Ordered the part which turned out to be the wrong thing but they refused to return if the box was opened.

Order No: SOW22080035S I am not happy at all I ordered an 8 port Cisco SB 250 Switch on 23rd August 2022 and paid for the next day delivery. Today is Friday 26th August 2022 at 10:30 pm but I still haven't received the device. There is no way of tracking.

They took all of my money and only sent half of my order without any explanation. Still heard nothing.

Hi, Unfortunately, we were only made aware of this issue when you submitted this review, and we had to investigate the cause. Whilst it's entirely our fault this item didn't ship and ultimately weren't made aware of it sooner, we do pride ourselves on our customer service and had you contacted us as soon as you noticed you'd only received half of your order we'd have rectified the issue straight away. Please accept my sincere apologies for the issues with your order. I have had assurances the glitch responsible has now been fixed.
Excellent on sales but useless on technical backup. Seems they like other sellers of UBIQUITI products, no not have technical support in the UK. Pain having to online chat to someone in the USA. Can't even speak to a real person to discuss the problems. I feel all sellers of UBIQUITI products should make this clear, especially when selling to non-technical customers.

Order was not dispatched as promised. When I chased the order up, I was told they would phone back with details. No such phone call, but I later received an email (nearly missed it) informing me the the computer would be with me the next day (2 days late.) Order canceled as this order was critical for a job. Will not be using ServersPlus again.

I bought some server disks and I ordered the wrong kind. I have opened 2 and now they can't be returned. I've not used them (I can't use the). I emailed in via the contact button and I didnt get a phone call or email back. I had to phone in. When I called Hannah was professional I'm not happy about the policy and that makes me less likely to use you in the future.

Hi Kevin, I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with the returns policy but unfortunately once an item has been opened we are unable to take it back and sell as new. My understanding is that you were misinformed about the spec of the server by another business as that was not purchased from ourselves and you bought the drives online without speaking to one of our technical pre-sales team. We have offered to take the two unopened drives back and I would suggest for any future orders you may wish to place should you reconsider, that you make use of our accredited pre-sales team who are available over the phone and via live-chat. I was very disappointed to receive an invoice from yourselves which although we paid by credit card on order showed the value as being 'TO PAY'. Luckily the person who received the invoice was also the person who placed the order and paid but I am sure this is not the case in all organisations and could result in duplicate payments. NOT GOOD !!!
