“Only thing I can fault is that they didn't provide a tracking number for the delivery which helps calm my worrying. Overall the buying experience was good and the best price I found in the UK for my lovely new 4K monitor ❤️”

“Having experience of setting up my home networks, I have just replaced my Netgear X4S D7800 which is end of life with the Vigor 2766Vac. Blocking URL's and unwanted Ports both incoming and outgoing was relatively straight forward on the Netgear but having upgraded to the Vigor, have I bought a device that is mean't for more complex networks as I found trying to block URL and ports quite an arduous task in the several processes that had to be performed before activating on the Firewall. I still like the device. Purchasing the Vigor 2766Vac was very good, next delivery and in perfectly working order”

“Service is excellent, staff are friendly and pricing is good. The only criticism is the website could be better with more detailed filters and consistency. For example when in the Ubiquiti section, I cannot filter by number of ports or PoE. However, speaking with the salespeople gets things resolved quickly”

“I hadn’t had much of a dealing with ServersPlus, just ordered from the website, therefore can’t really say great or how rubbish the ServersPlus staff are. I didn’t run a quick question past their sales team and someone did get back straight away with an answer. So for now I’d say that they are ok.”

“iTG are a support company who service break/fix scenarios for our customers and as such don't buy in bulk for stock, its more about speed of turnaround and availability of stock, in this respect Server Plus tick all the boxes with: 1, Easy to access and use web site 2, Simple and quick online order processing 3, Next day delivery 3, Usually carry stock Pricing is not competitive with my alternate suppliers, but in all other areas Server Plus excel so in our scenario this is out weighed, but that would be the cherry on top as they say...”
