“I hired a car for approximately twelve weeks. The vehicle was clean and the price was reasonalel. A representative got in touch with me to check the mileage in case it required servciing. the whole experience of hiring and returning was very easy.”

“Overall my experience was really good with senior vehicle rental except for the customer service aspect. The male representative in the Sutton road, Walsall branch was unpleasant and unfriendly.”

We take our customer service very seriously, we are very disappointed to hear your comments, the comments have arisen due to the fact that we were contacted by the police due to his extremely dangerous driving on the motorway which could have resulted in a very serious incident. obviously Mr Baldeh didn't appreciate this being pointed out to him.

“Very pleased with the service. We hired the vehicle to move furniture and it was ideal, particularly with the retaining bars which enabled us to make the tall items secure and also helped to provide additional space. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean and tidy. Will certainly recommend Senior to others.”

“We would definitely use Senior Vehicle Rental again over other vehicle rental companies in the area. The vehicle we hired was in mint condition and very clean. “Senior is located close to my home so is very convenient. I was very impressed with the manner of the young woman I initially spoke to on the phone; professional but friendly, didn't keep me waiting, dealt with my inquiry promptly and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed choice as to what vehicle best suited my needs. The van I hired was new and clean, and the necessary paperwork was conducted with the minimum of fuss. The manner of both Senior staff was courteous, efficient and friendly. The van was a delight to drive; comfortable and responsive, and returned good miles per litre of fuel used. On returning the van, it was checked over promptly, again the staff were courteous and efficient. My invoice arrived shortly through the post, as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend Senior van hire to family and friends. Thank you Senior for a very positive experience!”

“Great location, close to home. Friendly service which got us the car we wanted, at a great price and the transaction completed very quickly. Also and most importantly the deposit was credited back into my account within two working days - this from experience from other companies can take anything upto a week. Will use again.”
