Thank you for the feedback. As long as you complete at least one transaction every 365 days there is no inactive account charge. We provide additional discounts for purchasing points. The inactive charge is to ensure customers maintain an active account.

“ServerTastic consistently sells certificates for much less than the competition. Issuing the certificates is easy and if there's a problem, Andy gets back to you quickly. That's not easy considering there's an eight hour time difference between us. I've never had an unresolved issue.”
