“Order No: SOW22080035S I am not happy at all I ordered an 8 port Cisco SB 250 Switch on 23rd August 2022 and paid for the next day delivery. Today is Friday 26th August 2022 at 10:30 pm but I still haven't received the device. There is no way of tracking.”

“I had a device go faulty, and after working with Synology Technical Support, they identified that the device should be swapped out under warranty. Synology told me to contact Servers Plus, where I purchased it from. From the moment I contacted Server Plus Team, they took ownership and kept me updated all the time and provided me with a replacement swap out in no time. So not only did I get a good price on the item when I bought it, I got excellent customer service when I needed it. This is when you realize how valuable a service like this is. Well Done to all involved; I know that Server Plus worked closely with Synology to get my replacement to me. First Class Excellent Service.”

Hi, Unfortunately, we were only made aware of this issue when you submitted this review, and we had to investigate the cause. Whilst it's entirely our fault this item didn't ship and ultimately weren't made aware of it sooner, we do pride ourselves on our customer service and had you contacted us as soon as you noticed you'd only received half of your order we'd have rectified the issue straight away. Please accept my sincere apologies for the issues with your order. I have had assurances the glitch responsible has now been fixed.
