“Pleasure to deal with, competitive rates, excellent weekend deal (effectively 3 days for the price of 2; collect Friday night and drop back before 9am Monday) and good service. Highly recommend.”

“Joy and Merv Grove. This was the first time that we had used this company. We found the service prompt, excellent and very friendly. The booking procedure was easy and when we collected the van it was fully prepared to go. The deposit was returned quickly and we would certainly recommend this company to others. We will certainly be using them when we move house in the near future.”

“I have hired from Senior a few times and I find them to be friendly and very helpful. Quality Vehicles which are always cleaned inside and out before collection, I also find them to be competitively priced, I have recommended senior to many of my colleges who also hire vehicles.”

“The vehicle was excellent it exceeded all my expectations, I had a problem with my debit card to pay the deposit but the young lady at Walsall was very helpfull in helping me to sort it out.”

“service was poor, Luton van roof leaked and soaked some of my belongings when I complained I was fobbed off with a promise that I would be contacted . to date no one from senior has contacted me.”

The vehicle is a brand new van and the fault is with the bodybuilder on build of the vehicle, the vehicle is with them to fix this issue and we are currently in contact with the customer concerned to sort the issue out.

The leak has now been rectified and the customer has now received a concession in the way of a refund and is now more than happy with the way this has been dealt with.

“Company were fantastic. Had exactly what I wanted at very short notice and couldn't do enough for me. Due to the nature of my work sometimes my firm is short of a van, I've used many different hire firms around the area know who I will be using from now on. 5*****”

“Friendly staff and very helpful. Applied common sense and initiative to solving a problem - what a change. Vehicle clean and fully functioning. Competitive price. Don't normally bother writing reviews but worth supporting a company I would use again”

“As always excellent customer services, from booking stage to pick up and drop off, hassle free. All Vans are excellent quality, mostly new or nearly new, reliable clean and economical, Price wise, never used elsewhere but can imagine prices cannot be bettered, for the service and quality of the vehicles. 100% recommendation keep up the good service nothing can be bettered, Andy / Arcadia Walsall”

“Van was booked easily, rates are very good as compared to other rental companies indeed very favourable. The vehicles are clean, damage free and low mileage not to mention reliable, the interior of the van is all lined with plywood which makes for easy and secure loading Overall excellent”
