.

Book vehicle online and paid in full, contacted them the day before asking them to collect between 9-10am. They confirmed by email. Day of collection 9:30am called the driver phone switched off, 11:00am arrived and no collection. The service advisor was not that helpful no apologies no confirmation that the car would be back the same day, no guarantee of collection time. So cancelled and requested refund. I would avoid these people they do not do what they say. Also looking at there service cost and info this is more than I check and not a service.

Avoid them. They have cancelled on us twice and it's strange that you cant call them. Made me miss an urgent meeting. They absolutely don't care. It seems as though they are managing it from a garden shed. Does seem like a scam.

Car was booked in for a full diesel service. Huge list of things ticked off. Could see my tyres had not been touched and therefore brakes not checked. Was told all tyres removed. A Warning light came on the NEXT day to say oil was low. On the dipstick it was LOWER than the Bottom line! Despite me paying an extra £89.99 for specialist oil and life time flush. I was told my car would be collected at 8 am and back by 2 and it gone for over 9 hours. We drive to the garage on the paperwork and it wasn’t even there ! Total scam and cost me over £200
