“I bought some server disks and I ordered the wrong kind. I have opened 2 and now they can't be returned. I've not used them (I can't use the). I emailed in via the contact button and I didnt get a phone call or email back. I had to phone in. When I called Hannah was professional I'm not happy about the policy and that makes me less likely to use you in the future.”

Hi Kevin, I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with the returns policy but unfortunately once an item has been opened we are unable to take it back and sell as new. My understanding is that you were misinformed about the spec of the server by another business as that was not purchased from ourselves and you bought the drives online without speaking to one of our technical pre-sales team. We have offered to take the two unopened drives back and I would suggest for any future orders you may wish to place should you reconsider, that you make use of our accredited pre-sales team who are available over the phone and via live-chat.
